Hugging Longs
Chapters. 6
“Sara?” his murmur stared at the shadowy image of a woman standing before him.
“Sara, are you here?” he then woke up from the bed. His gaze that was originally a little blurred, now it was clear who the woman who was standing at the side of her bed with a disappointed face.
“I'm Tania, Danny. Not Sara!” Tania said affirming. Disappointed because Danny often called the name after he woke up from a coma.
“Tania? Ye? What are you doing here?” A little disappointed that the woman standing in front of him right now was not the woman he had expected. Apparently, all he saw a moment ago when his eyes were closed was a piece of the past, his memories with Sara.
“I came to see how you are.”
“I'm fine. No need to worry.”
“Oh yes, I brought you your favorite food. I've asked Bi Minah to arrange it at the dinner table. Come on, we eat together.” Forgetting her moment of disappointment, Tania gave a smile. Trying to be sweet to get Danny's attention back. Danny's sudden change of attitude made him a little tired to get closer. Though long they have been in a relationship, since sitting in college. It's just weird that Danny's feelings for him have changed so quickly.
“I'm still full.”Rejecting him subtly, Danny just felt no taste. His stomach has not been filled since. Tania's invitation instead resurrected a piece of her memories with Sara.
“Danny, let's have dinner. Aunt and Uncle are waiting for you at the dinner table.” Sara said, popping her head from behind the open door.
“I'm lazy to get there.” Though he was hungry, but too lazy to step foot out of the room. Online games one of the reasons is lazy, even to fill his stomach.
Sara did not know. The girl chose to leave. But minutes later, the girl returned with a tray of food, rice and Danny's favorite side dish. Also a glass of water and a glass of warm milk.
“Taraaa ... I brought dinner here. Is this what you want?” With a tray in hand, Sara took a seat on the edge of the bed. Faced with Danny who sits on a slam in bed while cool playing online games on his mobile phone.
Danny didn't look at it once. The view is focused on the phone screen, because the game is exciting. No need to express his will, Sara already understood. Because that was how it was, who was too dependent on Sara. Whatever the need, Sara prepared it. So without Sara he'd be a little trouble.
“A..” While staying focused, Danny opened his mouth, waiting to be fed.
Sara who understood, immediately put a spoon of food into Danny's mouth with a smile.
That piece of memory made a tightness in the chest. Danny could only take a long breath. He knew such memories would never happen again. He had no feelings for Sara. But for some reason, without Sara her days felt hollow. Like something was missing from his life.
“Kata Aunty Mayang you have not eaten earlier. Come, Danny. I don't want to until you get sick,” take Tania, still trying to seduce.
“I told you I'm not hungry, Tania. If you want to eat, eat it yourself. Right now I don't want to be disturbed. Understand you?” Suddenly, Danny jerks Tania with a high tone. Making Tania surprised, disappointed, also hurt.
“Danny, why do I feel, after the accident you changed.” Tania is disappointed, completely unexpected to find Danny's change after the accident. One of them is about Sara. Never mind saying his name, even hearing Sara's breath, Danny hates.
Danny hated Sara since his late father even bequeathed all ownership shares of Venus Hotel on behalf of Sara before she died. And if Danny wants his share, then Danny should be willing to marry Sara. For this reason, Danny is willing to marry Sara even though there is no love in his heart.
And now, ownership of the Venus Hotel has fallen into Danny's hands. Then why is Danny still calling Sara's name? Hasn't he been waiting for Sara's departure from his life?
Tania's eyes started to glaze over. He doesn't understand Danny's change in attitude towards him. Danny is usually very aggressive when he meets him. But now, Danny became cold and impressed indifferently. Did Danny's feelings for her change as well?
“Good. But next time, I want you to take your time to discuss our relationship. To this day, I am still waiting.” Tania could only give up. If he keeps pushing, he might lose Danny. The man she loved.
“Waiting?” Danny raised both his eyebrows confused.
“Waiting realization of your promise first. Promise me you'll marry me after you split from Sara. Now you and Sara are officially parting ways.”
Danny huffed for a moment. Forcing her memory back to a few months ago, when she promised to marry Tania once she and Sara divorced. But unfortunately at that time he still had no way out so as to divorce Sara and reclaim what should have been his. Because the family lawyer wouldn't have helped take care of the name-shifting if it wasn't Sara herself who made the decision. Such was the message that the late Jayadi left to lawyers before he left.
And now, the road has opened wide for her relationship with Tania. But I don't know why he lost his old spirit.
“I hope you don't forget your promise.” Tania voiced her hope before finally moving from the face of Danny who was still silencing deep into the memories of his past. Not with Tania, but with Sara.
He still remembers that time, when heavy rain fell on the earth. In the middle of the night blind, his father brought home a little girl who was crying while hugging a panda doll. The little girl was Sara Abhimanyu. The little girl who just left her parents alone because of a tragic accident that befell.
Sara was crying a lot. And he would say to Sara, if Sara would look like a Panda if she kept crying. Miraculously, Sara's cries instantly stopped.
“Basic Panda.” Unknowingly the corner of Danny's lips lifted into a smile when remembered at that time.

Somewhere else.
Lying down while staring at the ceiling of the room, Sara had trouble closing her eyes. There is Danny who still reigns over his mind until this moment.
If I can be honest, it's still hard that he's separated from Danny. He who has become accustomed to the presence of Danny in his life, feels very lost. Her chest felt tight when she remembered Danny. Like half of his soul disappeared. His spirit of life disappeared.
If Jayadi hadn't diverted all of Venus Hotel's shares in his name. Maybe Danny wouldn't hate it this deep. He who is only a child, self-conscious if he is not worthy to be on Danny's side. Being Danny's shadow, being behind the man was a place he deserved to be.
“It's late at night, why haven't you slept?”
Oma Widya's voice shocked Sara, breaking her daydream instantly.
Oma Widya who was lying next to Sara tilted her body, looked at Sara nanar. The house they occupied only had one room, so Sara had to share a room with the old woman she helped.
“While thinking of Chef Arga?” seductive Oma Widya Parau, half sleepy.
Sara breathed a long breath. “No, Oma. I was thinking about my life,” he said fretfully.
“Do not worry about your life. You're a good boy. Oma is sure that someday you will get a reward for all your kindness. Because you deserve to be happy.”
Sara smiled wryly. He also hoped it would happen. But unfortunately, someone who became his happiness has disappeared from his life.
