INSULATION (Troublemaker)

INSULATION (Troublemaker)
Chapter 69

It took them 30 minutes finally they had reached one of the bookstores in the city they were in at the moment. Whereas if Erland had increased the speed of the bike, they would have been up to 15 minutes earlier than the time they spent on the road earlier.

Erland helped remove the helmet on Maura's head when he saw his wife was in distress after the woman got off the bike.

"Thank you" said Maura when the helmet protecting his head was successfully opened Erland.

Erland who had indeed removed her own helmet, her smile could be seen by Maura.

"So yuk," Erland asked. But before he stepped his feet, his hand he moved to grab Maura's hand. He held his wife's hand and took her to a bookstore. Without Erland knowing if what he is doing at this time makes Maura was surprised before his head he bowed of course to hide his smile and red tinge on both cheeks.

The two who had entered the bookstore, Erland immediately headed to the row of books about religion. He let go of his hand when he arrived at a row of books about religion.

Maura shows Erland who is busy looking for a book that the man will give him, namely a prayer guide book.

But a moment later, Maura turned her gaze to the row of books. He scratched his neck when he saw a row of Islamic books. There really was never any mention of Maura if she went to a bookstore with the aim of buying books about religion.

Erland who had obtained the book she was looking for was approaching Maura who was daydreaming but her eyes were directed to one of the books on the bookshelf. Erland who did not realize that Maura was daydreaming, he actually followed the direction of Maura's view when he was standing in front of his wife. Maura's point of view is now in one of the books titled Secrets of Divine Love.

Erland squinted her eyes, before she turned her gaze back towards Maura.

"Would you buy that book?" asked Erland who managed to make Maura aghast in shock, to the point that he was now holding his chest that was beating fast. Remember his heartbeat was not because he was falling in love but because he was shocked.

"Jeez Erland didn't know" Maura said.

"Ck, I was here. You're the one who doesn't. Why did you just look at that book from then on? You wanna buy? If you want to take it. My money is still enough to buy the book and this book" Erland said, showing the prayer guide book that was already in his hands.

"No, no need to Er," Maura refused because she did not intend to buy another book other than the prayer guide book. He also doesn't like to read. So it is certain that if he bought another book in addition to the prayer guidance, surely the book will only be frowned upon until the termites will eat it later. So rather than him wasting Erland's money, it was better that he turned it down.

"It's okay Ra. If you want to take a gih," said Erland.

Maura quickly shook her head.

"No Erland. I don't want that book. So forget about my problem, which I saw was a book. And most importantly now we pay for the prayer guidebook and get the hell out of here" Maura said.

"No Erland. I won't regret it at all. Come on, let's go to the cashier right now." Maura pushed Erland's body away from the bookshelf even though she was looked at suspiciously by Erland, she did not care. She was still pushing her husband's body slowly until finally both of them had arrived in front of the cashier.

"Pay gih," said Maura by controlling his breath that looks boring. Honestly, Erland's very heavy body made her tired herself just for pushing the man.

"You sure as hell didn't buy that book." Maura who had managed to catch her breath by occasionally fanning her face with both hands, the movement she stopped when she heard the words from Erland. And with the face that he made so much that he might not forget he also glared at his eyes, Maura looked at Erland's face.

Where it made Erland nod her head while saying, "Oh okay. You didn't buy that book. Okay-okay I get it."

Erland now turned her eyes towards the cashier in front of her by thrusting the book in her hand to one of the employees at the bookstore.

"This is all, my mom?" asked the store clerk very kindly who actually immediately got a deathly look from Maura. Somehow he did not like there was someone who called Erland with the name mas, he felt that the title was only appropriate for a couple or if not a pair of brothers.

The bookstore clerk seemed to bow his head when accidentally his eyes met with Maura's eyes were very, very terrible for the employee.

While Erland, who did not feel that the life of the store clerk was being threatened by his wife, casually replied, "Yes. That's all it is."

Erland's answer was very ordinary. Even the man's face looked very flat, there was no smile that he showed. But somehow the answer from Erland just made Maura fire beard.

"Why should you answer anyway? What kind of charm do you want? Damn it," inner Maura.

The officer who heard the words from Erland nodded his head, then he quickly scanned the book and put it in a plastic stinger said, "The total is 15 thousand mas."

Without saying anything, Erland immediately took the money from his wallet and gave it to the clerk of the store.

"The money is 100 thousand, the change is 85 thousand. Thanks for the visit. Please come back," said the store employee was still in a friendly tone but his head did not dare he stood up.

Erland nodded her head while taking the change earlier. Then he turned his head towards Maura who was still staring fiercely at the store clerk.

"Let's go home," Erland asked by grabbing Maura's hand, grasping her before she stepped her foot to get out of the bookstore which automatically made Maura also step on her foot. But the look in his eyes was still staring at the shop clerk who was currently stealing glances at him, as if the look in his eyes Maura was currently showing was saying, "Observe you!"
