The Hospital

A few days later Alula gets a call from Tiara telling her that Rumi's mother is in the hospital. Hearing this, Alula rushes to Medika Sejahtera Hospital where Tiara takes Rumi's mother.

"Where is mother ?" alula asked as soon as she reached the ER room. Alula sees Rumi's mother still unconscious.

"Sister mother. ." Tiara had not yet explained, suddenly two nurses came.

"Sorry, the patient must be immediately transferred to the ward. Please miss take care of the administration in the registration section." tell the nurse.

"Well." replied Alula then in immediately go to the registration section to take care of the administration.

After everything is done, now Rumi's mother has been moved to the nursery. While Alula went to see a doctor.

"Your mother should be operated on immediately otherwise the cancer cells will spread and the less chance of recovery" explained the doctor who treated Rumi's mother.

"Doctor is there no other way but surgery ?" ask Alula who is trying to find other alternatives because the cost of cancer surgery is very expensive.

"There was. By running chemotherapy." replied the doctor who made Alula feel a little relieved.

"But it costs more and must be done abroad." continued the doctor again.

Alula's face returned sad after listening to the doctor's explanation.

"Good, doc. Thank you." then Alula left the doctor's room with all sorts of thoughts in her head.

Alula then walked towards the information section asking how much it would cost for cancer surgery. And as he had expected, it was very expensive. Alula took a deep breath looking at her account balance.

This is not even enough for the cost of the operation. How children go about school, the cost of their daily lives. Inner Alula.

"Mom is conscious ?" alula asked with a smile looking at Rumi's mother.

"Sister, I'm going out for a minute to buy a drink." said Tiara as soon as he saw Alula coming. Since then he felt very thirsty, but because he did not want to leave Rumi's mother alone, Tiara was forced to postpone her wish.

"Lula don't worry about mom too much. There is no need to listen to the words of the doctor." said Rumi's mother who already knew if the doctor would suggest to perform the operation.

"But, I need to get an operation right away. If not, the disease gets worse. You take it easy, I already have enough money for the cost of the operation" Alula said. Either way Alula will try to get the money.

"No need, son. Just keep the money for you and your brothers. They need it more. This mother is old. Maybe it's time for mom ..."

"No. Mom don't talk like that. I will definitely recover" said Alula quickly cut off Rumi's mother's words.

Alula is not ready to lose Rumi's mother. The woman he considers his mother.

It's getting late, Alula has to go home now. He had to get to the apartment before Tom came home. He did not want to find trouble with the man who had become her husband.

Alula walked down the corridor to the hospital exit. But his steps stopped when he saw Sky was walking from the opposite direction. Alula immediately lowered her head so that Sky would not see her. Alula was very embarrassed and was not ready to meet the man after their last meeting.

Alula kept walking with her head down until she felt Sky had passed her. As Alula raised her head, she was so shocked to see Tom standing a few meters in front of her. Tom looked at her with a cold look. Make sure the man is angry with him.

Alula was still silent where she stood and prepared to accept what her husband would do. But, moments later Tom just walked past her. Without saying hello and saying anything.
