With the night sky and night market crowds in the vast square, Bianca and Arga seem to have their own world.
They just stared at each other with their hearts pounding faster.
Until suddenly Lola came to disperse her second daydream. Realizing the arrival of Lola, Bianca immediately returned Arga's drink and removed the hairpin that Arga had just put on her.
"I don't like it" said Bianca, returning it to Arga.
"Why? it suits you Bianca!"
"It's ridiculous" Bianca replies, forcing Arga to take back the hairpin.
"You bought that for Bianca, Arga?" ask Lola who just realized what happened.
"Yes, I think it's good and suitable for Bianca" replied Arga.
"Suitable, but not according to his style, don't you know it!" said Lola.
"At least keep it," said Arga, putting it in Bianca's hair and leaving.
"Just wear Bianca, it does look good on you!" said Lola.
"Since when do I like to wear things like this Lola," Bianca replied and put the thing in her pocket.
Bianca and Lola then circled the row of food stands there. They spend quite a lot of time choosing the food and drinks they like, of course Arga who pays for everything they buy.
"Oh yeah, you haven't told me about what happened when you came home!" bianca told Lola.
"Aaahh about that." replied Lola who immediately lowered her head, trying to hide the look of her face that was suddenly sad.
"What's Lola? did something happen?" bianca asked who was aware of Lola's sadness.
Lola let out a long sigh then raised her head and looked at the dark expanse of the night sky.
"They told me the facts they've been hiding, the facts that ultimately made me know why they treated me that way" Lola said.
"What kind of facts do you know about Lola?" ask Bianca.
"Actually... I. not their real child, Bianca," Lola replied in a quivering voice.
Instantly Bianca fell silent and shifted her sitting position to be closer to Lola.
"Are you sure about that?" bianca asked with Lola's hand.
"They even showed me the documents when they decided to take me from Bianca's orphanage" Lola replied.
"They adopted me on purpose since I was a baby because they had health problems that made it difficult for them to have children, they took care of me like their own child and met all your needs well, but that all changed when I started going into High School" Lola explained.
"What happened to Lola? why did their attitude change?" ask Bianca.
"When I started attending High School, papa started to become a regional official, many eyes began to highlight the lives of mama and papa, that's when they considered if my presence in their family was a disgrace" Lola replied.
"Since then I have not been treated as a child for them, they made it clear to me that they would only meet my needs until I graduated from college and they would be very angry with me if I showed myself in public because they were afraid that I would be a threat to them their careers" continued Lola.
Bianca just kept silent by holding Lola's hand, she could understand how broken Lola was at that moment.
"I didn't understand why I was considered a disgrace by my own parents and now they have told me the reason, yes.
"For them I was just a toy they took from the orphanage, a toy they played well with and then discarded when they already felt they didn't need a toy like me" Lola continued in a quivering voice.
Instantly Bianca immediately hugged Lola tightly, making Lola shed her tears in Bianca's arms.
Arga who heard Lola's story just kept quiet without saying anything. In his heart he felt sad for what had happened to Lola.
"But now I feel more free Bianca," said Lola, releasing herself from Bianca's arms.
"Why are you freer?" bianca didn't understand.
Lola let out a long sigh then wiped away the tears on her cheeks.
"My arrival home yesterday was to sign a statement stating that if I had no relationship with them, I also had to keep this a secret forever but now I'm telling you about it," said Lola.
"What kind of statement letter is Lola? you're....."
"I've thrown Bianca away, they don't want me anymore" Lola said, cutting off Bianca's remarks.
Bianca shook her head slowly, not understanding the way the two people who had decided to adopt Lola but suddenly threw Lola away.
"Everything about me has nothing to do with them Bianca, although it's a very sad thing but I try to accept it and consider it a new freedom for me" said Lola.
"They can't stand Lola, they've gone too far, we have to do something to repay them for you!" Bianca.
"No Bianca, please don't do anything, I've accepted everything that's happened to me and I don't want to hold a grudge in my life" Lola replied.
"Aren't you mad at them Lola?" ask Bianca.
"Of course I was angry because I thought they were playing with my life, but I couldn't possibly do anything bad to them Bianca, after all they had taken very good care of me, they even continued to pay for my college until I graduated" explains Lola.
Bianca let out a long sigh then hugged Lola again while rubbing Lola's back.
"Whatever happens to you never feel alone Lola, I will always be there for you" Bianca said.
"I know, you're the only one I have right now, Bianca, thank you for coming into my life" Lola replied with a smile but her tears still dripped down her cheeks.
Lola then released herself from Bianca's arms and held Bianca's hands together.
"Please promise me to keep all this a secret Bianca and promise to forget my past with those who were once my parents, I don't want you to feel burdened with all that past," lola told Bianca.
"What about you, Lola? would you still consider them your parents?"
"No, to me they are good people who once gave me the beauty of life, even if only temporarily, now I just need to live my own life without them and I'm fine," lola answered with a smile.
"You're really okay?"
"Of course, for a moment I was devastated and very sad, but now I can accept all my destiny and I will start my new life happier now" Lola replied.
"I'm sure you'll be happier after this Lola, you've crossed painful obstacles so happiness must have been waiting for you" Bianca replied.
Lola nodded her head with a smile then resuscitated her head on Bianca's shoulder.
"Let's both live our lives happily!" lola said as she stared at the dark night sky.
Bianca just nodded her head with a smile.
