Her night.
Everyone just finished dinner together. In addition to Kiana who chose to avoid, stay silent and sit in a rattan chair while enjoying the ginger milk that Leni made a few minutes ago.
His head felt heavy again, when he smelled the smell of cooking served on the dining table. Every steaming steam, made the woman feel nauseous, whereas every dish had a delicious smell on the noses of normal people.
Crickets are heard almost in every corner of the place. Surrender with the boisterous sound of branches of trees blown by the wind. In fact, not infrequently the sound of motorcycles passing by, with some people passing right in front of the house while talking or even laughing loudly. Making the atmosphere not creepy like what Kiana always thought.
"Yes, now I'm such an abnormal human being. Everyone's smell is the same, no problem. Just me!" Kiana muttered with a feeling of annoyance.
Evidently. When everyone is together, enjoy dinner together. While himself? Sitting alone because he avoids feelings that he does not like.
"Kia? Don't want to come in?" The baritone voice broke the silence of the night around the stilt house there.
Kiana looked up, her head looking up. And there Jonathan stood in the doorway, carrying a large mug in his hand.
"Still smell!" Kiana answered honestly.
Jonathan smiled, walked out, then occupied the empty side beside his son-in-law.
"But I think it's healed."
Kiana lowered her head.
"Hhew. Unfortunately not!"
"Weight huh? It's okay, you have to keep the spirit, because Mami used to be like that. He even had time to forbid Papi to come home here, because he did not like the smell of Papi. It's weird, but it's pregnant! In every life that continues, there will be uniqueness that happens."
Breathing from Kiana was heard, she lifted her gaze back, leaning back on the rattan chair behind her.
"Mommy was like me when I was pregnant with Jovian?"
"Gum." Jonathan smiled.
"So this was from his father first, Dad!?" Kiana's face turned gloomy.
Jonathan chuckled at Kiana's words. Especially when he saw the woman was tired while rubbing her stomach.
"Just take it, .. It might be like that. Hopefully not for long." Said Jonathan, then the man rubbed and gave a slight pat on Kiana's shoulder.
The young woman turned her head, until they finally looked at each other. At first there was nothing strange, but after a few seconds of staring at Jonathan, Kiana began to realize that her father-in-law's arm was starting to get wet.
Instantly Kiana changed her position to sit up straight.
"I am experiencing these symptoms. Nor do I feel very troubled, .. papi need not be sad!" Tukas Kiana's.
Jonathan smiled. While Kiana immediately approached, then hugged the large tall body of the man beside her.
"It's okay, Kia's fine Papi!" Kiana spoke in a soft voice. However, Jonathan could still hear it very well.
Kiana's current attitude did not look like a son-in-law and father-in-law. He looks like his favorite father and daughter.
"Oh my goodness!" Jonathan exhaled slowly, trying to hold back something that had already burst into his chest.
Even the man closed his eyes, as much as possible to hold Isak in tears when tears began to break.
"Thank you for Kia's decision to keep your household. Thank you for forgiving Mami, Papi and Jovian. If you'd like to forgive Adline and Javier too, it's completely unexpected for all of us."
Kiana nodded.
"Stay with Jovian no matter what. Papi can't imagine if you're really out of Jovian's life, and choose to go on alone. Maybe you'll be fine, but you don't know with Jovian, his previous wounds haven't fully healed, and then if Kia leaves him, … don't know how else Papi and Mami can keep him sane." Jonathan said again.
While in the doorway there Leni looked peeking. Look at both with teary eyes.
"What's wrong, Mam?" Jovian half-whispered as she watched her mother continue to stand in the doorway.
He patted Leni on the shoulder, until the woman turned her head.
"They made Mami want to cry." Said Leni while returning to direct the view to the outside.
Jovian looked at his wife and father who were hugging each other. Then not long after that Jonathan let go, seen speaking, then Kiana got up after the man rubbed her head lovingly.
"Come in! It's night. First trimester symptoms make you tired, so you have to rest a lot." Jonathan smiled, then rubbed his cheeks.
Kiana obeyed what Jonathan had commanded, then got up and walked towards the entrance. And how surprised when he got Leni also the husband was standing waiting.
Jovian smiled, while Leni was seen holding back tears.
"Lho!" Kiana was astonished when she saw Leni.
The middle-aged woman smiled widely, then rubbed her eyes.
"Mommy's okay. Everything Papi said already represented Mami's feelings as well." Leni rubbed Kiana's cheek, and looked at her gently.
"Jo, take Kia for a break." He switched to his youngest.
Jovian.
"Eeee, .. Mama with Papa?" He was looking for the whereabouts of his parents.
"In room. Some time ago there was a contact, maybe an important matter until Ms. Herlin joined in talking to someone who contacted Mr. Danu." Obviously Leni.
"Maybe Denis." Jovian.
Kiana looked at the faces of her mother-in-law and husband alternately.
"Let's go in. Mama and Papa you're still here a long time, just calm down."
Jovian grabbed Kiana's hand, and immediately pulled her towards the door of their tightly closed room.
The clamps!!
Kiana breezed closer to the bed first, grabbed the tv remote on top, then turned on the thing.
"So you're getting used to it here? Doesn't look as cold as the beginning of our stay." Jovian smiled meaningfully.
Kiana gave a quick glance. He climbed onto the bed, and sat leaning against the pile of pillows behind his body.
"Yet. The proof is that I still wear a Hoodie or jacket, not like Bi Wiwin who every day only wears t-shirts everyday." He pulled the blanket until it covered his legs to his waist.
Jovian's voice was not heard. The man simply continued walking closer with a gaze that could not be explained by words. Highlight his eyes were sharp, facial expressions looked flat, with ignorant smiles restrained at both corners of his lips. One pull of both his hands could release the Hoodie he was wearing. Then dropped it on the wooden floor just like that. Then he switched on his short-sleeved shirt, making Jovian's upper body look perfect.
Wide shoulders, perfect looking chest and abdominal muscles. Not to mention the burly arms that did make the man's posture look very perfect.
Kiana looked over as her bed felt moving. And how surprised when he just realized that the husband was bare-chested, by putting on a different face.
