‘Lav? Isn't her name Myra?’
“I think he teleported not too far from here,” said the black-haired woman known as Red Shadow earlier as she walked in front of two men who followed her from behind. They are now walking down narrow alleys far from the crowd.
“Stupid time, I don't care. We already got what we need,” Zee replied with a flying panel following in front of him. When he clicked on some of the features that appeared, his brown hair turned into a jet black color with a slight palette of white in it. He opened the glasses he used, along with changing the color of his eyes into silver. The silver eye glanced at the girl in front of him whose hair color had now changed to its original color, Lavender.
“I think that was too easy, Davis,” said the girl while turning her body, now she walks backwards while collecting her Lavender hair that is being tied high into a Ponytail. “Samat mumah hah,” he added with a hair tie that he bit, waiting to be tied to his long hair.
The man called Davis looked at his interlocutor with a look of disbelief, “Really? You almost screwed it up. Whatwasthat? Pretend drunk? Myra, that's right,” she said with a laugh mixed with an annoyed tone.
The girl called Myra pulled the hair tie she had bitten to answer, “I tried not to mess it up! I tripped a little and I don't know how to handle it, you know that right?!” Her previously collected long hair is now back. His red eyes became sharper than before.
“Then why did you stumble? It's not in the script! You ruined Red Shadow's reputation!” Davis's voice rose and Myra, who would not lose, took a step closer and replied, “Then what? What do you want me to do? Should I say ‘Oh, I'm sorry, I fell!’, or ‘Wah, I don't know if the floor is higher than the outside!’, that's what you want? I also have no intention of tripping!”
He who explained by walking around made a man beside him laugh a little, then he said, “I think your acting was good.”
“Whispering! You—“
Myra glanced at the man who suddenly appeared beside her. His face that was shrunk with anger was now slightly eased when he asked, “Who are you?”
“Ha?” The man pointed at himself with his index finger. “I who?”
Davis sighed and rubbed his face, “He's my friend. Remember?” With two blinks and Myra's confused look, Davis believes the answer is ‘no’. “That was coming with us at the bar, remember? Last night I said he would come with us today,” Davis added.
Myra nodded her head slowly, her mouth forming the letter ‘O’, but the contents of her eyes were blankly staring at the ground, as if remembering something. “You don't even remember her name, do you?” After that nod Myra's head turned into a head-slab, her mouth tightly closed. Davis breathed a second time. Myra can only grin without sin.
“My name—“
“Shortly! Let me guess!”
Myra stroked her chin and narrowed her eyes while inspecting the man from the tip of her foot to the tip of her blond hair. All he saw was speechless with both of his blue eyes glancing around.
“You look like royalty. I'm sure your game ID name must smell noble too. I'm sure in one guess I must have been right,” Myra flicked her finger and breathed before pointing at the man and shouting the name, “Julian!”
“Not.”
“Edward!”
“Salah.”
“Charles!”
“Um, not.”
“Tsk. You're lying, surely one of the names I mentioned is true, right?” Myra confidently approached her, but before she got closer to the blonde, Davis placed her hand on Myra's forehead, pulling her back to get closer to her.
“Rather than bothering people, come here and look at this,” he said slowly, ignoring his still-attached arm stuck to Myra's forehead which the girl was trying to remove. The girl gave up when she saw the nominal money plastered on the Davis panel. His ruby eyes sparkled, with his mouth wide open in disbelief at what he saw.
“And you almost messed it up, my God. Tsk, I don't think Red Shadow's role suits you,”'s bad Davis. Myra again scrunched her face while throwing Davis' hand stuck to her forehead. “Then why don't you just be the Red Shadow so that everything is perfect huh?”
Myra also walked away from the two, “Oh, do not forget to change the color of your eyes!” davis said before Myra got any further. “You haven't changed your height either, Lav!” And with that addition, Myra showed her middle finger without turning over, Davis could only laugh.
“Lav? Isn't her name Myra?”
“Oh. It's just a habitual call. Her name is Myra. Let's follow him,” Davis replied as he slightly ran to catch up with Myra.
They met the end of the narrow alley that turned out to take them to the middle of the city. As usual, the city was very crowded filled with new players and intermediate players who were shopping for their needs. The noise of the merchant NPCs who use some of their mainstay selling tricks such as ringing the bell with a different sound with their typical scream, some use music, some just by shouting loudly, some are just shouting, and not a few NPCs were also selling together, shouting their wares simultaneously.
