One slap Chelsea slapped on Rey's cheek. His hands were already clenching the daritadi. It was furious to see two people who were hugging in front of him, while his best friend endured his heartache.

"Fuck you Rey! how could you do something like this to Bella. If you can't love her, at least don't hurt her!" Chelsea could no longer resist scolding them both.

"And you bitch, are you still dissatisfied you're making Bella tormented? it's not good what else Bella is against you. Bella always covers up your rot. But, what you did to her, you took the person she loved so much" Chelsea said, pointing at Kia. No tears Chelsea had fallen soaked her smooth cheeks. Lily hugged her best friend, to calm her down. The people in the house were watching those who were fighting.

Suddenly the door of the house opened, revealing a well-built man, wearing a navy suit with a white shirt inside. The man walked over to the crowd that was fighting.

"Mike, why are you here?" ask Lily who saw Mike coming.

"Of course to wish Bella a happy birthday, and give this gift to her" Ronald smiled as he showed her the small box he was holding. However, Ronald's eyes were fixed on Chelsea who were crying.

"What's? Bella's birthday?" ask Rey who made them look in her direction.

"Ck, what kind of husband are you, your own birthday wife you don't know. Instead of celebrating her affair birthday," decak Lily while throwing her face in the other direction.

Ronald who heard Lily's words immediately looked at Rey who was still holding Kia's hand. Ronald did not hesitate to throw a punch to Rey's face.

"Fuck you, Rey! I think it's Bella's birthday, I was wrong." Mike looks angry to see Rey. Rey was still holding her face that hurt from Mike's punch. The look on the corner of his lips gave off a hint of blood.

"Rey, do you remember what I told you? if you hurt Bella again, I'll take her out of your life" Mike said in a stern voice. Rey is still silent. He wanted to answer Mike's words, but they were true.

"Where is Bella now?" mike asked Chelsea and Lily.

"So Bella ran upstairs, maybe she went to the room" Lily replied. Mike immediately ran up the stairs, followed by Chelsea and Lily. Rey just looked at them.

"Rey, is this sick?" kia asked while holding the corner of Rey's lips that were still bleeding.

"No! let's go after them!" invite Rey while pulling Kia's hand to walk up to them and meet Bella.

"Son, open the door! bi Ira here," call bi Ira while knocking–ngetuk the door of the room.

"Bella, open the door! it's auntie, honey," call her again, but there's no reply from inside.

"Bella baby, son ...." Bi Ira continued to call out to Bella.

"Bi ...." Call Chelsea and Lily who just came upstairs together with Mike. Not long after, Rey and Kia caught up behind.

"Bella won't open the door, son," said bi Ira, holding back her tears.

"Don't Bella try to kill herself?" Kia.

"Hey, Bella's a woman who likes to think long, not like you. Killing thousands of people, like killing an ant, is so easy without thinking about sin. If it wasn't for Bella banning me, I would have thrown you in jail. And right now, you must be in jail" Mike said. Rey seemed to think about what Mike said.

"Mike, do you know about that?" ask Chelsea.

"Of course I know!"

Inside the room, Bella was already lying down there. Mike immediately ran up to Bella and put Bella's head on her thighs.

"Bella, wake up Bella! what's wrong with you?" Mike patted–nepuk cheek soft Bella. Chelsea, Lily and bi Ira all ran inside, as did Rey and Kia.

"This must be because the disease relapsed again" said Mike because he saw blood flowing from Bella's nose.

Without thinking long, Mike wiped the blood using the tip of the shirt he was wearing. Then, he carried Bella towards his car.

"Chelsea, Lily, you're coming with me! we're going to the hospital, now!" take Mike with you while holding Bella. Chelsea and Lily just nodded and followed Mike's footsteps.

"Short of a second, can aunt come?" ask bi Ira with a face.

"Of course, Bi. Go, Bi!" take them. They get out of the room, leaving Rey and Kia.

Rey is still staring at their departure, she is confused what to do. When he saw Bella helpless as it was, he wanted to help her, and immediately gave first aid to the woman. But somehow, when he saw that Mike was more worried, he felt useless.

Rey ran straight down without thinking about Kia. He leaves Kia and goes straight into her car, letting Kia who yells call her name, to catch up with Mike's car which takes Bella to the hospital.

In the car, Rey is still thinking about Bella, and thinking about Mike's words about Bella's relapsing illness. Because all this time, he did not know that Bella had the disease.

In front of the ER room, they were waiting for Bella who was being treated by a doctor.

Not long after, the door of the room opened and revealed a middle-aged male doctor, the doctor approached them.

"How's my friend doing, Doc?" mike asked who was so worried about Bella.

"He was our regular patient a long time ago, but for these 4 years, he's never been here again. We thought, if he's gone, he's not" the doctor said.

"Why doesn't he ever come here again, Doc?" ask Mike who's getting worried.

"I don't know for sure why either. Now you can meet him, but don't disturb his sleep. I'll take care of it!" The doctor left them.

"Wait on! what's Bella really sick about?" ask Rey who suddenly appeared. They looked directly at him.

"Do you want to listen, if we tell you the truth? it's useless, you certainly won't believe it," Ronald who didn't come from anywhere, suddenly immediately followed Rey's words.

"Please tell me!" said Rey.

"You go in first! later I'll follow," asked Ronald who told his best friend, his wife and Bi Ira to come in. As for him himself, invite Rey to sit down.

"Sit down, I'll tell you about Bella's disease!" Ronald Pinta. Rey complied to the chair.

"Bella's been suffering from le-disease for a long time"

"No!" ronald's words were cut off because suddenly there was someone shouting from back there. Rey and Ronald looked in his direction. Ronald's face was so angry when he saw someone coming.
