Chapter 5: Goblin Subjugation
[Guila City, Adventurers Guild]
As Kaido and Rebecca were looking at the request board, Ben, the guild leader of the Adventurer Guild had some disturbing thoughts.
"Hey, can you look into any library or library to look up information on a title called Espers or Ragnarok!" Ordering Ben to the receptionist

Meanwhile Kaido and Rebecca were on the first floor of the Adventurers Guild seeing some requests and ignoring the fact that Ben suspected the title of Kaido was something bigger.

"Well I want to fight with hydra" Kaido replied attentively staring at the demand for a strong monster subjugation.
"Are you crazy? It was a job for a C to A class Adventurer" Rebecca complained
"And plus a beginner you're an F-ranker and I'm a D-level adventurer" he added
"Wait for you D-rank? But you are much weaker than me" Kaido said as he compared himself to Rebecca
"Well, your exception is Kaido-kun" Rebecca replied
But Kaido was not satisfied, he was only figuring out how Rebecca became a higher soldier than him when he was clearly weaker than her.
"Alright since you want to fight some monsters, let's do a goblin subjugation" Rebecca said
"The goblins? Isn't that an ugly green-type monster?" Ask Kaido
"Well that's it!" Rebecca replied hesitantly
The moment they received the request, they immediately headed outside of the Adventurers Guild
"So how about we meet at the gate after you've finished buying the items you need?" Rebecca suggested
"Huh? Why should? I will go straight to the goblin location and finish them off" Kaido said
"What ... what did you say? Are you serious? You're going to the conquest mission empty-handed?" Rebecca asked in panic
But seeing that Kaido ignored her, he shouted
"Do you really want to die? Any normal person or even hero knows that they have to equip themselves while fighting and plus they might be the demons out there!"
As he said this, most of the crowd turned to his location to find out what the commotion was about
"I'm not normal or a hero .... I'm sick of the role ... Some people betray you if you show them a little kindness .... So what's the point of being a hero? " Tanya Kaido while glaring at Rebecca
"Well what you said is true but .... Some people are grateful that someone saved them .... Like me" he said
"Like you? .... You were so scared when I saved you a while ago" Kaido denied
At this moment a small crowd formed around them
"Well yeah but ..." Rebecca muttered as she found some answers
"But what?" Kaido asked as he looked down on Rebecca
Seeing Kaido's sharp gaze on her, Rebecca decided to retreat
"No, it's nothing .. forget what I said," she said sadly

When the argument was over, Kaido dispersed the crowd by glaring at them
As the crowd disappears, Rebecca and Kaido agree to meet at the gate

When Rebecca reached the gate she immediately saw Kaido standing in the grass

As Kaido said this, Kaido and Rebecca started to rise from the ground

As the two flew, the gatekeeper himself was left open with his jaw open due to the phenomenon
After that Kaido and Rebecca went straight to the location of the goblins
[Goblin hideout]
As soon as they arrived, Rebecca complained while feeling a little dizzy
"Other times please warn me first so that I can prepare myself"
But instead of answering him, Kaido silenced him
"Be quiet they are close"
Soon Kaido warns her both he and Kaido are peeping and they see goblins and hobgoblins dragging ordinary women and unarmed female adventurers into their lair.

When the girls screamed for help, Rebecca herself was pushed forward but Kaido stopped her
"Why did you stop me? Don't you know why the girl was kidnapped?" He asked angrily

"Then make camp" replied Kaido
As Kaido said this, he immediately ran towards the first goblin who grabbed his head and smashed it with his bare hands.
As soon as he did this, the other goblins noticed him and shot their arrows
But just as their arrows were about to hit him, Kaido analyzed their arrows and reversed its trajectory which killed the two goblins with an arrow on the head.
"Let's show me what you can do" said Kaido
As soon as Kaido entered the cave, Rebecca followed him while muttering
"He's a really cruel person"
1 minute passed and Kaido was already nearing the end of the cave when two goblins ambushed him from the side and two goblins from behind.
"Your tactics are predictable" he murmured
Instantly two goblins were enveloped in flames while two from behind were pierced by the earth
While Kaido himself just walked as if nothing happened
As the kaido turned the corner, he saw several girls he recognized as they entered the cave pleading for help
As the girls were about to become toys for the goblins, they all lost hope of survival until they heard an explosion outside and another goblin attacked out.
Once this happens, the girls already know that someone is attacking the nest and they all hope that the attacker is human.
So when they saw Kaido, they immediately felt the excitement and relief that we were saved and started to gather around him
"Rebecca takes care of them ... It looks like there are more enemies inside the cave" Kaido ordered
Hearing that Rebecca immediately pulled the girls out of the cave and said
"Heart"
But Kaido answered with
"As long as they can't reach me then they can't kill me"
After that Kaido goes deeper into the cave
Arriving there he was immediately greeted by 20 hobgoblins and an orc in the middle and behind them there was a swarm of females about 5 of them lying on the ground as if dead.
"Ehehehehe! So your boss is!" Kaido grinned
As soon as Rebecca and the other women, exactly six of them including Rebecca, came out of the cave, a huge explosion exploded inside.
When they looked back, they saw the ceiling of the cave smashed apart and four tornadoes emerged from it
At the same time Kaido was standing with an orc in the middle of four tornadoes surrounded by hobgoblin corpses.
Seeing Kaido easily overwhelm them, the orc itself looked around to use as a meat shield against him
"It's useless!" Kaido
When the orc heard this, he glared at Kaido and released a bloodlust
Unconcerned by the bloodlust aimed at him, Kaido himself suddenly felt an itch
"You won't be able to use those women as a meat shield after all I've pulled them to the ground"

"I don't quite understand what you're saying .. Besides why I should pay attention to a pig like you" provoked Kaido
Hearing Kaido call him a pig, the orc itself becomes enraged and picks up a butcher axe and violently attacks Kaido.

As Kaido said this, he manipulated his tornado to hit the orc

After that Kaido realized that the orc was still alive despite losing both hands and being seriously injured
"Rug !!!!" Shouting orcs
"So you're still alive eh! ... Well with this I won't get tired of torturing you" Kaido said as he formed a sword out of stone and stabbed it at the orc.
"Bubugiiiiiihhh!" Shouting orcs
"Ehehehehe! Don't die because of me now! We're gonna have fun"
