"Dad, are we gonna take Mommy home?" raina asked expectantly. Today Jack had some important meetings so he and Zevina became very busy.

"No dear. You can't keep disturbing Zevina's aunty." Said Jack faithfully staring at his computer screen.

"I'm not bothering Mommy." Raina said she did not accept being accused of being a bully.

"You want to stick twenty-four hours on Zevina's aunty, that's the same thing you're bothering her." Jack tried to make his daughter understand. Now that he looked into his daughter's eyes, his daughter's face was very similar to that of his late wife.

Instantly he held Raina in his arms. Every time he saw his daughter's face, he would miss his late wife.

"Don't force Zevina's aunty close to you, if she doesn't want to be dear." Jack told Raina.

They did not know that Zevina was listening to their conversation. They thought Zevina was still in the pot, because Zevina wanted to make a drink.

"I know Dad. But I really want to know what it's like to have Mommy." Raina said sobbing.

"Isn't Daddy a Mommy to you, too?" jack asked, but his daughter just shook her head.

"You also have aunty Liz." Jack again.

"No Dad, aunty Liz just wants to be my aunty. She told me she wouldn't marry Dad, let alone be my Mommy." Raina said still sobbing.

Jack knew all along that his late wife's sister had indeed been living with them to help her look after and care for Raina. But Liz was never interested in him as a man. Liz only considers her brother and the father of her niece.

"Yes, don't cry anymore. Promise Dad, never force aunty Zevina okay." Said Jack raising his little finger. Raina nodded and linked her petite little finger to her Father's finger.

Raina sits back on the couch and Jack goes back to work. Zevina just entered when she saw they were already busy. He did not want to be suspected of eavesdropping.

"Mommy." Raina called out to Zevina when she saw her entering. He forgot his promise to his father. Jack could only shake his head at the behavior of his little daughter.

"Stop. Don't come any closer." Zevina told Raina to get close to her as she saw Raina starting to get out of her seat. Raina stopped and smiled foolishly then she sat back down.

Zevina returned to her seat and continued her work. Raina who was bored finally decided to sit in front of Zevina and keep looking at her. Zevina was misbehaved by the little boy.

"I know I'm pretty. But it's useless for you to look at me like that, you can't be as pretty as me." The Sarkas Zevina ketus. Raina smiled unhurriedly, Jack choking on his own spit making Zevina even more misbehaved.

"Hehe Mommy is beautiful and I love Mommy's delicate skin like a baby sister." Raina said plainly. The new Zevina gulped down her drink instantly choked, and Jack again choked on his own saliva.

"Raina enough. Don't interrupt Zevina's aunty or Daddy's never gonna bring you here again." Threaten Jack to his daughter. Raina was still Raina, she again just smiled stupidly at her father and continued to look at Zevina.

"Mommy's pretty, but Mommy's eyes hold a wound." Raina said spontaneously while stroking Zevina's cheek.

Zevina's heart was beating. How could a girl her age say that sentence Zevina thought.

Zevina immediately brushed off Raina's hand but was not rude. He did not want to get carried away by Raina's words. Now it was Jack's turn to stare silently at Zevina's face. Jack realized what his daughter said was true.

"Don't be ashamed of Mommy." Raina chuckled.

"St." Zevina tells Raina to shut up.

"Finally it's done too." Zevina said, stretching her muscles. He sees Raina asleep with her desk as his headstool. There was a sense of pity in the little girl who had always called him Mommy since these two days. But how else, six months is not enough for him to let go of all his past wounds.

"Come on Zevina, I'll take you home." Said Jack who was grabbing his daughter in his sling.

"No need for Sir. I can go home by myself." Zevina tried to refuse.

"It's already night. Don't refuse. I don't want to hear the news tomorrow about the horrible dead on the street." Jack chuckled. Zevina just grunted annoyedly. How could his friendly-looking boss say such a creepy thing he thought.

"Alright Sir. Sorry to bother you." Zevina felt bad.

"You can call me by my name if there's only three of us." Said Jack then without waiting he immediately grabbed Zevina's hand into his grasp, and stepped out of his room.

Zevina is stunned by Jack's treatment. This is the second time Jack has clasped his hand. His heart is beating unbecoming.

"Come in." Jack said after taking Raina in the back seat of his car. Zevina just obeyed the orders of her superior. He sat down and laid Raina's head on his thigh. He stared at the instens of Raina's beautiful face.

"Did she look like her mother?" Zevina's mind stroked Raina's head.

"You're prettier if you calm down like this." He muttered and could still be heard by Jack.

"Sorry Zevina, but only this time and with you she was like that. Maybe she can see something inside you that no other woman has." Jack explained.

"It's okay. It's just that I don't like hearing him call me Mommy. The rest I can take." Zevina said sincerely.

"I've told him many times but still he doesn't want to hear my words." Jack.

"His mother died when he was two years old. And I didn't remarry until this point. So that's why she wanted so badly to have a mother." Jack Typhoon.

What Jack said is true. Since the departure of his wife, he has absolutely no intention of remarrying and fokua raising his daughter.

"Why don't you want to get married again?" asked Zevina suddenly made Jack feel not careless. The shadow of the past begins to approach him.

"I'm just not ready. And it would also be hard to find a sincere woman in my daughter for sure. Because if I remarry, I'm not married to myself, but to my daughter." Jack said his heart.

"Totally so." Zevina's reply made Jack smile.

"Maybe in the future you will have to be patient because my daughter will often trouble you." Said Jack trying to seduce Zevina to put up with her daughter's pranks later.

"I'll work on it." Zevina said briefly. They soon arrive at Zevina's apartment. After descending and saying thank you, he immediately headed to his apartment unit so he could immediately rest.
