JI 2 - Eat Not Pay

This morning Leon and David were visiting a fancy restaurant. Their current goal is: eat at a restaurant but not pay.

Both men deliberately came early in the morning, because usually if the morning restaurant tends to be quiet. Both allegations are correct. The restaurant is now completely deserted. There were only five visitors sitting far away from each other.

Later during the day break, usually this restaurant will be crowded. Because it is close to the office. Many employees eat lunch here.

Once seated, Leon and David were immediately presented with mineral water and free biscuits. David ate the free menu.

As Leon was about to order the menu, David forbade it. "Don't, Mum! We want to eat for free. If we order a menu, we have to pay" said David with his innocent face.

Leon jumped so shocked. After recovering from the shock, Leon then made a sound. "We eat this for free?" leon asked as he lifted up two dishes filled with biscuits.

David nodded. "Yes" replied David casually.

"But how do we get out of here without any orders?" ask Leon wonder. It's a shame to get out of here and order nothing. Moreover, the biscuits on the table have been spent. What will the restaurant service say?

"Quiet, Mas. Later I will tell you how," said David while raising his eyebrows.

Leon finally obeyed what David said. He ate the biscuits on the table. I don't think there's anything special. Just like biscuits in general.

"We're on the lookout, Vid. The waiter at the other end of the line saw us. Maybe it's because we didn't order the menu" Leon said, glancing at the two busy waiters whispering and looking at their table.

Yeah, it's only natural they see Leon and David like that. Because, since the menu book and biscuits are placed on their table, they do not go to order the menu and are busy enjoying biscuits.

When the biscuits on David's plate ran out, he coughed violently. "Uhuk uhuk!"

"Why you?" ask Leon worriedly.

"It's acting, Mas" whispered David as he glanced at Leon.

Because of the good acting of David, Leon's nurse face until red and her eyes shed tears. Everyone in the restaurant looked in surprise at David. Including some guests who were eating.

"W-how is this? Uhuk. What is this biscuit? It could be that this biscuit almost killed me!" David said as he looked at some employees with a sharp look.

One of the employees approached David. "Sorry, Mas. But this is premium. Our chef does not carelessly cook," he explained in a friendly manner.

"What did this fantasy just happen? I almost choked to death, you know. Biscuit rough. Make a sore throat," said David.

"We're sorry, Mas." The employee apologized sincerely. He did not want this problem to grow.

"Oh, I don't eat here." David stood up from his seat. "Let's just go home, Mas" David said as he pushed Leon out of the restaurant.

Several visitors and employees looked at the departure of David and Leon with astonished gazes.

When David and Leon arrived in the car, they both laughed out loud.

"You're crazy!" Leon spoke while holding his stomach hard due to laughing a lot. "If it's just a biscuit, I can buy it for you. Lagian at home is also a lot," he said while shaking his head.

David drove up the car laughing cheerfully. "The sensation is different, Mas. It's more adrenaline-inducing."

"You do that often?" ask Leon.

"It's the first and last time" David answered while focusing on driving.

"But the evidence is now that we are safe, Mas" said David casually.

"Huf! Next time you want to do weird things again, I'll think a thousand times."

David chuckled while shaking his head. "But it's a good experience, Mom. Leon wouldn't have had this experience if he hadn't met me."

"Yes, that's true. But I also will not hang if I do not meet you," said Leon while playing the song through the tape on the car.

"We're going straight home, Mom? Or take a walk first?" david asked, looking at Leon.

"Just go home. I'm hungry, I haven't had breakfast yet" Leon said. Indeed, when he went to the restaurant, Leon had not had breakfast. He thought he would have breakfast at the restaurant. But it turns out he was prank by David.

David nodded as he drove his car home. Actually, he was hungry too. Because it wasn't breakfast. Biscuits some seeds are not able to block his stomach.

Lately, Arini has been busy. He works as a pilot and also takes care of the company and also two cafes.

Arini's time to play with Jasmine and Joseph was reduced. They meet only in the morning. And if the night Arini came home from work, Joseph and Jasmine were asleep.

"Where do you work today, Pa?" jasmine asked as she poured the cereal and milk into the bowl. The two were sitting at the minibar table in the kitchen.

"Today, Mama's in the company. Mama's morning is flying tomorrow" Leon said with a smile.

Jasmine nodded her head in understanding.

From the direction of the pool, there was a giggling laugh of Joseph and David. They both swim. David taught Joseph to swim.

"You don't want to swim?" leon asked as he looked at his son who was enjoying cereal.

Jasmine shakes. After the food in his mouth was swallowed, he said, "Om David. She said that if Jasmine wanted to be taught swimming, Jasmine would have to paint Om David's face on a large canvas." The little girl Leon pursed her lips five centi.

Leon chuckles. "Why doesn't Jasmine want to paint Om David's face? Kan Om David handsome," said Leon.

"More handsome Papa."

"If it is, obviously. It's won Papa a lot."

Suddenly Wulan and Ani appear in the kitchen. They both just got back from the supermarket. And currently want to store food into the refrigerator.

"Eh, there's Mr and Jasmine" Wulan said. He and Ani bowed at a glance towards Leon and Jasmine.

"Aunty, the chocolate got, didn't it?" jasmine asked as she looked at Wulan who was unpacking groceries. Just before Wulan and Ani left, Jasmine had told her to buy some chocolate.

"Can, dong." Wulan then placed two chocolate bars on Jasmine's table. "Make both of them Joseph" he continued.

Jasmine nodded obediently.

"Why do you want chocolate?" jasmine asked as she looked at her father.

Leon shook his head slowly. "No" he answered with a smile.
