Istikharah
JI 2 - Curhatan Jasmine

After finishing from the coffee shop, Malvin and Mutiara returned to their home. Leon returns to his office to continue working.

"Where is Joseph, Lan?" ask Pearl to Wulan. The pearl immediately asked where Joseph was because as soon as he got home, he did not see his grandson. There was only Jasmine.

"Against the room, Oma. Again read the fairy tale with Bude Ani," replied Wulan politely. "Does she need anything?" wulan asked as soon as she saw that both of her employer's parents had just returned home from traveling. Who knows, both parents need something.

"No," replied the Pearl as it passed towards the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Malvin also immediately rushed to leave the middle room and go to his room on the third floor.

"Jasmine was scared, Aunty," Jasmine whispered as her Grandpa and grandmother had already passed.

The little girl was indeed very afraid of the aura of hostility that was fomented by her father's parents. Although she was a child, Jasmine could tell that someone did not like her.

"Std... Don't loud. Aunty was scared too. But believe the same Aunty, actually Oma Tiara and Opa Malvin are good," Wulan replied while whispering as well. Because he was afraid this conversation was heard by the owner of the name.

"What's up, Aunty?" jasmine asked as she looked at Wulan straight.

"Yes. Trust Aunty," said Wulan sure. He then switched the conversation so that Jasmine would not discuss it again. "We'll take another picture, yuk!" bring him.

"Corn!" sahut Jasmine excited.

They then continued to paint the beach with a high rock hill. Their paintings seem to be alive. Sometimes Jasmine makes a small mistake, but Wulan can fix it.

Jasmine and Yusuf have different passions. Joseph loved reading fairy tales. Jasmine loves painting and drawing.

Actually Jasmine likes to be read a fairy tale, but only when she will sleep. While Joseph at all times wanted to be read a fairy tale.

"Aunty, Jasmine wants a story," said Jasmine while focusing on coloring the stone. While Wulan only provides direction and corrects errors.

"What's? Just story!" wulan Sahut.

"In school there's the evil Teacher's mother. Her name is Mother Sinta. Jasmine is always in the same bully friends because of Mother Sinta. Said Mother Sinta, Jasmine stepson, Jasmine's father many wives." Jasmine spoke while focusing on her drawing paper. They draw in picture books and color them using crayons. Jasmine said she wanted to draw in books, not paint on canvas.

Jasmine is not the type of child who likes to hide her problems. He would tell his every problem to a more mature person. Except his mom and dad. The boy did not want to make his parents sad.

Wulan did not immediately reply, she looked at Jasmine for quite a while. Actually Ani had already told him this. However as he listened directly from Jasmine, it felt even more stifling.

A child as small as Jasmine is bullied by her teacher and friends. Jasmine's school education was very bad. Wulan wanted to be a teacher there and give enlightenment to the misguided children.

Because there was no answer, Jasmine looked up and saw Wulan who was daydreaming.

"Aunty... Why is Aunty daydreaming?" Jasmine waved her hands before Wulan.

"Oh, uh. Sorry." Wulan wavering because he was caught daydreaming. "They've been physically violent, haven't they?" ask Wulan. He returned to the original topic.

Jasmine shook her head quickly. "Not really, Aunty. But Jasmine's ears are hot" Jasmine said as she continued to color.

"If you've never played physical, hold it first, huh? Not in the fight. If we just keep quiet, they must be tired themselves," Wulan said as she rubbed the top of Jasmine's head fondly.

Wulan had already regarded Jasmine as her own sister. Actually he wants to be called "Mak" only. However, Arini disagrees, due to the huge age difference between Jasmine and herself. According to Arini and Leon, Jasmine was more suited to be his niece.

"Jasmine can't fight?" jasmine asked as she halted her activities for a while while staring fixedly at Wulan.

"Against the most powerful is silence. If it's in ladeni, it'll get worse." Wulan tried to advise Jasmine not to be mistaken like her friends.

Wulan's phone that was being cased on a small table in the corner of the room rang. He immediately picked up the flat object and saw whose phone it was from. It was from Arini.

"Hello, Lan? Jasmine's home yet?" ask Arini from across the street. Arini is flying overseas. And now he's resting in a hotel room.

"Already, Mom. Do you want to talk?" wulan asked while looking at Jasmine who was staring at him.

"Yes" replied Arini, yawning.

"Mama." Wulan spoke to Jasmine without a sound.

Jasmine then took Wulan's phone and spoke to her mother. "Hello, Ma. When will my mom come home?" jasmine asked to cry. How not to cry? He is now afraid of his grandparents and grandparents. Usually if there was a mother, she would not be this scared.

"Lusa Mama's home, son. You why? You cry?" arini asked as she realized Jasmine's voice was shaking.

"Jasmine is afraid of Oma and Opa" whispered Jasmine.

"Don't be afraid, huh? Oma and Opa are not bad people. What's Jasmine doing now?" ask Arini.

"Painting, Ma. Painting the beach," tell Jasmine cheerfully. "One time learn Jasmine can directly." Jasmine spoke proudly. Who wouldn't be proud if the work they did was successful?

"Waaah... Great," praise Arini sincerely.

"Thank you, Ma."

"Yes already. You're fine at home, huh?"

"Yes, Ma."

"I love you, baby."

"I love you too, Ma."

Jasmine returns Wulan's phone after the phone call with her mother is cut off.

Arini had called Ani, and said Ani, she was alone with Joseph in the library. Jasmine was drawing on the lower floor. Therefore, Arini called Wulan to be able to talk to Jasmine.

Meanwhile, without Jasmine and Wulan noticing. Malvin listened to everything the two were talking about. Although there are some unclear words. But still be able to understand.

Earlier, Malvin was going to the kitchen to get mineral water. But he accidentally listened to a vague conversation from the middle room.

After Malvin approached, it turned out that Jasmine was telling him about her unrest.

And here's Malvin now. Dining room table.

He sits while daydreaming. In his heart Malvin felt guilty for Jasmine. The boy was not wrong. Why does he hate her so much?

Looks like I have to make peace with the situation immediately, Malvin said in his heart.

"Well, you need anything?" Suddenly Wulan appeared in the kitchen followed by Jasmine behind her.

"No" answered Malvin briefly.

Knowing that her employer didn't need anything, Wulan bowed respectfully and walked to the toilet. He and his body were about to wash the hands affected by the crayon.
