The If Love 50
Roy and Jack were sitting in the living room of Zevina's apartment. They sit facing.
While Zevina and Raina sit next to Jack, of course, at the order of Jack who acts as an older brother for Zevina.
"So what was your name?" Jack starts the conversation by asking Roy's name.
"Roy." Roy answered briefly.
Their sharp looks clashed against each other. Zevina just hugged Raina tightly, but actually she wanted to laugh at the two adult men who were fighting the gaze.
"What's your purpose here?" Jack asked again.
"I'm here to try my luck. My business went bankrupt in New York." Roy replied.
"You unemployed?" Jack raised next to his eyebrows.
"Not unemployed. It's just that I'm in bankruptcy." Roy defended himself.
"Just the same." Jack answered tightly and folded his hands in front of his chest and leaned his back against the sofa.
"Don't dream you could get Zev, especially if you're unemployed." Jack insulted Roy.
"What if I'm unemployed. I have plenty of money left." Roy is confident.
"You think the rest of your money can't run out? You should've tried to find another job." Jack advised Roy.
" I won't allow Zevina to be with any man let alone an unemployed man like you." Jack chimed in on his own words.
"Do you want to give me a job?" Roy asked defiantly.
"I can consider. The finance manager at my company has resigned and there is a new recruitment. If you're going to try to make your proposal." Jack is no less challenging.
"I'll think about it." Roy sok selling expensive.
He looked at Zevina who was busy whispering with Raina.
"What if I had a job, you could open your heart to me?" Roy nodded as if asking Zevina.
"If that's the only way to be with you, I'll try." He stuck his words in his heart.
"Good Jack. I concur. Where should I send my CV?" Roy asked seriously.
"Send by email ... " Jack also answered seriously.
"Hopefully you're lucky Roy." Zevina is now speaking.
Roy smiled sweetly, the taste of flowering flowers got a word of encouragement from Zevina.
"I must be Zev." Roy said passion.
Jack just twirled his lazy two eyeballs.
"Zev, come with me for a second." Jack gently pulled Zevina's hand to follow her. Raina was also pulled by Zevina.
Zevina follows Jack's steps and pulls, as does Raina. They go to Zevina's room and Jack locks the door.
"Zev, you're not wrong to let a stranger stay in your apartment? And just the two of you?" Jack asked annoyedly.
No other meaning, he was just worried. Zevina was like a sister to him.
"Actually he's not Jack's stranger. I've known him for a long time, even though we weren't close." Zevina spoke as if defending Roy.
"Don't tell me he's one of those guys who's been after you." Jack asked inquiring.
"First Jack. Like now he's a little better. Not as scary as it used to be." Zevina replied according to the fact that she felt now with Roy.
"Remember Zev, Darvin's still not clear whereabouts. And if Darvin's bad is not coming back, I hope you pick a guy who's really nice and sincere to you." Jack advises Zevina.
"I know Jack. You take it easy." Zevina smiled sweetly.
Huh
How could he not interfere too much in Zevina's personal affairs.
"Yes, I have to go to the office now. I'll send Raina to accompany you. Call me if there's a problem." Jack ruffled Zevina's hair.
"Stop." Zevina brushed Jack's hand off her head making Raina laugh.
"There go. Be careful to drive." Zevina let Jack go.
After opening the door to Zevina's room that he had locked, Jack waltzed away without caring anymore for Roy.
"Mommy, I want to go to the toilet." Said Raina and immediately ran to her destination.
Zevina decided to sit next to Roy but some distance away. He turned on the television, and Roy was writing something.
"Zev, is it okay if I start from the bottom?" Roy asks, but the most important thing for him is Zevina's opinion and view.
"Roy, humans aren't always at the top. The wheel of life keeps turning. We never know what we'll experience even a minute later." Zevina.
"So you don't mind if I'm just a finance manager?" Roy asked for his opinion.
I don't know, but right now he feels Zevina's input is more than anything.
"What should I object to? It's good if you work Roy. At least for yourself." Zevina. Zevina was actually confused by Roy's question, only she did not want to bother.
"alright. Em Zev, what if I stay here more often? Staying only. Because I'm a long way from where I want to go to Jack's company." Pinta Roy's.
At the moment he has no evil thoughts. What he had in mind right now was how to get a job.
"Em, if you don't mind sleeping in the living room." Zevina said casually.
"Thank you Zev." Roy hugged Zevina, but she let go immediately.
"Now I have to go home to prepare a letter for my job application. Pray for me Zev." Pinta Roy's.
He then got up from his seat, then kissed Zevina's forehead briefly before waltzing away. Zevina was treated sweetly like that, but that doesn't mean she loves Roy.

"How's your search for keanu? Have you got results?" Derex asked while playing a folding knife in his hand.
"Already Sir. I got the latest discovery, the one that hurt Miss Zevina's husband was Roy Giant. She used to be a potential business associate who was always rejected by Miss Zevina's husband. He is also one of the men who wanted Miss Zevina first Mr." Keanu answered according to his discovery.
"This is Roy's data and photo." Keanu handed Derex a brown envelope.
"Unemployment yes, so he is now a poor man who has nothing." Derex underestimated when he saw Roy's data.
"Truly Sir. And he is currently in London, even these days often with Miss Zevina." Keanu answered.
Derex did not say and Keanu faithfully waited.
"Do we need to move now, sir?" Keanu finally decided to ask first.
"Hold down. I want to see what he wants to do. As long as he doesn't hurt my beloved, we shut up. Just make sure your men take care of Zevina properly. If it fails or is negligent, you know for yourself the consequences." Derex threatened Keanu.
Keanu is not afraid and is not a coward. After all, he never failed in doing his job.
"Good Sir. I'm saying goodbye." Keanu finally retreated and turned around and walked away.
