CH-33 Who's Jack?

Ara just drove her mother up to the porch. Ara's mother looked at her daughter with pity. He imagined his daughter's life would be happy turned out to be very far from shadow. But how else? Rice has become porridge, his daughter is married to Jack and his daughter does not want to leave Jack. He could only massage his chest and immediately went home to discuss the matter with his father Ara.

After the taxi left to take her mother away from the mansion, Ara returned to the house, she went straight to the dining room to bring food for Jack, then returned to her room.

On the verge of meeting Mrs.Inez.

“Why don't you come home with your mother?” ask Mrs.Inez.

“Now this is my home,” replied Ara.

Mrs.Inez smiled cynically.

“I forgot, it turns out you're more realistic than I thought. Of course you get more if you become Jack's wife than his widow,”. Inez.

Ara did not want to respond to her words Mrs.Inez, she continued to walk towards Jack's room.

“Jack, time to eat and take medicine,” said Ara, walking closer to bed. Jack did not pay attention to it.

“Look, I brought you a meal, now I'll feed you,” said Ara while keeping a tray on the table near the bed and then she sat on the side of the bed facing Jack.

Suddenly, Ara woke up again.

“Jack I forgot your medicine was in Mr. Beni, earlier Doctor Mia added more medicine, you wait here yes, I'm back,” said Ara.

Jack did not reply, he still hugged his knees and moved his body.

Ara smiled at her husband and got up and walked out of the room. Ara doesn't know where Beni's room is. He also asked Mr. Atam, because Mr. Beni was not seen in the room. After being told by Mr. Atam, Arapun went to the room towards his room, Mr. Beni.

He would knock on the door but he stopped it when he heard Mr. Beni talking on the phone in English.

“I want to bring Mr. Delmar back to France,” said Mr. Beni.

Ara listened behind the door, with whom did Mr Beni speak English? Fortunately English, he can understand a little what is said by Mr. Beni, try if French, where does he know?

“The conditions are getting worse here,” said Mr. Beni again.

Ara further sharpened her hearing, she was curious about Mr. Beni talking about Jack.

“You know when Mr Delmar is hiding here? He needs to be treated by a better doctor! Now you can't talk!” said Mr. Beni.

Ara frowned, getting curious about who Mr. Beni was talking to? What does it mean to hide Jack here? Why should I hide? Hiding from who? Didn't Jack come here because he went home, why do they say he was hiding?

“Iya, I also know he is an important person, but here also not improve even worse! I am very worried Mr. Delmar can not recover again,” said Mr. Beni.

Ara frowned again, Jack is important? Of course people matter because Jack is so rich, but why did Mr Beni say he was cured again? Has Jack ever been cured before? Why didn't Beni say Jack was healed?

“Iya, now Mr. Delmar is married,” replied Mr. Beni.

“Yes well, I will survive,” said Mr. Beni.

Ara was still thinking about Mr. Beni's words which he thought were very confusing.

He was shocked when suddenly the door opened, and Mr. Beni was already standing looking at him.

“I'll take medicine,” said Ara, greeting Mr. Beni.

“Good Mistress, but no need to bother here, let me drive her,” said Mr. Beni, while entering the room.

Ara was waiting at the door, Mr. Beni came back to him and gave the medicine he got earlier from the place of Doctor Mia's Practice.

“There is something I want to ask,” said Ara, unable to stem her curiosity.

“What's the problem?” ask Mr. Beni.

“Pak Beni talk to whom called earlier?” ask Ara.

Mr. Beni looked surprised, but then turned ordinary again.

“That's Mr. Delmar's Doctor in France,” replied Mr. Beni.

“From France but you speak in English?” ara asked, frowning her forehead, shouldn't she be speaking French? When the lawyer came, Beni spoke French.

“The doctor is from America,” replied Mr. Beni.

Hearing Mr. Beni's reply, Arapun nodded, he already understood now.

“Pak Ben, has Jack ever recovered?” ask Ara, suddenly.

 If you do not misinterpret the English word that Mr. Beni said, I'm afraid Mr. Delmar can not heal again meaning Jack never healed.

“But why did Mr Beni say he was hiding? Is Jack hiding now?” ask Ara.

