Chapters 13. Xiaohai
Lin Yue who no longer heard Ling Tian's voice, immediately circulated her spiritual senses to check on Ling Tian's whereabouts. He was afraid that Ling Tian would actually peek at him.
After searching for a while, he did not find Ling Tian. Lin Yue's current spiritual sense could only reach a distance of 5 km.

"Maha.." Ling Tian just laughed and then pulled Lin Yue's hand until Lin Yue's body was drawn forward and crashed into Ling Tian's body.
Next Ling Tian raised both of his hands and hugged Lin Yue's body.
Instantly Lin Yue's body jolted and trembled like an electric shock.
He desperately wanted to break away from Ling Tian's embrace, but that embrace caused a very comfortable feeling for him. There was peace, calmness, and a feeling of security he felt while in Ling Tian's arms. Without him noticing, his hand moved by itself hugging Ling Tian's body.
After a while their arms came off, then Ling Tian said.. "Do you have some cooking spices..? I'll make something special for you..!"
Lin Yue also took out all the cooking herbs she often used at home. He did not know what Ling Tian was asking for the condiment for. But he immediately understood when he saw Ling Tian exuding the huge flesh of his s.p.a.ce Ring.
Then Ling Tian started grilling the meat, and sprinkled some seasoning on it. A few minutes later, the smell of the roast filled the cave.
"This is the Cloud Deer meat I just killed. The energy in his flesh will increase the strength of your body and also increase your cultivation. I will help increase your cultivation tonight, because tomorrow we will continue our journey into this forest."
Lin Yue simply nodded, then took out a knife and sliced the small amount of Deer meat, then ate it. Every slice of that small flesh entered his mouth, an enormous energy also instantly spread into his body through his Meridians.

The moment Ling Tian reached the place of the fight, he saw that one of the Spirit Beasts had died, it was the Scorpion King. His cultivation was at the ninth stage of the Golden Star and his body length was around 100 meters.
And the other Spirit Beast was dying, it was the Black Lightning Eagle. Its color was extremely black and dark, its cultivation was also at the ninth stage of the Golden Star, its body shape was like a Lion and it was about 80 meters long. He was severely injured and was exposed to poison from the Scorpion King.

Then Ling Tian used the special ability of Divine Fire to regenerate all the wounds contained on the Eagle's body. This process is rather long, takes about 10 hours because the organs in the Eagle's body are also severely injured.
After everything was done, the Eagle started to wake up and opened his eyes. He looked at Ling Tian's exhausted face from spending some of his strength to control the Divine Flame.

"From now on your name is Xiaohai.." Before the Eagle continued his words, Ling Tian had given him a name.
The eagle seemed to want to protest because Xiaohai means a small child, while the age is now about 500 years. He rolled around on the ground because he did not like the name.
