It Turns out There's Love

It seemed that Fariz did not need to wait for more explanations from Zafira. His words were very clear that now they have to sleep separately, not one bed. Fariz already knew the truth, if Zafira still could not accept their new status and relationship, so it was fitting that he did not impose his will and had to fulfill Zafira's request to sleep separately with him.

Without saying a word, Fariz shuffled and immediately got off the bed carrying a pillow. Walk towards the sofa and directly put your head on the pillow, laying down your body on the sofa. To reduce the coldness that spread in the room and pierced the skin, Fariz accidentally folded his hands over his chest.

Zafira let out a long sigh, throwing it heavy, seeing Fariz had moved to sleep. To be honest, there was guilt in his heart for telling Fariz to sleep on the sofa. He knew Fariz must have been very disappointed by her request not to sleep in one bed with him.

Zafira pulled the blanket and pulled out the body from there. Slightly inching and coming down from the bed. He walked towards the wardrobe, opened the closet door and searched for something there.

After searching in some parts of the closet, he picked up a thick blanket neatly arranged between a pile of towels and sheets. The girl approached Fariz who had closed her eyes by folding her hands over her chest. Zafira very carefully enveloped the man's body.

"What are you covering me for?" asked the man with his eyes closed. Although the eyes were not open, she could still feel the attention Zafira gave her.

"The AC is very cold. You'll be cold" Zafira pulled the edge of the blanket over the husband's unclosed leg.

"Why do you care about me? It's best not to do that," Fariz's voice sounded flat, with no intention of opening his eyes to stare at his interlocutor.

Zafira was stunned to hear Fariz's words. The girl thought, Could it be that Fariz is angry with her? If that were true, then she would not have crushed her husband's anger.

"Why are you talking like that? All this time we didn't live together, but we always cared about each other. Especially now that we have lived in one house and even one room, it means we have to care more about each other. And don't forget, until now you're still my best friend, so it's my duty to pay attention to you" said Zafira honestly, still standing beside the sofa observing the man who was still closing his eyes.

Regarding the feeling of love that has not grown in his heart, rather without realizing it, it has actually grown but has not fully bloomed, he will give his heart time to better understand how he really feels about Fariz.

Let the time that will make his heart continue to learn in order to love the friend who has now become her husband, as the mother said, Laras. He kept his mother's advice in mind. After living in one house with Fariz and knowing him intimately then he will definitely feel very grateful for having had Fariz. The mother's advice is what she will make guidelines so that she can continue to learn to love and accept Fariz to be her husband.

The most important thing for him right now is to prioritize Fariz, serve him in every way. Be a good and obedient wife as your mother would like. But it needs to be underlined, serving in all matters excluding husband and wife relations in bed. For that one thing, there was an exception, he had not been able to do so. Perhaps someday, once her heart could accept this marriage, everything would definitely come true.

"It was one room, but I was told to get off the bed and forced to sleep in this narrow place" Fariz said, pulling the blanket up, covering the entire face to the head.

Zafira was silent at Fariz's words. The words of the husband seem to convey a meaning that he holds in the heart. A meaning that means that Zafira does not carry out the duties of a wife on the night of their bride, as is commonly given by the wife to her husband. But on their first night as a married couple, Zafira did just the opposite. Not fondly serving the husband but instead telling him to get out of bed. Choosing to sleep separately. He's in a big bed, the husband on the couch, in a tight spot.

"Iuu..," Zafira again wanted to explain something but quickly Fariz cut out his sentence.

"That's it, there's no need to talk about it anymore. Go to sleep, it's night," Fariz said quickly, changing his sleeping position. He turned around, this time turning his back on Zafira while pulling the blanket over his body and the entire head.

No man can be rejected by his wife regarding biological needs. Rejection regarding the affairs of the bed is one of the sensitive issues and not all men can accept it with a chest roomy. For this reason, Zafira decided to sleep separately with Fariz. She wants to keep her husband's feelings from getting hurt because of his rejection. The best way for both of them is not to sleep in one bed. If they keep pushing it, then it is likely that Fariz's desire will be quickly provoked if every night sleep adjacent to him. Moreover, the bodies of the two to the point of sticking tightly together like the one that had just happened.

According to Zafira's thinking, it was better for them to temporarily split the bed, to keep Fariz's desire in check. As such, the chances of Fariz demanding his rights would also be slimmer. Because, for now, Zafira is not ready to fulfill that one obligation. If the time came, once he felt confident, then he alone would hand it over to Fariz.

After a few minutes of staring at Fariz's body covered with blankets to the head, Zafira walked away from the man. Go to the bathroom and before long the girl has been doing tahajjud, as the mother always taught.

Next dawn. At 04.15.

Zafira who since childhood has been educated the mother always wake up at dawn, as usual at four, sometimes four more hours, her eyes have blinked. But he did not wake up immediately, still relax the body and berleha-leha a few minutes in bed.

Five minutes passed, he turned his body to the side. Check around the bed. Fariz is not. Yes, last night it was she who had told her husband not to sleep one bed on the grounds that he did not want the husband to make his body as a bolster.

The girl raised her body, turning her head towards the sofa. He saw Fariz still curled up on the sofa. A feeling of compassion flowed in his heart. Fariz's large and tall body must have been very difficult to lie on the sofa, not free to move there.

Zafira threw his head back on the pillow while taking a heavy breath. Look at the ceiling of the room. His eyes stared blankly up. After a few minutes, he closed his eyes, thinking about everything that happened last night. His mind raged back.

His hand rubbed his forehead and then lightly pinched it. Is that right, everything he did last night? Getting Fariz to sleep away from him was even worse, telling the man to sleep on the couch? Although in the past, Fariz and himself are a pair of friends but not for now. Fariz was her husband, who should have been served the best she could.

But far at the bottom of the heart, Zafira is not ready to share a bed let alone have a husband and wife relationship with his best friend. He's really not ready. There was compassion and guilt stirring his heart. He was aware of his position as a wife and he knew that a man who was married and already had a wife would want that.

After a few minutes of grappling with all the confusion in his mind, the girl got out of bed, walking towards the sofa.

He bent his legs, sat on the floor, by the sofa and looked at Fariz's face. It seems like the man is still soundly asleep.

"Fariz, I'm sorry I had to tell you to sleep here" she said in her heart as she reached out to touch her husband's head. Draped thick hair while smiling looking at Fariz who seemed to still be able to sleep soundly even though he only slept on the sofa.

"However, even though this sofa is not as big as a bed but you can still sleep this soundly. In that case, let you sleep here continuously, there is no need to move to the bed anymore," he muttered with a amused smile as he continued to caress the handsome man's hair. Zafira found it funny to see Fariz who looked so comfortable sleeping on the sofa.
