Eps. 116 Rejection of Orion

Prince Diaz and Princess Zoya sit in the living room waiting for their daughter. Since the long time did not meet the two of them chatted with various topics so that the matter about Krish infiltrating became forgotten.

“Darling how our daughter..” asked Prince Diaz who was completely unaware of her daughter's condition.

“Orion. He often asks you just that I always forbid him to ask more about you because I am always sad when I remember you.” he said a little about Orion.

Princess Zoya looks constantly staring at her husband and smiles and does not want to be away from him anymore.

Elsewhere Orion and Galen had already exited the academy gate and were walking towards the house.

Upon arrival at the crossroads leading to Galen's residence, the two of them stopped for a while.

“Orion you want to come with me for a while to the house, you look thirsty.” said Galen asked her to stop by for a while while unwind her there.

Galen approached and whispered in Orion's ear.

“Come dear...” said Galen again and Orion just smiled small.

“Alright I will give you a small gift this time before we part.” Orion said then approached and kissed Galen's lips.

“Already.... now go home.” said Orion after ending his kiss. It was hard for Galen to part with Orion last night after the previous incident.

Orion returned to his home after parting ways with Galen.

A few moments later Orion arrived at the front of the house. He heard his mother's laughing voice as well as the voice of a man.

“Clack..” Orion dances the doorknob and enters the house.

His steps stopped immediately when he saw his mother was seven together with a man he saw a few days ago with Galen.

“Orion... You've been home son. I've been waiting for you. I have a surprise for you.” he said with a big smile then stood up and held Prince Diaz's hand tightly.

“You... Orion... ?” prince Diaz said as he looked at the girl he met a few days ago.

“Orion... This is father son.. finally after so long we can meet again and regroup with father.” said Princess Zoya looked happy and beaming.

But Orion showed a reaction that was not expected by the two of them. The girl just kept quiet and did not return the smiles of the two of them at all.

Prince Diaz looked at his wife after a cold welcome from Orion. Princess Zoya then dances Orion to get close to them but the girl again refuses.

“Orion this is your father son. Dad you always ask and you always miss.” said Princess Zoya who saw Orion was still silent.

“Orion darling. I'm back, son. I miss you very much.” said Prince Diaz then came forward and hugged the girl. But Orion retreated and refused a hug from his father.

“Orion... ! Why are you son ? It's not that you've always missed your father and wanted so much to meet your father?” ask Princess Zoya who was surprised at Orion's rejection attitude to her father.

Orion looked back at his father. In his heart he felt a longing for the man but he also felt a hatred for the figure of his father where the hatred overcame his longing.

“Where has dad been all this time ? Why did you leave us both ?Do you know how we both suffer?” he said asking questions that his mother and father did not expect.

Prince Diaz seemed to be struck by the question Orion had thrown at him. She felt even more guilty and became sad after the daughter she missed hated herself.

“Orion. I didn't abandon you and your mother, but circumstances forced us to separate. Although I have been looking for you two for so many years I have not found you today.” Prince Diaz explained at length to Orion and hoped that the girl could understand and accept it.

In his heart Orion also felt sad why he rejected the figure of his father who had missed him so far. But somehow he could not control his emotions and hated the man back.

In silence the girl looked back at her parents. His mother clasped his father's hand, which signified how much he loved him.

“Didn't the previous mother always hate the father for always being angry when I ask about her. But why is it now that things are changing 100% and mom doesn't look like she hates dad at all..?” inner Orion who feels strange with his mother's behavior.

“Orion you misunderstood son. What your father said is true. I'm sorry I didn't tell you the details of why your father left us because you were a kid and I didn't want you to go along with my mother's grief...” said Princess Zoya to explain everything to Orion to straighten out Orion's wrong perception.

“No... mother did not say that to me..” said Orion refuted his mother's words.

“Orion... I'm sorry to you because I failed to find you both and protect you both during this time.” added Prince Diaz to melt Orion's heart.

Orion just kept quiet to see the two of them. His head was heavy and he could not think clearly. He ran away and his mother and father went into the room and locked the door.
