HANNA: Married a Cold Cousin

HANNA: Married a Cold Cousin
Weight Plan

Aunt Salina :

Every breakfast and dinner schedule, Kania will be between meals.

Try to get Gerald to open the door, yeah.

You don't have to cook, except for yourself.

Hanna let out a heavy sigh unintentionally while reading the message. He was honestly hesitant to proceed with the plan, as there was an unconscious sense of aversion in him.

However, the girl kept typing two words in return.

^^Hanna :

^^^

^^^Yes, Aunt.

Afterwards, Hanna put the phone on the nightstand. Reluctantly, he got off the bed, standing firmly. Before stepping, he took the time to be bowed in staring at the white tile, busy thinking.

Hanna finds it hard to let Gerald and Kania be together, so that she will be eliminated. However, given that the young man was not at all demanding for his rights, reluctant to sleep together, not even caring if Hanna wears the hijab perfectly during her time at home— makes the girl instantly convinced if Gerald just wants to help Hanna.

There was no more feeling, as the girl had briefly thought. As of now, Hanna should focus on her main goal.

The girl entered the bathroom to clean her body, for over twenty minutes. When she finished, Hanna put on her bath kimono and also her instant hijab before coming out. Just opening the door, he was stunned in the bathroom threshold when he found the figure of Gerald appeared suddenly and was sitting on the edge of the bed.

The young man looked back at Hanna expressionlessly, only watching the girl who was opening the closet with her lips tightly clenched.

“You why not tell me if you enter the room?” asked Hanna in a flat tone. “I'm not cooking. You want to buy food outside,” continued the girl, starting their plan.

Gerald did not reply to Hanna in the slightest. He stayed in his position without changing at all.

“Come out of here, Gerald.” Hanna ruled with a firm voice. She even slammed the closet door hard enough, then stared back at her husband.

This is for the sake of his plan with Salina.

Hanna kept chanting that sentence in her heart.

“You seem to have forgotten whose home this is, Hanna.” Gerald replied sharply and poked, but the young man kept moving down the bed. “Don't change his clothes for long. I want to shower.”

Hanna no longer replied. She silently watched her husband's departure, and unconsciously gulped violently. Hanna was vehemently dressed, and did not perfectly dry her hair. This was done so that Gerald would no longer find him until the young man left for work.

Hanna's main goal is the living room, but just arriving midway up the stairs, the girl must stop her steps when her intentions are not going perfectly. Gerald was at the end of the stairs, and was preparing to go up. They cross.

However, Gerald's move could not continue as well due to a knock on the door leaf. The two turned to the source of the voice simultaneously, but Hanna could more quickly understand the conditions. He looked at Gerald, convinced that the door knocker was Kania.

Like plan.

“Hanna, open—“

“Males,” replied Hanna indifferently. The girl was honestly pounding too hard inside her chest, but she tried to divert by glancing at the stairs. Brave to continue stepping down, ignoring that both of his legs were beginning to tremble violently.

Hanna scolded herself inwardly, condemning her irreverence for Gerald. In fact, his good cousin has saved Hanna from her father and the failure of marriage. However, let alone thank, Hanna even .. hurt Gerald intentionally.

Sorry .... Sorry ....

Hanna kept chanting those two words as it passed her cousin down. He promised himself to apologize while kneeling in front of Gerald after the marriage broke up.

Hanna meant it.

The girl could hear Gerald's footsteps coming down to the ground floor. He did not care, and continued his journey to the family room.

However, a little curiosity managed to inhibit his steps to shorten when going through the middle room. He sharpened his sense of hearing, without looking at the door even a little when Gerald had met the guest.

Hanna's guess is right.

“Hai. I'm going to bring food to make ... Hanna. She exists?” Kania who was the guest, asked in her typical friendly tone.

“Ada.” Gerald replied nonchalantly. “Thank you. Wait, I washed the plate—“

“Nevent gone.” Kania rejects Gerald's offer by force. “If you—ah, same Hanna likes, I will often bring food here. I love trying new recipes, so I love sharing new food with other neighbors. Hopefully, you guys aren't bosen ya.”

Gerald did not answer immediately, and during the silence, Hanna closed tightly to minimize the force of the thump in her chest due to the expected answer from her husband. And after the reply was uttered, Hanna instantly stopped taking a two-second breath.

“Yes. Your cooking is good. Tomorrow, come bring again yes.”

Hanna shook in fear hearing that.

The living room sofa became Hanna's choice to sit haughty. He tries to not care about Gerald's presence who starts entering the house. The girl tried to divert all her nervousness by focusing on the phone that was indeed lying on the table.

‘Tumben, home cepet.’ Hanna whispered softly in her heart. He honestly felt disinclined, because he did not prepare anything to welcome his cousin.

Hanna did not have Kania's number to ask the woman to deliver the food.

Gerald was obviously very hungry after he got home from work.

“Hanna, are you not cooking?” Gerald came from the direction of the kitchen, asking in a voice of astonishment.

“No,” answered Hanna nonchalantly.

“Food this morning also not reduced at all.” Gerald sounded closer, sparking concern within Hanna. The girl moved uneasily, but could not dodge as Gerald was already sitting beside her. “You haven't eaten all day?”

“Eat,” reply Hanna flat.

Hanna's feet continued to knock regularly on the white tiles, driving away the nervousness. He could clearly feel that the young man was watching him intensely, so it was difficult for Hanna to remain ordinary.

“Eat what? Don't tell me instant noodles doang.”

“Not your business, Gerald.”

The young man immediately silenced for a moment after hearing Hanna's reply. Made the girl gulp the saliva roughly. He stopped his fingers from moving on the screen just to wait for the husband's answer.

“You're different now, Hanna.” Gerald told.

‘Indeed, intentionally.’ Hanna answered in her heart. He deepened his head when he felt Gerald leave his seat.

Hanna's fingers immediately activated her finger movements on the screen.

^^Hanna :

^^Tante, Gerald's home. Can I bring food now? He is a laper now.

The message only got two gray ticks, long enough. Hanna waited anxiously in a dilemma. She felt very guilty for letting her husband starve, but ..this was also for Gerald's own future.

Amidst the confusion, the gray tick had already turned blue, but Hanna could not focus on Salina's reply. Because, he found Gerald who had changed clothes— in a black leather jacket suit, interior in the form of matching jerseys, and jeans with the same color— appeared. The young man walked in a hurry, about to head for the door. Triggering Hanna's worries without being prevented.

“Where are you going?” hanna asked, as she stood up from the sofa.

“I want to race, go to the club. Don't wait for me. I have a backup key.” Gerald explained, making Hanna instantly freeze in worry.

Hanna's lips were already open about to reply, but Gerald's hasty departure prevented her from making a sound.

After Gerald passed the door, Hanna hurriedly picked up her phone. Salina's reply was never read, to report Gerald's departure to the in-laws.

^^Hanna :

^^^

^^^Gerald wants to race, Auntie. I want to go to the club, he said.

^^^

^^^^^ What should I do?

^^^^^^

Soon, a reply appeared.

Aunt Salina :

Good that way, Hanna.

Aunty will meet Gerald Kania again at the club.

Hanna gulped roughly. He was already shaken to read Salina's message, but it wasn't finished yet.

Aunt Salina :

If it works, Gerald might not come home to you, Hanna.
