Erik's body was already sweating to see Yuana's energy that was decreasing due to enduring the pain and also trying to give birth to her baby.

All this time they just do routine control without the intention of knowing the sex of the baby, because they want it really be a surprise.

"Darling..!" That was all Erik was able to say when he saw Yuana barely powered anymore following Doctor Stevi's instructions.

Erik was confused between sitting or standing. He doesn't know what to do.

Soon, Yuana moved her hand to reach Erik. Erik immediately responded by holding Yuana's hand.

"What's the matter, baby?" Erik asked with a pale face when he felt Yuana's hand start to cool.

"I'm.." Yuana was unable to continue her sentence because of the pain that was tormenting her.

"You why? Tell me what's up?" Urged Erik with fear.

"I'm scared." Answer Yuana.

"I don't want to hear words like this. Please!" Erik replied with a trembling voice holding back the cry.

"Doctor, can I hold my wife's body?" Erik asked with a clear face.

"Sorry, Sir! If the master holds the body of the master's wife how could the master's wife be able to give birth smoothly." Doctor Stevi replied.

"Please take other labor measures that don't hurt my wife, Doctor!" Pinta Eric.

For a moment Stevi's doctor was confused between having to obey Erik or Yuana who still wanted to give birth normally.

Yuana shook her head at Erik's plea to Stevi's doctor. Erik who saw that was confused. He wanted to obey Yuana, but he did not want Yuana to have to endure the pain that frightened him.

"I can't bear to see you in pain, baby. Please don't endure the pain you're in." Said Erik while peeping Yuana's forehead.

"We'll try again. If you can't, it's better to just operate on the request of the young master." Doctor Stevi said.

Doctor Stevi immediately gave instructions to Yuana. Yuana obeyed and followed what Doctor Stevi instructed.

"Hold miss! The baby's almost out!" Doctor Stevi said.

Yuana grabbed Erik's hand and held it very tightly then took his breath slowly and tried to push the baby away.

"Aaaaaaaa.........!" Yuana shouted very loudly followed by the sound of crying babies who had come out.

Yuana's sweat soaked all over her body and she looked very limp.

"Congratulations miss. I'll clean the lady's body." Doctor Stevi said.

"It looks like there's still a baby inside." Doctor Stevi said that it would cleanse Yuana's body.

"Huh? Is there still a baby? But my wife's been limp doctor. I don't want to see him in pain anymore." Erik said with a trembling voice holding back the cry.

"Can you push one more time?" Ask doctor Stevi.

Yuana was only able to agree with the signal of her eyes because it felt like she no longer had the energy.

"OK! Relax and calm down! Miss twins baby. He almost came out too. Help me push the baby out." Doctor Stevi said patiently.

Yuana took a deep breath repeatedly to gather her strength.

"I want to sit." Said Yuana slowly.

The doctor gestured with his eyes to Erik to do Yuana's request by lifting Yuana's body and propping her up in a sitting position.

Erik sat down and did as Yuana wanted.

Yuana who got a good position immediately poked her hands back right around Erik's neck to support his body.

"What can I do?" Erik asked with a trembling body.

Yuana did not reply but further tightened her hand on Erik's neck.

"Can we continue?" Ask Dr. Stevi patiently.

Doctor Stevi then directed Yuana gently and carefully. Yuana who is not powered just follow what is done by doctor Stevi.

Ten minutes had passed, but the baby had not yet come out. Yuana's hand that was clad in Erik's neck had already begun to droop.

"Say a little more, miss. The baby's head has appeared." Doctor Stevi said with excitement.

"I'm no longer a doctor." As soon as the word came out of Yuana's mouth, Yuana's two hands completely slipped from Erik's neck.

Erik felt Yuana's breathing begin to weaken. Doctor Stevi looks confused to see Yuana's condition and immediately examines Yuana's body.

Doctor Stevi was shocked when she felt the cold on Yuana's body.

"Hurry and get us a device to pull this baby's head out. Miss can't do anything." Doctor Stevi panicked.

"Doctor! My wife why?" Erik asked with a heartbreaking cry.

"Give me back my wife doc! I don't want to be alone." Erik said in a poignant tone.

"Patience, Master! I'll get your baby out first." Stevi's doctor answered while asking one of the nurses to help her, while the other nurses were told to attach the infusion to Yuana.

The two sisters carried out Doctor Stevi's order with trembling bodies.

Stevi's doctor was seen bathing in sweat while trying to pull the baby out.

"Dok, my wife." Said Erik slowly with a hoarse voice from crying.

"Patience, Master! Please don't disturb my concentration. I'm trying to save the master's baby as well as the master's wife." Doctor Stevi replied.

Shortly after, Stevi's doctor took a deep breath as he managed to get the baby out.

"You take care of these two babies. I'll check on young lady." Doctor Stevi told two other sisters.

"So, the baby that just came out why not cry?" Ask the sister in surprise.

Doctor Stevi just realized the strangeness of the baby. He immediately patted his forehead. He beat the baby's thigh repeatedly, but the baby did not react.

"Immediately put him in the young lady's stomach." Doctor Stevi's orders.

Erik put Yuana to sleep. Her hands shook when she saw Yuana's stiff face and her extremely cold hands.

"Let me hold it, Doctor! Please save my wife." Erik bargained because he realized that Yuana's condition was not okay.

Doctor Stevi nodded at Erik's request. The sister gave the baby to Erik who immediately grabbed him with tears.

"My wife, Doctor. I don't want to lose my wife." Erik.

Gail who was standing tensely outside was shocked to hear Erik's very clear crying voice in her ears.

Therefore, he turned his body to see what was happening.

His eyes immediately widened when he saw Yuana's condition. He just barged in. He didn't care about Doctor Stevi and some of the sisters who saw him.

His eyes were fixed on Yuana's body which looked stiff. He then turned his gaze to Doctor Stevi and all the sisters with a threatening look.

"Miss Yuana must survive! Otherwise, I will take action that hurts all of you who have already dealt with Miss Yuana. You have only one hour to save her." Threatening Gail then rushed out with a blazing rage.
