Stuard did follow Simma from the beginning to come to the mall, he even knew when Simma vomited his food.
When Simma enters the restaurant, with all the connections he has, Stuard sneaks into the kitchen and sees Simma's order.

Stuard nodded, "Luccy, you continue to eat you. You have to go" Stuard said in response to a nod by Lucy.

Josh's body suddenly relaxes when he believes something, strands of Zidan's speech when it makes him more convinced, that Simma is pregnant with his child.
Josh rubbed his rough face, then he picked up his phone and called Zidan.
"Zidan, what were you talking about the other day at my penthouse that had anything to do with Simma?" josh asked as 'Zidan raised his call.
"Josh ..." replied Zidan, he did not continue his words because he was confused what to say to Josh.
"You're just Kelly's nanny ...."
"We're not in a relationship anymore, you're just Kelly's nanny ..."
"I'm going to marry a doctor."