“Looks like Madam misinterpreted, not hiding but living in this house, because the master is not good condition I need a Doctor who can really handle Mr.,” explained Mr. Beni.

Arapun was silent, so he misinterpreted? Yes it could be because he heard it just a piece, finally Ara did not ask again, he also left his room Mr. Beni with drugs in his hands.

Ara was still thinking about the words said by Mr. Beni earlier. His heart was not satisfied with the answer from Mr. Beni. Is there anything Mr Beni is hiding?

If he still understands English but what does it mean not wrong? Mr Beni also said Jack was important, hiding? What the hell is that?  But it looks like Mr. Beni is also hiding something, not wanting to tell him anything.

Ara rushed to Jack's room. He was surprised to see Jack eating with some of his food falling on the blanket.

“Jack what are you doing? I told you I was going to bribe you!” said Ara.

Ara's hand would grab the plate in Jack's hand but Jack ignored her and continued eating. Finally Ara sat on the bedside and took the food that fell on the blanket and collected it.

He looked at the man who was eating quickly. Seeing Jack coughing, Ara immediately took a drink and thrust it into Jack's mouth.

Jack looked at Ara, his wife smiling at him.

“Eat it slowly, so you don't choke,” said Ara, bringing the glass closer to Jack's mouth. The man wanted to drink from the glass, then go back to eating.

“After eating, you take medicine and then rest, hopefully tomorrow you are better,” Ara said staring at Jack.

“Thankful-thankful you are completely healed, I must be very happy,” he said again, while saving another glass and taking out the medicine for Jack.

“Jack, what if one day you recover, completely healed, you will remember me or not?” asked Ara suddenly, looking back at Jack who was spending the food on his plate.

“Will you say, Ara I love you?” ara asked, with teary eyes, she longed for Jack to say it.

Ara took a plate in Jack's empty hand, some of the contents of the bowl were also eaten by Jack when he was in his room, Mr. Beni.

Ara put the drugs one by one into Jack's mouth while he gave him a drink. I can't believe the lips ever kissed her, when would Jack ever kiss her again?

She was happy that her husband was willing to take medicine without problems, Try if Jack does not want to take medicine, somehow he tried to make Jack recover.

Arapun got up, pulled the blanket affected by food from Jack, then replaced it with a new one, he also collected food that fell to the floor, because there was no broom in Jack's room.

Occasionally looking at Jack, Arapun smiled even though the man did not look at him.

“Lay down, you need to rest,” said Ara, finishing her work.

Once clean, he went up to the bed because Jack was still sitting by hugging his knees again.

“Sleep,” said Ara, while tidying up her pillow, grabbing Jack's shoulder to lie down.

Although Jack lay curled up, Ara immediately covered him.

“Jack,” said Ara, who got no answer from Jack.

“In this room we are both but I feel like I'm alone because I'm talking alone without you answering,” said Ara, who was lying next to Jack.

“Today is very tiring, Jack,” said Ara while looking at Jack curled up to him. Arapun tilted her body to face Jack.

“I wish I could see you swimming again tomorrow, you're so good at swimming. I want to be able to swim like you but I'm afraid of Jack's water, I can't swim,” said Ara, her hand stalling touching Jack's cheek.

“Good night, Jack,” said Ara, then closed her eyes, trying to sleep.

In his sleep he dreamed. Ara was on a beach alone along the coast looking for Jack.

“Jack! Jack! Where are you?” his yell.

There is no word from Jack.

“Jack! Jack!” shouted Ara. But what he was looking for did not exist.

Suddenly a big wave came rolling and crashing at him. Ara who could not swim was carried away by the currents of the sea water, and felt a tightness in his chest. He was so claustrophobic that he could not breathe and coughed and opened his eyes. He woke up looking at the ceiling of the room. He had a nightmare, a very bad dream but it felt so real.

He also turned to look next to him, it turns out Jack is still sleeping, but with the supine position does not bend anymore.

Ara wakes up fixing Jack's blanket. He looked at the sleeping handsome man's face.

“Both bad you are my husband Jack, I will always be beside you and love you,” Ara said, then kissed Jack on the cheek.

“Sleep, beautiful dream,” said Ara again, then she lay down and tried to sleep again and forget her nightmare earlier.
