Airlangga glanced at Saka who was sheltering behind a big tree, he grinned at her. With the rest of his strength Airlangga tried to stand up, he then headed towards Saka quickly. His movements were unexpected and unpredictable Sari.
Saka who had been peeking at the fight Sari and Airlangga was surprised because he felt his body suddenly lifted high from the ground.
"Eh what's going on?" Saka shouted in confusion.
The next thing he heard was only the sound of a hoarse laughter that was so loud belonging to Airlangga. Vortexes of strong wind suddenly appeared around him. Sari immediately hunted down Airlangga, he did not want to fall victim again.
"Take him off, you ugly creature!"
Airlangga laughed, "By pleasure!"
Airlangga raised Saka's body with a whirlwind he made and then threw Saka's body firmly towards Sari.
Sari is quite overwhelmed by the whirlwind, but she manages to capture Saka's body.
"Thank you Sari!" said Saka when his feet have been tracking the ground perfectly.
His face was pale with fear.
"Mas Saka is fine, isn't anyone hurt?"
"Yes mbak, healthy wal afiat me." replied Saka while checking his entire body.
"Keep away from here and take care of Doni!"
Saka nodded, Sari was about to chase after Airlangga and ran in the opposite direction. But unfortunately, Sari lost track.
"Damn! He outwitted me! But at least I hurt him!"
Sari made sure once again, looking for traces of Airlangga energy. He's completely disappeared. Sari snorted angrily and immediately ran over to Doni and Saka.
Sari checked Doni's pulse, "Thank God Doni's still safe."
Sari then walked gontai approaching Bagas' body. He fell limply in front of Bagas who was stiff in front of him. Enclosed by Bagas in his arms, Sari cried and kissed Bagas' face. His energy that was so great in fighting instantly disappeared.
...----------------...
Sari repeatedly wiped her tears. He accompanied Bagas' mother who was sitting limp in her wheelchair. His eyes were empty staring at the body of Bagas who was ready to be sent to the cemetery. Adzan chants accompany the departure of the body.
Sari walked gontai in all-black clothes wrapped around her body. Occasionally he receives a handshake from a colleague who offers his condolences. Sari tries hard to accept Bagas' destiny.
Bagas' funeral was over, mourners walked out of the cemetery one by one. Sari was still crouching beside Bagas's headstone. His eyes were hiding behind his sunglasses. Sari's tears still occasionally wet her cheeks.
"Sar, please Bagas." A soft voice greeted him and carried him in an embrace.
Mom Adeline had just come and headed straight for the tomb. He was so hurt that he saw his only child crying in grief in front of the tomb of his fiancee.
"Mam, Sari heeft Bagas niet beschermd
(Mom Sari failed to protect Bagas)
Mom Adeline was silent and gently rubbed Sari's back.
"Je hebt niet gefaald schat, dit is Gods lot."
(You didn't fail dear, this is God's destiny)
Sari came back crying. Dad Barend hugged his daughter. He also shed tears. Dissolved in Sari's grief.
"We go home, it's almost dark it's not good too long here." Mom Adeline asked.
Sari nodded and kissed Bagas headstone once more.
"Slaap zacht daar schat, ik hou zoveel van je."
(Sleep quietly there baby, I will always love you.)
Sari returns home after saying goodbye to the Bagas family. Along the way Sari fell asleep, she was tired. His soul was shaken, the loss of his partner as well as his fiancee left him severely traumatized.
