A few years pass in the once quiet, safe and peaceful kingdom of the Cold Moon now becomes drastically changed after the Vampire Constitutional Council collapses.

“Argh.... please... !!!” shouted a woman who was snapped in the crowd in a shopping center.

But others did not react and took any action to hear the cries of the woman who asked them for help. They pretended to close their eyes and ears after seeing the perpetrators of the crime was a mafia group there.

They called the mafia group the Jackal. Jackal's group consists of former high-ranking inmates who have already served their sentences. So no one dared to fight them because it was certain that if they resisted it would be futile and end up in a painful defeat.

They finish off and beat opponents mercilessly and without the slightest mercy.

The woman who shouted for help earlier could only resignedly see the bag and its contents were carried away by the Jackals. Most importantly for him they did not hurt himself even though they had to lose material.

Elsewhere in a bar there appears to be a young man being gang-raped by the Jackal.

“Why do you see us like that?” ask one of the Jackals who happened to be drinking at the bar. He was annoyed when one of the other visitors looked at him and thought it was a look of contempt.

“Ah no... I.. I just accidentally stare at you no intention whatsoever.” said the young man then immediately turned his eyes and sipped his drink.

One of the Jackal members came to him even though the young man had stated that he had accidentally looked at him and had no intention whatsoever.

The Jackal member looked furious and instantly pulled the seated young man and slammed his body onto the floor.

“prang..”.

The Jackal member took the bottle of whiskey on the table and smacked it into the young man's head and kicked him.

“Please forgive me.. I really did not look at you earlier.” said the young man begged for mercy.

But the Jackal member who had been blinded by anger did not pierce the young man's words and instead waved his hand calling the other Jackal members who were there and then gangbanged the young man to battered.

After the young man battered the four Jackal members left the bar with a satisfied laugh.

Another new bar visitor who dared to help the battered young man after seeing Jackal leave the bar.

Elsewhere in the city precisely in the city center where there lined various city banks also rioted.

“prang..” A group of men suspected to be Jackal members break the bank glass and break into the building.

The Jackal members began to act and approached the bank officers and took them hostage.

“Argh...” shouted some bank officers as the guard member swiped a knife around their necks.

“If you don't want to get hurt and love him your life quickly take us to where the safe is !” one of Jackal's orders threatens the bank officer and is ready to slash the officer's neck.

The frightened bank clerk finally complied and led them to where the safe was.

The other Jackal members immediately opened the safe after getting a code from the bank clerk.

“Hahaha... !”.

The Jackals emptied the contents of the safe in the room.

After successfully carrying away some money they all came out of the place and went into another bank and did the same thing, encouraging all the money stored in the bank vault.

Riots happened everywhere in that place without anyone daring to block or fight the Jackals. The destruction of the Vampire Constitutional Council was very favorable for the group. Jackal is to continue to be troublemaking.

In addition, residents who began to feel anxious about the rampant crime of Jackals began to protest and demand the re-establishment of the Vampire Constitutional Council because it was considered a temporary law firm appointed by the the cold moon palace was considered blunt and could not solve the problems that were getting hotter.

How many days after the rally, King Netra called all the kings to have a discussion on the hot issues that occurred.

The seven kings gathered in a special room representing each of their kingdoms and discussed the solution for the citizens of the amulet.

“I agree with the proposal of the King of Arkana it's just better the new Constitutional Council will have nothing to do with any kingdom. So it is an independent bureau, which is free from the hands of any kingdom and without any royal interference in carrying out its duties.” said another king who submitted a proposal to King Netra.

“One more King of Netra all officers of the old Vampire Constitutional Council should not serve in the new vampire constitutional council.” said another king adding a proposal to King of Netra.

King Netra resumed discussions with the other six kings until the afternoon and finally agreed on a decision that re-operated his Vampire Constitutional Council with a new face that was completely different from the one longtime.

The next day the King of Netra re-assembled with the six kings who had previously negotiated and discussed again the previous problems that had not been resolved.

This time they discussed who was appointed to serve as chairman of the Constitutional Council and its members.

“King Netra I propose that the chairman of the new Constitutional Council should be the one who deserves the task and of course should be strong.” said one of the kings gave a proposal.

“What if we appoint Prince Diaz alone as the new chairman of the Constitutional Council ? He is a golden tiger.” said one of the King suggested.

“Designation of King Netra. If Prince Diaz serves as Chairman of the new Constitutional Council it is not in accordance with the results of previous negotiations that mentioned members of the Constitutional Council should not come from any royal family.” said another king rejected the proposal.

Negotiations resumed and a few moments later they finally made a list of the chairman and other members of the new Vampire Constitutional council.

One month later the Vampire Constitutional Council officially operated again with a new face.

After three months of operation the Jackals were successfully exterminated and received a penalty that was in line with their crimes so far. And the amulet country that had been chaotic in the great unrest was now back to being peaceful and serene as before. All are subject to strict laws and regulations of the new Vampire Constitutional Council chairman who indiscriminately slays offenders.
