Chapter 8's
Holy City of Topaz (Part 1)
The fire in Ricky's hand grew and his tongue was wildly wriggling. The centaurs were dumbfounded and silent unmoved. They know what fire is.
“Si..who are you ii.ini?” ask Wawantoraute. He now put on a somewhat frightened face, no longer as arrogant as before.
Shumi and Shukoi became a little confused. Shumi looked around and it turned out that not only Wawantoraute and the herd behind him were frightened, but also that all the centaurs there looked terrified. In fact, the ogres also looked a little shaky.
Suddenly the fire shrank again and changed color to pitch black. The centaurs grew frightened and even took a few steps back, while Ricky was seen smiling.
“What's up? You guys are afraid of not being able to reincarnate after being exposed to this fire?” bluff Rick, “this is hellfire! This is not what you are afraid of from the space magicians, so choose to submit to them?”
“Only one space witch can use that magic! Who the hell are you? Is Lord Fukai Kuro's blood on you?” ask Wawantoraute amazement “ini really is not an illusion! We are not against illusions!”
“Indeed not an illusion!” ricky snapped slowly. “Alright if you want to try it!” ricky said he was directing the fire slowly towards Wawantoraute.
The Cetaur shook with fear. Shumi continued to pay attention to it all, even though in his mind came a myriad of questions about Ricky's true identity.
“The man named this magic, Amaterasu!” ricky said and quickly, the black flame extended like an invisible rope filled with oil towards the Wawantoraute.
Wawantoraute turned around to try to avoid. Some centaurs also scattered to avoid it like avoiding something disgusting. But, Wawantoraute's body on the side of his back horse was hit by the black fire.
Blaash…. The flames instantly engorged burning the body of the Wawantoraute horse. He cried out in pain and fell down trying to roll around to get the fire out, but in vain. The black flames continued to burn his body like a bonfire that was burning extremely dry wood.
“Ampun..! Forgive...!” shouts Wawantoraute. The centaurs there were getting scared, and there were even some who had run away.
Zaaaap! The black flames that were on the Centaur's body suddenly disappeared. Apparently Ricky pulled back the fire and now lived a small black flame like a fire on a candle that was on the palm of his right hand. There was a burn scar on Wawantoraute's body and he was still lying with disordered breathing.
“You again?” ask Ricky threatening, “or anyone else would like to try this fire?”
Simultaneously, the centaurs who were there ran away in droves. They saved each other and left their leader lying helpless.
“Nothing, I have nothing to do with the number one magician in that Space Country! I only know his fame!” ricky answered while removing the flame of the black candle. He looked towards Shumi.
Shumi was still silent. “Then? If you hear the words of the centaur, you shouldn't be able to use that magic, right?” sama later.
“Indeed no! If it were a real black flame, his body would not be left like that!” he replied while looking back at Wawantoraute who was still lying helpless. He walked closer to the creature. “Only that one is what they are afraid of! So, the ordinary flames with high-level illusion magic and spiced up with fear from within them, causing the sense of fire that I created as if it were Amaterasu magic! Ha..ha.ha...” he said again.
Shukoi too was a little confused. “Then? It wasn't that the centaurs couldn't be exposed to that kind of magic either? But, he sprawled like that?” tanyakanya.
“See! His body was not injured! My blue fire only burns the feathers! But, he fainted so! Ha...ha..ha...”, Ricky replied, “can I kill?”.
“Do not if he is not dead!” shumi replied suddenly, “make him more unconscious until we can leave here!”
Bug..bug..! Ricky hit the back of the centaur's neck unconscious despite no reaction. “He should have fainted longer with this!” he then stood up and walked towards Shumi.
“You are still not a random person!” shumi said, “you can create illusions in creatures that should not have illusions.”
“Hey!” Ricky is getting irritated, “your knowledge of magic and magic is indeed very low, huh? A crown prince of the Kingdom of Space alone is unknown! Now, about the magic level also do not know! You stupid woman!”
Shumi widened and exclaimed, “what did you say?!” His face was red. He was ashamed of his criticism, but also a little emotional hearing his ridicule.
Shukoi smiled and put back her katana. “Better we go now, Miss!” ask her to try to end her employer's conversation with Ricky. “You are indeed not a careless person because you can use high-level illusions!” he pointed to Ricky.
“That's my point!” cut Shumi, “already, let's just continue the journey before they come back.” He turned around and walked up to pick up his waist bag lying near where he had sat before. He then walked back north, ignoring Ricky who was still watching him.
Shumi paused for a moment as he was about to get to where Shukoi was standing. “Thank you, Ricky!” he said while looking a little at Ricky and it made the person he praised smile.
“Remember, Shumi! Above the sky there is still a much higher sky, even below the ground there is still a much hotter ground!” ricky said softly, but Shumi pretended not to ignore him.
