CH-45 Tragedy in the past

That day the weather was very clear on the beach, little Jack was running around sand with Arum on the beach. The sea water occasionally wet their feet.

Jack looked at his parents who were not far from there gathered with his friends, joking while enjoying the food. He saw also his father who turned to him, waved his hand with a smile. His father looked happy that day and so did his mother.

“Jack!” call Mrs Inez.

Little Jack looked back at the gathered direction.

“Don't get too close to sea!” shouted Mrs.Inez.

“Iya Ma'am,” replied Jack.

“Jaga Arum Jack! Don't swim!” as for any woman who sat by her mother, she was Miss Imelda, Arum's mother. Arum's father is also with them, including Mr. Ferdi who is now his stepfather.

“Iya aunty,” says Jack.

Seen their parents again engaged in exciting conversations with other friends.

Jack and Arum were so happy to build houses out of the sand. Being cool to play, not felt the tide is getting tidal.

“House is done, we make it again there yuk? The sand is smoother,” said Jack, while standing first closer to the water.

Arum also stands up and follows Jack. Then they both went back to making sand houses again.

“I want to swim but said mom can't swim,” said Jack, staring at the water hitting his feet.

“I can't swim,” said Arum.

“Yes I was swimming,” said Jack, then he approached the water a little deeper and immediately swam. Jack loved swimming. Arum still makes sand houses.

Arum turned to Jack who was swimming alone, then his eyes saw his sandals on the water floating in the current.

Arum got up and ran to get his sandal, one slipper he got but the other one floated further and further. He also followed the other sandal again but suddenly Arum felt his feet were no longer able to step on the sand, making his body fall into the water.

Arum fell under the sea and the water covered his face, making him unable to breathe. His hand reached over the water and felt the water enter his nose and mouth. He coughed. Instead of water coming out, even more water is consumed by it, making it more crowded.

Jack, who was swimming alone, was surprised to see where Arum made the houses turned out his friend was not there, he stopped swimming and looked around, and how shocked when Jack saw Arum carried away.

“Arum!” his yell.

“Arum!” he shouted again and then swam after Arum who was carried by the tidal waves.

Mr. Constantine, talking to his friends, accidentally looks out at the sea and is shocked to see Jack swimming with Arum, who is far away.

“Jack! Arum!” his shout loudly made everyone startled and turned towards his father Jack.

Jack's father got up and took off his shoes, running into the sea.

Suddenly there was a hysterical cry of the people gathered.

Ms.Imelda and her husband, as well as Ms.Inez and all her friends ran towards the sea water.

His father Arum quickly splashed into the water, swimming after his father Jack who first swam.

“Arum!” shouts Mr. Constantine, trying to swim faster.

“Jack! Back Jack!” he yells at Jack, forbidding Jack to chase after Arum.

Jack would continue swimming but heard again the sound of his mother's screams.

“Jack! Back Jack!”  shouted Mrs.Inez hysteris.

Arum's father continued to swim after Mr. Constantine.

Mr. Constantine is increasingly anxious to see Arum carried away and the little girl seems unable to breathe her hands flailing on the water.

“Arum! Hang back son!” shouted Tn. Consntantine keeps trying to save Arum.

“Arum! My daughter!” Mrs. Imelda just started crying.

He was even more shocked to see his little daughter who was increasingly invisible above the vast sea water.

“Aruuuum!” arum's father also continued to swim after Mr. Constantine who had gone further.

Jack was forced to return, running to his mother who immediately embraced him.

“What are you doing? Why did you take Arum for a swim?” shouted Mrs. Imelda.

Jack can't talk, he's in shock!

Mr. Constantine swam further and further and suddenly a big wave came hitting his body. He was not ready because his eyes were looking for Arum, making his body carried away by the waves.

Seeing the big waves coming made everyone worry and scream hysterically.  The big waves instantly drifted away and everyone was stunned as the waves left, Arum and Mr. Constantine also disappeared.

Arum's father stopped her swimming, saw her around.

“Constantine!” shouted his father Arum.

