Andressa smiled a grin. This is what he had been waiting for. He wanted to know what the real reason Leyna invited him to the palace was.
"Please tell me, Your Majesty. I don't know at all the purpose and reason you invited ordinary people like me to the palace" Andressa said.
"I'm offering you a partnership."
Leyna looked at Andressa with a proud and confident look.
"Cooperation?"
Leyna nodded.
"Yes, cooperation. I'll help you get your peerage and expand your clinic's influence. As long as you want to work under my orders, not under the Emperor's orders" Leyna explained.
Andressa let out a slow breath. It was true her guess that Leyna would try to pull him to her side.
"I'm sorry, Your Honor, but I don't want to be your anj*ng" Andressa said calmly and emphasisfully, with a faint smile curling across her lips.