“Heh, it's still the same as it used to be right El?” davis said as he rubbed the tip of his nose proudly as the two of them arrived in the middle of the crowd. “Not much has changed, has it?” his question, which was only answered with a nod from the man he knew by the name of El.
“And you are still unchanged, still quiet as usual,” Davis added, stretching his body. But he stopped when El replied, “And you still haven't changed, the same Dave who always forced me to go back to playing old games just to reminisce.”
Davis laughed as he said, “Heh. You're still a bitch. Actually I stayed here a long time because of some things. And over time I get a little bored, maybe your existence can add... I don't know, the story? Or maybe the load in the future.”
The two of them continued to walk while glancing around to look for Myra, but they did not look seriously looking because they were too focused on chatting. “I thought you did change El! When I saw your disgusting behavior at the bar earlier I thought it was your true nature now!” davis told El.
“Wah, meaning I was too deep into the role,” he said slowly, but still could be heard by Davis who walked not too far beside him. “I don't think I came back here just to see you play a role. What makes you do this, Dave?”
The question was answered by a slight nod of Davis's head to the left to point at Myra who was looking through the accessories and conversing with the merchant who was at the store. “Trust me, this time your comeback to this game will be more interesting than usual.”
“Because of a girl? That right?”
“Not, you'll know soon that—“
“Davey! Take a look at this!” The familiar female voice's cry caught the attention of the two. “Devi? Pfft, what kind of nickname is that?” El laughed slightly, while the summoned one chose to shut his mouth and walked closer to the source of the call.
“Oi, yes. I told you not to waste your money,” Davis's voice filled the room, making some people glance at him. Myra with her now green eyes twinkled, ignoring Davis who was standing next to her.
“Lav, didn't you hear?”
“As for Dave, just this one time, huh? Please?” he said with a pleading face to Davis, while those who were seen looking around the room briefly with a look that looked completely disinterested.
Davis sighed, then said, “You know this is all rubbish, right? Takda that we can use from buying—” He stopped when Myra showed one of the necklaces with blue gems with floating panels that Myra had previously opened with a swipe. Davis narrowed his eyes, slightly drawing closer to Myra to see the caption.
“Pox resistance +1000, attack on dark elements +1500. Ha. Unbelievable,” Davis read in a slight whisper. “Hei, El. See what—“
He stopped when he could not find the man he was calling. I think he left it outside the store, but he didn't find it there. Until he heard the sound of the cash register next to him where Eli was also standing there.
“Thank you for shopping at our store. Please come back,” said the merchant who looks very happy. Elliot only responded with a nod.
“You! Did you just—“
“Wah! You bought one of these trinkets?!” Myra followed the blonde who walked out of the store, while Davis was still standing there with a look of disbelief.
“What did you buy?” ask Myra. The one asked turned around, showing the tiara in his hand with a purple-colored gem in the middle. “Gosh! Very pretty!” Myra covered her mouth in disbelief, and asked back, “Who did you buy it for?”
“To me,” answered casually. Myra raised both her eyebrows, “’For....mu?”
“Did you just spend your money on that stupid item?”
“Iya,” question for Elliot answered by Myra, with eyes still paying attention to the Elliot panel. “Now he— Oh! Oho! I know this! Look Dave! He did! He did that! What's name? I forgot!” Myra was prancing next to Elliot, her height which had changed to be shorter than the two men made her look like a child.
Curious, Davis approached and tried to see the ‘itu’ thing designated by Myra and was being done by Elliot. Finally, the three watched the two panels that showed the two objects were united until they finally showed the final result, the blue cloak. There is a ‘SUKSES’ notification in the middle.
“Tsk. Your first day back to this game and you've been bragging?” Davis said, crossing his arms in front of his chest, the envious glances of his eyes could have burned Elliot's robe he pulled from his panel. Myra was still watching with sparkling eyes.
“Can you do something for me too? Please!” Myra put both hands together in front of her, pleading with Elliot. The two men looked at Myra astonished, then Elliot replied, “Sure. What do you want to change?”
Myra smiled widely, she opened her floating panel and pulled her favorite gold-colored scrunchie from her storage. He collected a lot of scrunchie that even the whole color is there.
