Engagement

The party in the building is really lively, attended by people in the office and classy guests.

This is a big engagement party hosted by Calvin, a standing party with a sip of a drink. The faces were filled with cheerful smiles with classy clothes decorating the spacious room. 

The clink of the glass adds to many situations. 

There was Jihan who attended the event along with the other office staff. The girl stared at the incredible throne that became the center of everyone's attention.  It was there that the Emperor and Nana would exchange rings and be seen as a couple.  Only one more month will the Emperor and Nana get married.

No one knew that the hijab girl was actually his lover the real Emperor.  But if Calvin sees Jihan's whereabouts, Calvin won't like her.  He could just throw Jihan away.

This was an open feast for all the staff and office employees in the Emperor's company.  Everyone can come and enjoy a fancy party for a good meal.

The emperor got out of the car and passed the side door that connected him to the elevator to the top floor.  He parted ways with Khanza who entered the party room through the main door.  Before entering, there was a large bouquet of flowers near the door.  The name of the Emperor and Nana was clearly displayed there.  

This meant that Khanza had to watch the Emperor get engaged to another woman.  And that woman was not the emperor's choice.  If only the Emperor was betrothed to Jihan, it might have been different.

Khanza was sad because the Emperor was instead faced with people he did not love.  The emperor should have found happiness.  

In front there, exactly where the red carpet is held with floodlights that only lead in that direction, it looked like the Emperor's extended family and Nana's extended family were already standing there in elegant, classy clothes. 

A glance was then fixed on the Emperor who appeared from the door on the left, while a beautiful girl appeared from the door on the right. It's Mona. His chin was raised with pride.

Two round lights lead to both. Until the two finally met in the middle.

"Thank you for the presence of everyone here!" Calvin spoke out loud, saying many words to convey that he was happy on the day of his son's engagement to the great family.

When Calvin took the ring carried by the young woman with a beautiful tray made of wood covered with red cloth, the Emperor could only stare at the other ring left in the other box. No other diamond ring that will be pinned on Nana's ring finger.

Calvin pinned the ring to the Emperor's ring finger which was greeted with a boisterous applause.

After that, the Emperor and Nana stood in rows while raising their hands to show their ring fingers that were already wearing engagement rings, signifying they had officially become a pair of fiancees. Nana's smile seemed very wide, very happy. Sometimes he attached his plain shoulder to the Emperor's arm to make it look friendly.

The emperor then lowered his hand before the camera finished capturing the moment. 

"I'm sorry, I went through this engagement process out of respect for my father, for my obedience. Also for my promise to papa. After this engagement, it means that I have fulfilled my promise to have an engagement relationship with Nana, even if it is only a few minutes." The emperor then took off his engagement ring. "This indicates that the engagement has occurred, my promise to accept Nana has been fulfilled, but I decided to end this engagement right now." 

Everyone was shocked, including Jihan and Khanza, who were immediately tensed to hear the confession.

Khanza can already guess, after this where the Emperor will appoint the woman he loves and wants him to be a companion to life, of course Jihan.  She is a proper girl.  Khanza supported the Emperor's actions.

“Sorry thousands sorry.  For a moment I really felt like a child by accepting this engagement and then taking it off in a matter of minutes.  But this is for the sake of consequences, for the sake of promises, for the sake of obedience, also for the sake of many things that are not only about one problem,” said the Emperor with regret.

“Ear!” calvin growled with a flushed face.  She's so embarrassed.  What else the candidate besan look very angry and disappointed at that time.so also Mona, the girl called by the short name Nana was no less confused, also disappointed.

“Everyone certainly wants the omnipotent so that there appears grace and shade of affection in his household, as well as me.  Right now I just want to be with a woman who is able to take me to Jannah with her pleasure and sincerity to accept me as I am.”  The Emperor stared at Jihan, where the girl looked down to look away, her cheeks flushed red.

Khanza waited for the time when the Emperor mentioned the name of Jihan, that's when the Emperor's heart would certainly feel airy.  And Khanza was also relieved, because his sacrifice of releasing the Emperor was to the right woman.

“Emperor!  What the fuck is this?”  Calvin spoke lowly so that everyone would not hear his voice.

“Let me talk, papa.  Papa wants everyone to know about my life by arranging this engagement and being witnessed by everyone, right?  Then let everyone know who should be right to be my side,” replied the Emperor who was also in a low voice.  Then he started to shout out loudly while looking back at Jihan.  “Not that I mean not appreciating this event, but the choice of life is a right that I deserve to choose.  I just want her to be my life partner, which is.”.

“Ear!” Before the Emperor could finish his words, Subrata suddenly appeared, making a glance fixed on the man in a box-shaped shirt and sweating it out.  He had run away in a hurry after getting off the taxi to get to this building.
