Four Months Later
Zevina is nine months old.
Zevina decided to give birth through a cesarean section.
The schedule that Zevina chose was today, and it looked like Darvin was packing the items they would bring to the hospital later.
"Darling, does it hurt?" Darvin asked worried.
"Of course it hurts. Normal and surgery are just as sick as Darv." Gentle Zevina speech.
Darvin then paused his activities and crouched down to face his wife who was sitting in a wheelchair.
"I'm sorry, honey. For the sake of giving offspring to me, you must endure pain that cannot be shared with others." Darvin clasped his wife's hand.
Zevina smiled.
"No problem, honey. If you're the wife, you'll also feel what I feel." Said Zevina gently while stroking her husband's cheek.
Darvin kisses Zevina's forehead.
"I'm sorry, honey. I used to be so stupid that I made a big mistake by hurting you to the point of losing our first baby. But I promise, I will never hurt you again, and will take good care of you." Pinta Darvin is sincere.
"Darling, it's all over. We can all make it a lesson to be better in the future. I don't remember that anymore. If nothing happens, maybe until now Darvin who is in front of me is still Darvin with his rough and bad temper. Therefore I am grateful, even though the incident was painful, but the incident also made you aware and changed for the better until now." Zevina said sincerely.
Darvin smiles.
"You are my best woman, my dear. My first and last love. I'm grateful in my life that I've only been in a relationship with one woman from the beginning until now and beyond." Darvin mentoel said his wife's nose.
"Are you insinuating me?" Zevina asked annoyed.
"No dear. I seriously. You also just love me. For me another man is not in a relationship with you, but just friends. After all it was also my fault for hiding for so long." Darvin.
He rose from his position and briefly peeked at his wife's forehead.
He went back to packing the things they were going to bring.
"Hey, little." Sapa Derex who arrived entered their room with Alice and Derice as well as Arzevin.
"Hey. When are you guys coming?" Tanya Zevina girang's.
"Newly. I purposely came today to accompany you." Derex said girang.
"Derex, you don't want to add either?" Darvin smiled wickedly.
"No. My son has had a lot. Derice my real son, Raina my daughter. There's Ar my adopted son and nephew, and now I'm gonna have two more adopted sons and a nephew." Derex said count.
Darvin chuckles.
"Are you ready, Zev?" Alice asked softly while crouching holding Zevina's distended stomach.
Zevina nodded.
"It feels like a little miracle. Our family history or your husband's no twins, but you're entrusted with twins." Derex said.
"God replaces the one we once neglected to look after." Sneaky Zevina.
"It's Zev, it's all gone. You have to be excited. Can't be sad." Alice calmed her sister-in-law.
Zevina nodded and smiled.
"It's done. Come on, baby, let's go." Take Darvin to his wife.
"Make your stuff let me take it." Derex took their goods out of Darvin's hands.
They get out of Darvin and Zevina's room, get down to their cars.
"Slowly slow." Darvin said his wife got into the car very carefully.
When he finished, Darvin closed the car door and walked into the steering wheel.
Arzevin chose to go with Derex's car because Derice was there.
They immediately drove their car to the hospital.
"I'm so nervous." Darvin muttered, holding Zevina's hand.
"Look easy, baby." Zevina calmed her husband.
Darvin was even more nervous than Zevina who was about to give birth.
"Are you sure everything's gonna be okay?" Darvin asked worried.
"Calm down. I've given birth and the process is the same." Gentle Zevina speech.
Darvin finally chose to try to be calmer.
Soon they arrived at the hospital.
It wasn't Caren who was going to deal with Zevina, it was other doctors.
Darvin got down first from the car and helped Zevina to get down and sit in her wheelchair.
Derex, Alice and their two young boys followed behind carrying their bags.
Darvin immediately takes care of all the administration of the cesarean procedure that Zevina will run after the nurse takes over Zevina to be taken to the operating room to be ready immediately.
After it was over, Darvin and the others followed and waited in front of the operating room door.
Darvin raised his head to look towards the source of the voice.
"Keanu?" Darvin said when he saw Keanu coming with his wife.
"I'm not nervous." Darvin told a lie, but clearly his voice sounded a little vibrating.
"That's how I felt when Zev gave birth to Ar." Cynical Keanu said.
Darvin looks into Keanu's wife's face in search of a look of jealousy, but Darvin doesn't get it.
"Are you not able to keep talking? You're with your wife." Darvin said cynically.
"My wife isn't as jealous as you. Besides, he already knows everything about me and Zev." Keanu smiled sweetly at his wife.
"As far as you go." Darvin ketus.
Derex and the others chose to be the audience.
Shortly after, the red light above the door of the operating room was lit Zevina's fault operation sign began to run.
Darvin's getting nervous.
"Oh my God, keep my three lives in there." Pinta Darvin prayed in his heart.
Waiting long enough.
Ooee ooee
There was a loud sound of the cries of two babies who were mutually unpretentious.
Darvin fell limp in the waiting chair in front of the room because he just stood up.
His heart beat so fast that it felt like it was going to fall off.
They've been waiting a long time.
"Mr Darvin?" A doctor came out of the operating room.
"Yes me." Darvin replied holding the limp in his leg and trying to walk up to the doctor.
"Congratulations, your twins are all healthy and both are female. His mother is also in good condition. The nurses are handling the mother and baby further. The family can see him after later transferred to the hospital room." The doctor explained.
Darvin can only nod.
Darvin's back on the ground, now sitting limp on the floor.
Arzevin chose to approach his father and embrace his father.
"Dad, why is Daddy sad?" Tanya Arzevin quietly.
"Daddy is not sad, son. Daddy happy. Very happy to have you, Mommy, and your two baby sisters." Darvin said softly.
"So my second sister? Yei....." Arzevin said cheered happily and jumped here and there until Derice also followed.
All of her chuckles at the behavior of the two different-aged boys.
Shortly after, several nurses came out pushing a gurney with Zevina lying on top of her and a large baby box with two small babies in it that was still red.
Darvin was once again moved and shed tears as he followed the steps of the nurses.
They also entered the VIP room.
"Please sir." The nurses invited Darvin and other family members to see Zevina and her two babies.
Zevina fell asleep probably because she was tired.
Darvin stared at the cute faces of his two tiny babies.
"Welcome to our little family dear." Darvin said then slowly kissed the forehead of his two daughters.
Everyone in the room felt a great happiness that welcomed the birth of the two tiny babies.
Darvin approaches Zevina and grabs Zevina's hand into hers.
"Dear, thank you for everything. Thank you for your sincerity and loyalty all this time. Thank you for your patience in facing me. Even when I'm not around, you faithfully wait for me and take good care of our son. Thank you for wanting to endure the pain in order to give offspring to me. I know a word of thanks alone will not be enough to replace all your sacrifices, but still I say thank you. I love you dear and will always love you." Darvin.
"Darv, what's the name of your twin girls?" Derex looked closely at his two twin nieces.
"Arvina Anthony and Arzen Anthony." Darvin answered, holding his wife's hand.
"Hopefully in the future, only happiness surrounds all of our lives. No more trials that will set us apart again."