But when he was about to give it to Elliot, a nosy hand took the scrunchie from his palm. The owner of that nosy hand ran over fiercely, leaving Myra with her mouth agape. “Pe-thief!”
Myra hurriedly ran after him, ignoring Davis who called her name behind him. The market was so crowded, Myra almost lost her little brown-robed child to her scrunchie thief earlier. He kept running, until he hit someone, making the basket of apples he carried spill into the street. “Ah, sorry. I'm sorry.”
He decided to help the mother to pick up the apples that had fallen. His eyes were unfocused, still glancing around to see the signs of the thief's little boy. But what is sought is never seen, too many people pass by. Myra sighed in disappointment as she picked up the last apple on the street. “This, ma'am,” said.
“Thank you. Ah, did you happen to see my son?”
“Hm?”
Myra and the mother looked up, the mother's orange eyes gently staring at Myra's face, making the girl pause for a moment. “Uh, i..“.
“Ah, here you are apparently.”
Myra turned around to find Davis and Elliot who were slightly panting. “You found the thief?” ask Myra.
“Hah?”
“Unfortunately not.”
Myra lowered her head in disappointment. His fingers pinch the red scrunchie he uses. Mother had touched Myra's shoulder, startling her. He turned back, and the mother asked the same thing again. “Did you see my son?”
With her head tilted, Myra asked, “Quest?” But the mother's smile slowly disappeared, she lowered her head and shook her head. Then he walked past Myra and the two men in front of him. He heard his voice asking back and forth to find his son.
“Abiz once. I thought he was going to give you a quest. Isn't it usually like that?” Elliot asked Myra, but Myra just shrugged her shoulders. “Entah. Stupid, I had to chase the thief,” he replied, while planning to run again, but Davis pulled his shoulder.
“Hey, stupid. Never mind. There's no way we can find him here. You crazy?”
At first Myra was about to ignore Davis, but when she looked around, she realized that Davis was right. He was silent on the spot, unable to hide his disappointed face.
“I know it's expensive, especially only once you get in the main quest,” Elliot said suddenly.
Myra flinched and asked, “Wah really? Can I get it from the main quest?” He immediately opened the floating panel, saw the menu of the quest section that could be said to be dusty and become a spider web. Not exaggerating, but it's true. The spider web completely blocked his quest. One of the features that appears to make players difficult when finding panels that are rarely opened. “Jeez,” said Myra slowly, while cleaning it with the tip of her sleeve.
“Pfft, when was the last time you opened it?” ledek Davis who was standing next to him, quietly watched. Myra hit him with her elbow which Davis avoided, and the one who dodged just laughed. “You are the same. When did you log in just to play quest?”
Elliot seemed confused, until he finally asked, “Any, can not the bracelet only be obtained from the main quest? If you've already obtained it doesn't mean you've done that quest? You can't be—“
“Ahaha you were right, you were right,” Myra cut Elliot's words. “Ah, by the way it's not a bracelet. It's scrunchie. But you were right. That Scrunchie I won't be able to get anymore because the quest doesn't repeat, right?”
“And he actually has not done the main quest but already got the bracelet because he stole it from—uhuk!” the blow to his chest made Davis stop talking. Myra only grinned while scratching behind her non-itchy ears.
“Oh... I understand.”
“Oh I understand what?” Myra asked in a rather high tone, not wanting herself to be suspected of being a thief when it was true.
“No, forget. Come here, your quest doesn't seem too far from mine. I know that place,” Elliot said calmly, to which Myra responded with a nod and walked following the blonde man. He turned a little when there was no response from Davis.
“Hey, Davis, aren't you coming?”
“After you hit me and made me lose a quarter of my blood?”
Davis who patted his chest pointed to a small panel above his head that showed his blood that had been lost by a quarter.
“Weak,” Myra response short.
Davis stood upright with a cold expression, one arm lifted up with a purple colored flame appearing above his palm. “Ahaha, I-I was just kidding!” Myra raised both her hands, waving them quickly.
“Good. Now continue the quest, today we specialise for that only,” Davis snapped a finger and the fire disappeared for a while, now his expression returned to how it was.
Myra let out a sigh of relief but was unaware of Davis's sudden presence standing in front of her and flicking her forehead.
“Ack!”
