The voice inside sounded loud.

The door of one of the rooms in the mansion opened from the outside, and one of the three assistants appeared.

"Sir Jovian has come, sir." Said.

Danu's gaze that had been fixed on the cellphone screen immediately turned to his home assistant.

"Begging Jovian to come in right away." Titah Danu's.

The woman nodded, then left not forgetting to close the door of the study first. And not long after that, the door was knocked back, opened from the outside and Jovian appeared in his black suit that he always wore.

Danu's gaze immediately turned to Jovian. The figure he asked came early to state something they had talked about before.

"Look, Jo. Sit down!" Pinta Danu pulled off the glasses she was wearing.

"Good." Jovian walked in, and shut the door of the study back.

"Sorry to make you come so early." Danu smiled, turning her eyes towards the wall clock of the room, which just showed at 06:00 in the morning.

While Jovian just nodded back, with a facial expression as usual. Cold, flat, and not too much talking.

"I don't want to make small talk. So just get to the point."

Danu confirmed his sitting position. As usual, the atmosphere immediately felt different, and it made Danu feel a little more awkward, inversely with Jovian who always looked relaxed and calmer.

"So, ... What about my proposal at that time?" Danu started the topic.

"If I may ask to convince you of something, would you please, sir?"

Danu nodded her head, as she continued to stare at Jovian, trying to see an answer from the face of the man she wanted to be her daughter-in-law.
