Proposal

"Mom! Uh I mean mommy." Ruby seemed hesitant when she wanted to express her heart to Sandra. 

"What's the matter, my dear?" Sandra replied but her eyes kept on her gadget which was displaying a variety of wedding dresses that she would choose for Ruby. 

"Can I ask you something?" Continue Ruby with a downcast face. 

Sandra immediately turned her gaze to her future son-in-law. This was the first time for her to hear Ruby ask her for something. 

"What's wrong? What do you want, honey?" Sandra said softly as if she was talking to her daughter. 

"When will mommy and family come to propose to my family's house in the village?" Ruby's voice was almost like a whisper. 

Sandra immediately realized her mistake. All this time all he thought about was his son's wedding with Ruby, but he forgot that the woman he was going to marry had not formally applied to his family.