But when the water calmed down again, the waves were gone but there was nothing to look for. His tongue was suddenly twisted, his heart was frozen. His daughter was lost in the waves as well as his best friend.

The hysterical screams and screams on the coast were so clearly heard. Everyone is in shock.

Ms.Imelda cried as she ran towards the sea water, screaming for Arum. Ms.Inez and her friends caught up with Ms.Imelda.

“Imelda! Be calm! Imelda relax!” shout them. Some held Mrs.Imelda's hand so as not to go into the water.

A couple of male friends went looking for Arum and Mr. Constantine. They also called for a coastal security section, which immediately moved in search of the two men at sea.

Miss Inez was also stunned, her husband did not come back to land. He stood there, with tears pouring down his cheeks.

“Honey!” he muttered with trembling lips and suddenly released Jack. He ran towards the sea and screamed.

“Constantine! Constanatine!” she screamed while crying hysterically. His friends soon caught up with him pulling him back ashore and calming him down.

Arum's father has returned to land and approached Jack.

“You, what did you do to my daughter!” his yell. Suddenly a slap landed on Jack's cheek.

Jack looked at his father Arum with fear and trembling.

“I.I.aku...” is not finished Jack spoke, suddenly Mrs.Imelda came up to him and hit him.

“Basic brat! Give me back my daughter!” shouted Mrs. Imelda, beat Jack while crying hysterically.

His friends immediately pulled him away so as not to beat Jack.

Jack held his body that was sick hit by Ms.Imelda.

“You must take responsibility, give me back my daughter!” yells Mrs.Imelda again.

Not only Arum's parents were angry, his mother looked at him sharply.

“Bu..dad!” muttered Jack.

“Iya! You've harmed your father and Arum! You are naughty! I forbid you not to swim! Don't take Arum swimming! He can't swim!” ms. Inez yelled at Jack.

All blame Jack, all look at him sharply judgmental, no one understands that his heart is the most broken! He had made a mistake, not taking care of Arum, he was also the one who caused fathernay to be carried away by the current. The two people he loved disappeared into the sea before his eyes.

Jack felt his body shivering with trembling, fear and guilt as well as regret enveloping his heart. Arum's sweet smile was gone, his father's smile that was gathering with his friends was also lost.

Jack's body was getting shaky. Great waves come again like death that will take away the people he loves.

“Arum! Ayaah!” shouting Jack.

The sound of waves hitting the rock sounded so deafening his ears and felt his eardrums want to break, Jack was covering both ears.

“Arum! Ayaaah!” he screamed again continuously.

People came up to him, the indexes pointed at him with angry faces, their mouths twitching no matter what they said, his voice no longer heard, only the sound of the waves continuing to thump even though the waves had left.

Jack Little sat on the sand while covering both ears with his body that was increasingly trembling.

There was another voice of people.

“Mrs! Mistress!” yell that voice.

Jack heard his father screaming. He lowered his hand and looked out at the sea. He saw his father was swimming and Arum's hand was waving at the sea increasingly away.

Ara who saw Jack in the distance, felt tightness in her chest, she already felt no longer breathing. Her heart grew sadder, when she saw that her husband was still standing and had no intention of saving her.

Her heart felt so sick, in the condition of her soul threatened, her husband did not care about her even though he knew maybe Jack did not understand what happened. The dripping tears fused with the sea water.

Ara tried to swim but she could not, instead feeling her body falling down and then swaying waves.

Mr. Beni kept trying to swim but he also couldn't keep up with the ocean currents. His old age did not allow him to be able to survive long swimming in the sea.

Mr. Beni stopped his swimming, he felt tired. He was also sad, this was the third person who was drifting in front of his Master's eyes. And his master remained silent. He could not blame his Master, for his Master was ill and understood nothing.

Ara felt her body getting weaker was no longer powerful. His eyes were fixed to the ground. Staring at Beni and Jack who are getting smaller. The sea water was already unbearable entering into his mouth and nose, making him even more congested and completely unable to breathe.

Only one sentence could he say, when he felt completely exhausted fighting to get out of the sea water that carried him.

“Goodbye,Jack,” he said slowly, and he didn't remember anything else.
