Chapter 28. Seren Diary

Seren sat at the dressing table of his room, he opened up the old box that had been infested with dust. The box is all of his memories with the man he loved most, his first love and the person he still loves to this day, Farez.

He picked up one of the diary books written in 2019 there, the early year in which he first entered college. Seren opened it slowly, sheet by sheet and read it, if remembered turns out the life he lived never went smoothly. Everything had many difficult obstacles, even some Seren failed to pass through it, but being able to stand tall and be as strong a person as he was now was an incredible thing for him.

"Why is my life so mellow ya," the girl muttered with a chuckle.

Even without realizing it, Seren's tears trickled reading his writing inside it turned out to tell his struggle to go to college. He wakes up to fail over and over again.

In addition Seren had to lose some valuable people in his life that year. He is sad, for sure, who is not sad if he feels loss. But 2020 was also a special year, because in that year Farez and Seren decided to be in a relationship. Seren smiled as he read the alay writings that he poured in the diary, so happy the contents of all the diary books about Farez. O Allah, I'm sorry Seren loved your servant too much.

Then Seren's attention turned to the diary that reads 2021, there Seren opened sheet by sheet slowly, he absorbed the words he wrote, it turns out that in 2021 is not an easy year. There everything is written about Seren's longing for Farez's busy figure. Many problems that come to their relationship, ranging from misunderstandings, to almost run aground their relationship. Seren can never hurt anyone, because if he loves someone he will love with all his heart. But, without knowing Seren, he never thought if he was more important than anyone, because the one who lives with him is himself.

And, since that year, Seren has never again written his grief. He just writes good hopes. He hopes everything can be real.

Seren decided to close the memory box, then return it to the closet. If remembering all happy memories is fun, but if remembering bad memories it feels like he wants to cry, his tears can not stop.

"Gue doesn't deserve to be sad. I have to be happy." His determination in heart.

The notification sound on Seren's phone rang. He opened the incoming Whatsapp message there with the sender's name 'Former Less Ajar' which he added a fractured heart emoticon.

[Are you busy?]

Seren read the message with a cynical look, "Ngapain is really this ex!? Males ah, mending I ignore it."

He then chose to lay himself on the bed. Seren was happy, because today he could make room for his waist to rest, it just so happened that the big event he handled had been completed, and Seren was very satisfied with the result. But unfortunately, during the event Seren must always go home with Farez, even though he refused but the man still insisted. Seren breathed a sigh of relief, He was happy to see the smiles that emanated from the faces of his family, he always prayed that God would never take that happiness away from him as well as them.

"Big brother why?" Seren almost shouted if he did not immediately realize if the one in front of him now was his real mother, Vera.

Vera smiled softly, "What's wrong here? Where to look like I want to move again."

Seren pouted, indeed a child no matter how old if in front of parents would still behave childishly.
