Andressa patted his forehead softly. He forgot to think about the answer to that question. Now he is silent as he digs through his mind to find the right reason and will not be suspected.
"There was actually someone who told me, but that person disappeared after revealing information regarding those monsters. That person seems to have knowledge that is beyond the bounds of normal things in this world" Andressa explained, of course lying.
Andressa acted as if what she said was the truth. Only that was the answer he got to keep well the secret regarding his soul that came from a different dimension.
"Is that really so?" Lorcan stared fixedly at Andressa, he seemed to still not trust the girl one hundred percent.
Andressa tried to remain calm so that his lie was not exposed.
"Do you doubt me? I've been honest with you." Andressa pursed her lips, she acted as if she was angry because Lorcan suspected her.
Lorcan immediately felt guilty for indirectly even accusing Andressa of being dishonest to him.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to doubt you. Please don't be mad at me." Lorcan persuaded Andressa.
"Yes, I'm not angry, but from now on please believe me with whatever I say. I can't possibly lie to you" Andressa said.
Lorcan replied, "Yes, I promise to believe what you say next. Again please forgive me."
Andressa smiled with relief. A little quiet because Lorcan turned out to be easy for him to lie.
Then the knights gathered all the magical monster carcasses in one place. The body size of the magical monster was huge and it took four people to lift one magical monster body. Afterwards, they took heart stones for sale later in the capital.
"Miss, what should we do with this monster carcass? We can't let the carcasses rot here" asked a knight.
"Then, prepare firewood to burn the carcasses of these monsters. We can't just burn it because I'm sure it stings and I'm afraid it'll get to the smell of the people around." Lorcan added the command.
"Okay, Miss, Your Majesty."
The knights moved as quickly as possible to carry out the orders of the two men. While they were busy, Andressa walked up to the monster world portal that had yet to be fully sealed off.
"I just saw the monster coming out of this strange hole" Lorcan said.
"Yes, that's why I want to close it so as not to come out again another monster that can destroy the settlement in an instant. Besides, I'm also worried about the appearance of monsters more ruthless than this."
Lorcan's eyes widened perfectly.
"You mean, there's a monster stronger than the one we fought?"
Andressa nodded slowly.
"Monsters have different types of levels based on their strength. Actually, this monster is referred to as a magical monster. They had strength surpassing ordinary humans and their strength was diverse. Some of them can absorb the human soul or prey on humans to serve as a large energy reserve. I can't tell you the details, but more or less that's the explanation."
