40. Destruction of Zelen
Throughout the day, Fal continued to be together with Narz and the others. During the day and night, they distributed food to the townspeople.
It was not uncommon for the townspeople to give a hateful look at Fal.
Every time that happens, Narz always smiles at Fal, he calms Fal down.
The night came.
They all gathered in the living room just in case. They had guessed the purpose of the inhabitants of that city, therefore they were on alert.
Fal had fallen asleep, while the others were still awake.
"Hey, Narz. Why did you make that kid your student?" Ask Rin. She is a new member in the black organization, she just joined 1 month ago. And during those 1 month, he still did not understand Narz's way of thinking.
Narz smiled, he looked at Fal who was asleep, "This child reminds me of myself as a child." Narz.
Narz went back to see Rin, "You don't have to worry, because I'm going to talk about this with you." Narz.
"Minds you of your childhood?" Rin doesn't understand, what does Narz mean, the boy is similar to Narz as a child? That's not possible, is it? The boy was timid, while Narz was brave. But what Narz meant was himself as a child, does that mean the cowardly little Narz?
Narz just smiled, he knew if Rin did not understand, but he had no intention of explaining everything to Rin who was very difficult to understand something, or rather stupid.
Rin becomes annoyed at Narz's smile, she understands Narz's smile, "Don't smile like that!" Rin said annoyed.
Narz ignored Rin, "By the way, is there any news from master?" Narz asked Axena.
"Don't ignore me!" Rin said, but not cared about by Narz.
"Yes, sir told us to come to the Arrilla empire. Then, about this town... 'Do as you like', that's what the master said." Axena.
"All right." Narz smiled.
The four of them went to bed, pretending to be asleep.
Fal awakens from his sleep, he remembers about the townspeople who were after Narz and the others. That makes Fal panic. He looked to the side, Narz and the others had fallen asleep.
Someone came in from the window, that person was behind Fal. Fal was trembling, slowly he turned his head. Fal was terrified, he saw a woman who was one of the two witches living in the city.
The woman placed her index finger in her mouth, hinting for Fal to be quiet.
Fal was trembling in fear, he nodded.
The woman smiled, it seemed like the foolish child understood the current situation.
The woman went looking for the men's money, she searched for a while, but she didn't find it.
The woman who had been smiling, her smile was gone, her face was showing dislike.
The woman looked at Fal, she smiled again and approached Fal, "Where are they keeping their money?" Ask the woman.
"M-they're saving..their money.in.." Fal's words came to a halt, he remembered how good Narz and the others were to him.
"Quick say, where?" Ask the woman. His smile was gone because Fal stopped his speech.
"No." Fal.
"What did you say?"
Fal clenched his hands, he suddenly turned brave, he looked into the woman's eyes "I won't tell her!" Fal.
The woman was angry, how dare the little boy look into her eyes and act like that to her! He raised his hand, and slapped the brat.
Axena slapped the woman very hard.
The woman held onto her cheek, she looked at Axena with a look of hatred, "How dare you!" He tried to slap Axena, but Axena stopped the woman.
"Don't be rude to a child." Axena.
The woman smiled, she took her hand off Axena's grasp and moved away from Axena. He attacked Axena using his magic, but the magic did not work on Axena.
"How can..?" The woman did not believe what she saw.
Axena was suddenly in front of the woman, she hit the woman. The woman did not have time to avoid or hold him.
"'Don't be rude to a child'? I thought you hated children." Alaya.
Fal was surprised, he looked to the side, Alaya and Narz had woken up. Or did they not sleep?
"I don't like it, doesn't mean I hate it." Axena. Axena does not like children, it's because when she sees children, she often remembers her dead daughter.
"Where is Rin?" Ask Axena.
"Rin took care of the other townspeople." Alaya.
"Detect?" Ask Fal.
Narz smiled, "You'll find out for a while, though I think it's better that you don't know." Narz.
Narz knew the consequences of his actions. If this is the case, Fal could have grown up to be a criminal like him.

Narz, Fal, Axena and Alaya get out of the house, the town of Zelen is on fire.
There were many bodies in the city, some were seriously injured, some were trapped in the fire. Then, the perpetrator of the fire, Rin was in the middle of the fire, without any injuries.
The townspeople are dead. Even on the verge of death, they were unceasingly blaming Fal. They were jealous of Fal, because Fal was born into a wealthy family, so when Fal's parents were gone, they took all of Fal's possessions. Little Fal could not fight them so just let it go. Even so, their envy had not disappeared, the envy had slowly turned into hatred.
Fal saw Rin, "Great.." Fal was amazed at Rin.
'He'd be better than this if only he wasn't stupid.' Inner Narz.
Narz looked at Fal, a child like Fal is very easily affected. In this case, the thing he was worried about could have happened.
Rin approached the others, "What now?" Ask.
"We're leaving town now, if we wait for tomorrow, the army will arrest us." Narz.
Narz looked at Fal, he extended his hand to Fal, he knew what the consequences of his actions were right now, but Fal had no one at the moment, "Do you want to come with us?" Ask Narz.
Fal hesitated a little, he looked at the surroundings, he was reminded of all his memories in this city. Although after the death of his parents 2 years ago, most of them were bitter memories.
If Fal wanted to follow Narz, he would have to leave this city.
Narz clenched his hand, he thought hard about what his decision was. Fal saw Narz, he remembered all of Narz's good attitude towards him.
Eventually, Fal decided to follow Narz. He received a helping hand from Narz. "I'm coming along." Fal.
That night, Fal, Narz and the others left the ruined city of Zelen.
