Ara looked at her in-laws with many questions. Why does living in her own home have to have any requirements? Even so, she stared intently at her daughter-in-law.
“You should know that I am the Madam of this house. And all of Jack's wealth I've held again, so you should know yourself and not make the slightest noise!” Ms.inez.
Actually Ara doesn't want to stay in this house but what about Jack? He can't leave Jack alone, he must always be with Jack.
“Alright Madam, I understand. I won't make a fuss, I'm here because Jack wants it,” Ara said.
“Remember, your job here is to take care of Jack, take care of Jack, you're just a nurse here. That'sallthatis. You have no rights in this house! If you do your job well, then I don't mind you and Jack staying here again,” said Mrs. Inez.
Ara let out a short breath.
“Iya My mistress understands,” replied Ara.
There was an uncomfortable feeling coming into Jack's heart. There was a dislike for his mother's attitude towards his wife. His mother really did not consider him in this house until his wife was considered only a nurse herself.
His wife, his wife has absolutely no rights in this house which in fact is the inheritance from his father. Why is her mother so outrageous? And his wife easily said yes?
“Sorry Madam, however Lady Ara is a daughter-in-law in this house, she is entitled.” Mr. Beni tried to interrupt but Mrs.Inez immediately looked at him sharply.
“You shut up!” ny Bentak. Inez.
Mr. Beni was silent and turned to Jack who was also silent. The look on Jack's face began to change, Mr. Beni knew that his master was upset.
Mr. Ferdi turned to his wife.
“I disagree! I don't like them staying here anymore!” mr.ferdi.
“It's a pity, the woman has promised not to make noise and look after Jack! It's late, we better sleep!” said Ms. Inez, finally lets Ara and Jack stay in the house again.
Mr.Ferdi was upset. Suddenly Mrs Inez remembered something.
“Jack, Bastian wants to apply for Kinan. He wants to give a gift to Kinan like you gave to Ara,”, Mrs.Inez stared at Jack.
Of course Ara was surprised to hear that as well as Mr. Beni. Jack seemed to be frowning his forehead, he recalled what he had given Ara?
“But Madam, the amount is huge!” Mr. Beni spoke up.
“You shut the fuck up! Don't interfere!” maki Ny.Inez, then turned to Jack.
“Jack, Kinan will not accept Bastian's application if he does not bring the same gift you brought,” said Mrs. Inez.
Jack still remembered what he had given Ara.
“May I have given Jack's power of attorney to Madam,” said Ara.
“But large amounts of personal expenses still have to be with Jack's approval. The mansion that Jack gave you and the jewelry of one suitcase if in total it was more than 20 billion. I can't cash out such a large sum for no apparent reason, unless Jack himself takes it out for personal use! I need Jack to cash the money without having to hear those lawyers!” said Ms. Inez.
Jack listened to his mother. So she gave a gift to Ara's mansion and jewelry one suitcase? Was it during the depression that she loved Ara so much?
Inez looked at Ara.
“You helped Jack to see a lawyer and cash out the money as soon as possible!” said Ms. Inez.
Ara looked at Jack.
“Jack, are you going to spend that much money on Bastian?” ask Ara.
Mrs. Inez cut in.
“No need to ask! You don't need to be envious either! Just work! I told you you have no rights here, you're just Jack's nurse!” said Ms. Inez tightly, then turned to Mr. Beni.
“Pak Beni prepares a meeting schedule with his lawyer. You make sure Jack signs the money!” said Ms. Inez.
Mr. Benipun doesn't say anything anymore.
Jack's still quiet, so is that it? So this is what her mother wanted? Using the money as he pleased? Actually for the money problem Jack did not mind, but with the attitude of his mother who did not care about him and only attach importance to his property, it was very hurt. His mother loved Bastian more than he did. It turned out that coming home was the right decision, he had to clear things up.
After speaking, Mrs Inez and Mr. Ferdi left the room.
Mr. Beni turned to Ara, but he meant to talk to Jack.
“If Jack's money is still a lot, no problem, just give it. I just want Jack to be safe. When it comes to money, I don't blame it. Anyway I have no rights here, I will just take care of Jack and make sure he is okay,” Ara said.
