"Where's IGDnya..!" Kim asked in panic at a hospital attendant who passed him in the hospital parking area.

"There sir." the officer pointed to the west. Without saying anything, Kim immediately ran into the hospital building. Without caring around, he continued to run through the people in front of him.

"Mahia....." Call Kim in a trembling voice as he sees Karin lying weakly with a welcome hose in her nose. He stepped quickly towards Karin, another unstoppable tear then just flowed. The tightness in Kim's chest increasingly became when he saw the dress worn by Karin covered in blood.

"What's wrong with you, Chagia. Why is it like this, what happened??" Kim said, bowing his head to Karin after she stroked Karin's cheek, hoping Karin would come to her senses and answer her.

Kim's crying voice came to a halt as his shoulders were slightly touched slowly, he turned his head back to ascertain who was touching him.

"Mianhae sir, are you her husband? If yes, we can talk. The sooner the better, this concerns the patient."The doctor said in a serious tone.

"Nee, we're talking outside." Kim replied nodding as he stepped out leaving Karin.

When outside, the doctor asked Kim to immediately sign the family licensing files for the surgical removal of the fetus. Because the fetus conceived Karin was lifeless 1 hour before reaching the hospital.

Doctors have checked it through the USG, and have confirmed the baby's heartbeat repeatedly, but the results remain the same. This is due to a hard blow that presses the mother's stomach, until the fetus inside is in severe shock and bleeding accompanied by ruptured amniotic fluid and comes out until it runs out. So that the fetus lacks oxygen intake.

Kim's leg immediately felt limp when he heard the doctor's explanation. His body slumped on the hospital wall. His gaze was empty, the chest tightness that increasingly felt so shook his heart. Kim's breathing was tight and stingy, Doctors tried to strengthen Kim by helping her sit in her available chair.

Slowly Kim took the pen that the Doctor gave her, she began to sign the letter in front of her without reading it first. When he was done with the file, Kim got up from his seat and bowed his body to the Doctor in front of him and asked for permission to leave his room. Kim again stepped into the IGD room, where Karin is currently. He walked with his face down, he still could not believe the events that had happened to him, especially the life of the baby that he was waiting for the birth could not be saved.

Plus the woman he loves is now unconscious, the fear of losing is becoming more and more. His mind was filled with fear if the operation carried out later would fail. "Haish my God..!! Why is this happening to me.!! Wae!!" Said Kim frustrated when he got to the doorstep of IGD.

"Little afternoon Mr. Kim." A man from behind.

Kim looked up when his name was mentioned. "Ye, who.?" kim was confused.

"Eee meet me Dae Jung. Successor to Mr. Lee." Said Dae who is none other than the son of the owner of the apartment building Kim who he currently lives in.

"Oeh nee,.. Mianhae I didn't recognize you for a moment Mr. Dae." Kim said as he received Dae Jung's handshake and gave a special hug to the man we met.

"How did you get here. Is this a coincidence.?" Kim continued while staring at the apartment staff who were with Dae Jung.

Kim tries to re-digest Dae Jung's words. "Ting-level security? W-what is the meaning of the security level.?" Kim asked confusedly.

Dae Jung turned to look at the staff behind him. They stared at each other until finally the staff who participated began to open their voices about the incident that befell Mrs Kim (Karin). The staff explained in detail the incident according to the story of the perpetrator (Irene) until the staff who broke into Kim's apartment, they saw that Mrs Kim had been lying unconscious on the floor of her apartment.

"For now the perpetrator has been secured at the police station, and the police are doing TKP. For this we ask permission to check your apartment in full, we will guarantee if there is a loss of goods or so while the TKP is ongoing." Staff is clear.

Again Kim was made coaxed, his head dizzy when he heard the explanation from the actual staff. Moreover, there is a word (doer), which is none other than all this happened not because of Karin's negligence, but there are people who deliberately want to hurt Karin and also the prospective baby.

"Aaagrrhh!!!" Kim shouted furiously as he felt pain in his head. Emotions Kim appeared, he looked at Dae Jung and also the apartment staff in front of him. He wanted to beat them both, but immediately Kim's gaze was diverted when the gurney came out of the IGD. The safe was pushed by the nurse out of the IGD room. The safe was carrying Karin's body which was still lying unconscious with an oxygen tube attached to the corner of the gurney.

"Wait.. Wait, where's my wife going.?" Kim asked as he held back the gurney that almost passed him.

"You're her husband.? We'll take the patient to the operating room, come with us. We'll show you the patient's ward." Answer the nurse who pushed the gurney.

Kim had looked at Dae Jung and without saying anything, he immediately followed the gurney carrying Karin.

"Chagia hold on.." Kim muttered with tears as he looked at Karin's extremely pale face, but he quickly wiped away her tears.

His steps quickly followed the nurses who were pushing the gurney. After the surgery, Kim was asked to wait outside. "Please say my wife, anything I'll give you. Put him down." Said Karin to the doctor who was about to enter the operating room.

"Master calm yourself. Pray for all to go well, I swear I will save my patients. Just a prayer you have to say right now." The doctor replied while patting Kim slowly to calm him down.

Kim gave a small nod, her tears breaking again as the Doctor left her in the operating room. He sat himself in a chair that was available in front of the operating room. Kim sobbed as she recalled the happy times while taking care of Karin who was pregnant with her child.

For a moment Kim was silent as he was tired of crying, he reached into his phone to contact someone.

"Jay, can you help me. Come here, I have a little business." Kim said from behind a cell phone.

Kim stood up while staring at the door of the operating room that was still tightly closed. "Chagia, I promise to avenge the actions of anyone who dares to disturb our lives. I won't forgive her, because she's my baby.. My baby..." Kim could not hold back his emotions, he again sobbed in silence. Her chest hurts when mentioning and remembering about Karin, especially her baby-to-be.
