Love for Kanaya
CHAPTER 59. EMBARRASSED

The time had already shown at ten in the morning, but Kanaya and Keenan were still sleeping soundly on the patient's bed, making the two nurses who had come for the third time finally decided to wake up a couple because it was time for Kanaya to be examined.

While Damar and Vania were still sitting quietly on the sofa, leaving with what was done by the two nurses trying to wake Keenan and Kanaya.

The two nurses tried to pat Keenan and Kanaya on the shoulder slowly, but what happened was that the couple did not wake up instead of getting closer to their arms.

"Sus, can you just let the two of them sleep for a little while longer." Damar.

"But sir, it's 10 and the patient should have been changed by bandage by 7. The patient also has to do some tests." One of the nurses.

And behold, even the sound of Damar and the nurse who was loud enough to be unpretentious in the room and sound echoed did not even make the couple feel disturbed at all.

"Sus, try to open the curtains, who knows they will wake up when exposed to sunlight." Damar again gave advice.

One of the nurses stepped towards the window and then opened the curtain. The sunlight just flashed through the room when the curtain had opened. The window on the side of the patient's bed makes the incoming sunlight right about the couple who are still asleep.

Slowly Keenan blinked his eyes as he felt the glare of the sun hitting his face. He opened his eyes slightly and then raised his hand to cover Kanaya's face from the sunlight without realizing that the room had been Damar, Vania and two nurses.

"You haven't woken up yet either." Keenan smiled looking at his wife's pillow face.

When Keenan brought his face closer to kiss Kanaya's forehead, from the sofa Damar immediately cleared his throat hard enough to shock Keenan who was about to kiss his wife's forehead.

"House, Vania?" Keenan said in surprise when his gaze was fixed on the sofa.

The two nurses standing behind Keenan covered their mouths with palms holding back laughter.

"It's almost noon, Bang. Why did you last night wake up like this?" Asked Damar while holding a smile, beside him Vania had already covered part of her face with her handbag hiding a laugh that she could not bear but did not make a sound.

"Good morning by noon, sir. Can you come down for a minute? You see, we had to check and change the bandage on Kanaya's mother's stomach." Said one of the nurses while covering her mouth with a palm. Really he could not bear to laugh to see the look of Keenan who was like a thief who was caught red-handed.

"I-yes," Keenan replied nervously then got off the patient's bed. Kanaya is still asleep.

When Keenan was about to step up, the nurse called out to him. "Sir, please wake up Kanaya's mother, you have to have breakfast and take medicine."

Keenan just nodded then tried to wake his wife.

Slowly both of Kanaya's eyes opened, she smiled as her gaze fell on the husband. A very sweet smile on Keenan's eyes. If only in this room there was no one, he would go straight back to devouring those rannum lips.

"Kanaya, the nurse wants to check and change your bandage." Keenan.

Kanaya turned to look at the two nurses who had been standing next to her bed and smiled. The two nurses returned Kanaya's smile.

As the nurses were changing the bandages in Kanaya's stomach, Keenan stepped into the bathroom to wash his face, glancing at Damar and Vania who were sitting on the sofa still holding back laughter looking at him. Keenan hastened his steps into the bathroom, a word that was spoken in his heart now. Embarrassed.