Hearing her words Ara made Jack feel even more guilty. He felt so insignificant as a husband that should be able to protect his wife.
Ara looked at Jack.
“Let's get our Jack rest,” said Ara, grabbing Jack's hand, leaving the room.
Jack turned to Beni who also caught him. Mr. Beni can understand that Jack wants to talk to him.
Jack followed Ara in his footsteps, watching the woman walking in front of him lead him. What a pity my wife, her heart.
In the room Jack again noticed Ara sitting on the edge of the bed opening her suitcase that had been brought in by the waiter when he arrived.
Jack who was sitting leaning on the bed watched Ara who was tidying up her things. The room was silent again because Ara did not speak. Jack couldn't see his wife being this quiet. He felt sorry for knowing his wife who was supposed to be the mistress in this house but was only considered a nurse by her mother, even though this was her husband's house.
Unexpectedly because he was depressed, impacting on the woman who became his wife, his wife was treated badly by her mother. But look at his wife, he was so patient in accepting her just because he wanted to be with her who was depressed.
Jack was surprised when suddenly Ara turned his head and immediately smiled when he saw her husband was looking at her.
“Jack, it's late, sleep!” said Ara, always trying to smile sweetly at him when Jack knew his wife must be sad.
“Do you want to drink?” asked Ara again, she felt confused because Jack looked at her in such a focus, but usually Jack looked in any direction.
Ara got up and got a drink on the table and went back to Jack and sat on the bedside giving Jack the glass.
“Drink, keep sleeping, I still want to tidy up our stuff,” said Ara.
Jack changed his sitting position to be upright, his hand outstretched to reach the glass but it turns out that Ara has not released the glass because usually the glass will be smoothed into his mouth. Of course Jack's hand touched Ara's.
“Tumben once you want to hold the glass,” said Ara, smiling not much thought. Of course Jack was surprised, he forgot that he was still pretending to be depressed.
Jack looked at his hand, Ara holding a glass. He felt his hand touch Ara's fingers. Usually the fingers are coiled around his arms.
Ara brought the glass closer and drank it into Jack's mouth.
“Sleep!” said Ara while keeping the glass, then she went back to daydreaming.
Jack who sat near Ara just stared at the edge of his face Ara who looked at the window whose white curtains were closed. Jack could see a sad look on his wife's face.
Jack was eager to talk and comfort her, but how? He had to hold back. He wanted to apologize for making his wife get unkind treatment in this house.
As long as Jack hugged her, he couldn't let his wife grieve like this. But how did he embrace her? He was confused and nervous too.
While Jack was thinking that, suddenly Ara who sat tilted in front of him leaned his body to his chest. It really surprised Jack. He imagined wanting to hug her, it turned out his wife was leaning on him.
“Only be with you alone, it is more than enough Jack,” murmured Ara almost inaudible.
Jack felt Ara's body clinging onto his body, her black hair partially smashing down on his face.
Jack's heart was pounding, he was confused by this feeling. What's he supposed to do? Can he just hug her? Of course later Ara will be suspicious of his attitude.
Jack slowly bent his right leg behind Ara's back, keeping Ara from falling backwards. With doubt Jack's right hand rested on his knee. She hesitated to hug Ara. But then he felt regular gasps on his wife, it seemed like Ara was asleep.
Jack immediately hugged Ara as Ara's body was about to fall because she was already sleeping. He looked at that sleeping face. Staring at the beautiful face whose head was slightly looking up further clarified the face he was staring at.
A few hairs covered her face. Jack's hands gently fluttered the hairs, so that he could clearly see his wife's face.
“My wife,” said Jack, now touching Ara's cheek with her left hand. Her cheek skin Ara felt so soft on her finger.
“Honey,” muttered again, his hand back rubbed his hair Ara.
I don't know what this feeling is? The longer he looked at his wife's face caused something else in his heart. He did not want to make his wife suffer with him.
“Sleep, I'll take care of you,” he said again, tightening his arms. Making sure that Ara feels comfortable in her arms.