On the other hand, Arga who saw the closeness of Bianca and Lola just smiled and then leaned his head on Bianca's shoulder.
"What are you doing Arga?" bianca asked as she tried to shift Arga's head from her shoulder.
"Hearing Lola's story makes me sad, too" replied Arga.
Hearing what Arga said, Lola immediately raised her head and brought her gaze to Arga.
"Have you heard all of Arga?" ask Lola.
"Of course, I've been here and heard everything" replied Arga, who was still laying her head on Bianca's shoulder.
"Just calm down, you can trust me" replied Arga casually.
"Only you and Bianca know all my stories, so I hope you two can really keep my secrets well" Lola said.
"Don't doubt me, Lola, Arga can keep your secret well, too" Bianca told Lola.
"All right, I trust you," Lola replied, then turned her head back on Bianca's shoulder.
Time passed, and the night was getting late. They then decided to leave the night market.
"Arga, can I stay at Lola's tonight? I want to be with him" asked Bianca to Arga when they were in the car.
"No need for Bianca, I'm fine, you don't need to accompany me" Lola said.
"How can I leave you alone after what happened to you Lola!" Bianca.
"That's past Bianca, I told you, it's not that if I'm happier now, I'm freer to show myself in front of everyone and on all social media, so there's no reason for me to grieve Bianca!" reply Lola.
"Are you sure?" ask Bianca to make sure.
"Of course, you'll only make me sad if you keep looking at me with such a pitiful look" Lola replied.
"I didn't mean it that way, I was just worried about you" Bianca said.
"I get it, but I'm really fine now, so you better worry about Arga being lonely if you're not home!" lola said while bringing her gaze to Arga.
"Where might she be lonely because I'm not home" Bianca replied with a sigh.
After a while on the way, Argapun stopped his car at Lola's boarding house.
"Thank you for today Bianca, Arga, I'm so happy to be spending the night with you!" lola said before she got out of the car.
"If there is any difficulty do not hesitate to ask me for help or Arga, I and Arga will definitely help as much as possible" said Bianca.
Lola just nodded her head with a smile and got out of Arga's car.
Arga then drives her car away from Lola's boarding house after Bianca sits beside her.
"I didn't expect her life to be that sad" Arga told Bianca.
"But at least he's feeling freer now and nothing will hurt him anymore" Bianca replied.
"You're right, to get happiness one has to go through the bitterness of life" said Arga, who was only met with a nod of the head by Bianca.
**
The day has changed. That morning Bianca woke up from her sleep due to the sound of knocking on the door from the front of her room.
With her hair still in disarray and both eyes still lazy to open, Bianca went from her bed to open the door.
"Good morning, breakfast is ready" Arga said with a smile.
"I'm still sleepy Arga," Bianca replied just about to close the door, but was held back by Arga.
"You have to eat now before the food is cold" Arga said, pulling Bianca's hand to the table.
Arga then prepares a meal for Bianca and they enjoy their breakfast together.
"What are your plans today?" ask Arga.
"Mmmm.. I actually wanted to invite Lola to come with us, but it turns out that she has an appointment with Daffa," Bianca replied as she yawned.
"So?"
"Today I will take you to enjoy a new experience" Bianca replied as she chewed her food.
After breakfast, they prepare to leave the house.
"Today there is no need to use a car" said Bianca, seizing the car keys from Arga's hand and putting them on the table.
"Is Mr. Dodi going to drive us?" ask Arga.
"Of course not, just come along and don't ask too many questions" replied Bianca then walked out of the house followed by Arga.
They walked out of the housing complex and down the sidewalk a few meters until they stopped at a stop.
"Why are we here?" ask Arga.
"That's it, let's hurry!" bianca said as she pulled Arga's hand to get into the bus that had just stopped.
"Why did you take me on the Bianca bus? where are we going?" tanya Arga doesn't understand Bianca's purpose.
"Don't ask Arga too much, you just have to give me everything I want!"
"OK fine," Arga replied resignedly and put airpods in both ears.
After some time on the way, they arrived at the destination of Bianca.
"Fast before we run out!" bianca said while running small on the sidewalk.
Soon they reached a place with many people crowding there.
Although the place was not clean enough and comfortable for Arga, but many people who sell food and snacks were invaded by many buyers, including Bianca.
Bianca then bought a lot of market snacks and took them away after Arga paid for them.
"Why do we have to get here, Bianca? isn't there somewhere cleaner?" arga protests.
"This is also clean Arga, see you can get a lot of food by spending money that is not much," replied Bianca.
"Are you going to eat all that food alone?" ask Arga.
"Of course not, come with me," bianca answered and then took her step closer to some scavengers who seemed to gather in a corner of TPA and then gave one large bag of snacks to one of the scavengers who were there to be distributed to the other scavengers.
"Are we just here to do this?" ask Arga.
"Of course not, I've planned a lot of things that we have to do today" Bianca replied.
"One of them!" continued Bianca while pointing to the ice cream shop that is located across the street.
"Do you want to buy ice cream?" asked Arga who was quickly replied to a nod by Bianca.
"All right, wait here!" arga said then walked off the sidewalk.
Because the music from the airpods he heard was loud enough, Arga was unaware of the car speeding uncontrollably towards him.
On the other hand, Bianca who saw that immediately ran over while calling out Arga's name.
"That's it!!!!"
Just a few seconds the sound of a car tire squeaking echoed in the morning followed by blood that had poured profusely after someone bounced far enough to hit the edge of the curb.
