Light Warriors

Light Warriors
Section 3

The relationship between Rumi and Sham can be likened to the relationship between the sun and the moon.

The sun with its heat energy, illuminates the earth along with its contents.  While the moon with its gentler energy, helps the sun shine on the earth, while the sun is busy shining on the other hemisphere.

The moon will not shine without receiving the reflection of light from the sun.  The collaboration between the sun and the moon creates harmony for the earth and the rest.  That said, there is an effect on the human physical body as well.

If Sham represents the nature of the sun, then its return represents the nature of the moon.

They were both born with a unique combination of numbers. Serba eleven. Eleven, eleven, and eleven in the morning.

Said the mother, Sham who was first born, then followed by Rumi.  Of course, the father and mother are very happy with the birth of a pair of twins.

The life of the father and mother was still well established at the time, despite living in a rented house.  There was no problem with my job at the time.

Although twins, Rumi and Sham have opposite traits.  Yeah, like the sun and the moon. Although strong and feared, Sham is also often spoiled and childish. If his mood is happy, he likes to joke.

I also love challenging sports.  Since childhood, Syam loved to play football and martial arts. Rumi is not.  He's quiet.  Shy-tempered.  I don't like any sport.  Always slow in any physical activity.

Rumi and Sham can talk telepathically.  The inner communication between the two of them was very strong.  Rumi could hear Sham's voice, and Sham could hear Rumi's voice even though they were far apart.

If they want to communicate over long distances telepathically, they just close their eyes and put their palms on their chest.  After that, just call their twin names.  Then, the other twin will immediately reply.

Usually, when one twin calls telepathically, the other twin receives a very strong heart-pounding signal, followed by the inner voice of the twin.

However, this closeness does not necessarily make the relationship of the two always get along. Sham was embarrassed to recognize Rumi as his brother.  Syam hated Rumi.

Almost every day, Sham scolded and bullied Rumi. Sometimes pranking Rumi until Rumi cries.  Also often Syam forces Rumi to work on all his PR, while he himself is engrossed in playing with his friends.  If it is discovered by Father and Mother, surely Syam will be scolded.

But Rumi was never angry, even though Syam continued to oppress him.  Rumi always forgave Syam, even though her heart was crying.  Rumi always smiled at Syam, no matter what Sham did to her.

Syam still oppresses him until they sit on the bench of Junior High.  They could be separated.  Rumi lives out of town with her grandmother and grandfather.  Syam stayed with his father and mother.

At first, there was no problem.  Until somehow, Syam suddenly felt lonely without Rumi.  No one helped him learn and do PR. There's nothing to be told.  But more than that, Sham misses him a lot.  There is no cause that can be expressed in words.

One unexpected day, Syam got dengue fever.  The number of platelets in his body dropped dramatically. In fact, all this time, he never got sick, except for flu and other minor illnesses.

Syam was hospitalized. His body is so limp.  Occasionally, Sham lost consciousness. And besides their parents, Rumi was the most panicked at that time (this was beyond Sham's expectations.  Syam thought, Rumi won't care about it).

Grandma said, she continued to whine and cry for delivery to Surabaya.  He said he wanted to accompany Sham in the hospital. Grandma was powerless to refuse his request.

As long as Sham lay in the hospital, none of his friends came to see him.  Because of their busy lives, Father and Mother cannot always accompany him. It was lonely.  I felt like I was imprisoned in a hospital room.

Syam often sees Rumi falling asleep next to him in a sitting position. As hard as the steel inside Sham, it will surely be destroyed to see all this.

From then on, Syam thought that Rumi was everything to him. Syam promised to continue to look after Rumi when he recovered. He held Rumi's palm.

" Mi, thank you."

Rumi smiled as she looked at Syam.

"I'm sorry Mi, for my behavior all this time."

"No need to apologize, Sham, " replied Rumi. "Whatever you've been doing to me all this time I've forgotten."

Melt the tears of Sham.  Rumi wiped her tears.

"Have, don't cry, Syam. You must be strong. You need to heal."

Mom and Dad were happy because they both got along.  Since then, they have been living together again in Surabaya. They're one school up to High School.

Rumi likes a girl who is also liked by Syam. Sham knows that. Syam can feel what Rumi feels, even though he never tells it. And this sucks.

When Rumi is bullied by her friends, it is Sham who comes to her defense.  As long as there was Sham, none of the friends who dared to mess with Rumi.

Life changed since his grandparents died, then his father was dismissed from his job and suffered a stroke.  And they had to move to smaller, crowded boarding rooms.

They were devastated once when Mom made the offer, that one of them should drop out of school due to cost difficulties. Sham decided to give up.  Let Rumi continue school.

Rumi is a good kid at school.  It's a shame that Rumi dropped out of school.  Let Sham help Mother be the backbone of the family.

Syam continued his life as a building clerk.  Every day, Syam faced bricks and cement.  His body became more muscular than usual.

Sham also had the ability to see Fire Angels, since he was a child. If he closed his eyes, he saw the Fire Angel in red.

If he was angry, his body felt hot and his strength doubled. Because of this, none of his schoolmates dared to look him in the eye when he was angry, because they saw fire in his eyes.

She called him Agni.  Because of the strength of Agni, Syam also rarely felt tired even though he had to work hard all day. Like Rumi, Agni advised Sham not to tell anyone about his abilities or Agni would leave him.

Sham should appear as a cheerful and humble figure. He can be angry if the condition is very urgent, for example when his twin brother is hurt.
