Ch. 49

Samuel and Widya no longer hold back Tom from meeting Alula. They also feel sorry for Tom, Tom has been patient for two months and refrained from meeting Alula. Tom really wanted to do it.

Widya returned to Alula's room with anxious feelings.

"Mama's done ?" alula asked when she saw Widya coming.

"Can we go now ? I want to say goodbye first to papa." said Alula again while taking her slingbag.

Widya was silent. Widya hesitates to tell Alula about Tom's arrival.

"Back off Alula."

Alula stopped the movement of her hand when she heard Widya's tone not as usual.

"Someone wants to see you."

Not yet had Alula asked who wanted to meet her, the door of the room was suddenly opened from the outside.

Alula was surprised to see the figure of a man who had been almost eight months not seen. The man she had been secretly missing. For a moment their eyes met.

Tom looked longingly at Alula. While Alula looked at Tom with mixed feelings between longing, pleasure and fear.

Yeah, the fear of taking her child.

"You should talk to each other first." Widya's voice decided the view between the husband and wife.

"Here, let Bastian be with mama." Widya retrieves Bastian from Alula's sling and immediately takes the baby out. Widya deliberately wants to give time to Alula and Tom

Tom immediately hugged Alula's body tightly without speaking a single word. Alula who was still surprised by Tom's arrival did not have time to think anything and let Tom who was still holding her.

After being satisfied hugging, Tom now turns on the beautiful face of Alula.

Slowly Tom brought his face closer to kiss Alula's lips. Lips that have become his candlestick at once that he has not felt for a long time. Tom kissed Alula's lips so softly that he made Alula who had not felt him lulled and enjoyed the kiss for a long time.

Instantly Alula returns to her consciousness and immediately pushes Tom's body strong so that the link of their lips is released.

"What are you doing here ?" alula asked firmly to hide her fear of Tom.

"Of course to pick you up and our son." replied Tom softly.

"I'm sorry, I can't." declined Alula.

"I'm asking you to take care of the divorce papers immediately" said Alula, to Tom's surprise.

Although not this once Alula asked for a divorce, but Tom did not expect his wife was still keen to separate after giving birth.

Tom thought Alula would change and maintain their household in order to provide a whole family for the son. But in fact not. Alula prefers to raise her child alone.

"Alula, I'm sorry. I know, I've hurt you so much. Please give me a chance to make you happy" Tom pleaded.

"You don't have to do that. I've forgiven you. And I'm also very happy here without you. So, go." Alula replied by pretending to be indifferent. Though deep down his heart so want to live happily as Tom said.

But when Alula remembered how she had lived life together with Tom even though only a few months made Alula throw away her desire.

"Well, for today I'm leaving. But that doesn't mean I give up. I'll keep trying until you accept me." Tom realized that if he kept forcing Alula, Alula would hate him even more. So for a while Tom will budge and slowly mend his relationship with the woman he loves.

Tom turned back as he opened the door to Alula's room.

"Oh yeah. Before I go, I can .." Tom stopped his words as soon as he was right in front of Alula.

"What ?" Alula gulped her saliva as Tom looked at her meaningfully.
