MY BELOVED KNIGHT'S

MY BELOVED KNIGHT'S
TRYING TO SOLVE THE MYSTERY

The two people seemed to frown upon seeing how Ernest and Erich looked like educated people from the expensive clothes worn by them.

And their tangled faces, like a hard worker who had just finished his work piled up in the office where they worked, which of how they dress shows that their workplace is certainly not a mediocre workplace, but a large company, and they were both two people with quite an important position looking at the look and type of their clothes.

Erich who saw how his chase car was trying to keep pace with his car in order to see and observe him and Ernest, opened his window and returned their gazes, while pretending to smile kindly towards them, whose face looked solemn and seemed indifferent to Erich's attitude whose face he deliberately made was startled, and also wondered, as well, because there are cars that keep picking it up.

Seeing the unfriendly faces of those in the car, Erich nodded his head slowly before he finally closed the window without caring about the response of Theo's men.

Ernest himself from the corner of his slightly open eyes tried to glance at the side and observe what the passengers were doing from the car that was chasing them.

After the three of them, except for the officer in charge of observing them, in the end, the three of them did not get any clue about the intruder, either, and seeing the look of Ernest and Erich who did not look like the figure that had infiltrated his master's house, finally without continuing their observations on Erich and Ernest, they returned to drive their car at high speed.

“It looks like they intend to pursue that intruder again.” Ernest immediately commented that from the corner of his slightly opened eyes earlier saw that the car that was chasing them was now actually moving away from their car at high speed.

“They must be thinking that the car they are chasing is now far ahead there.” Ernest again said his words while pulling the lever in his seat samoing again, making the position of the chair he was placed back in a perpendicular position.

“May they be aware that we have disappeared after they are far ahead there.” Erich said as he turned the steering wheel of his car, towards the road that led to the Shaw family mansion.

“Ernest... actually, what do you get from Mr Theo's workspace? Did you find an important clue?” Erich who suddenly remembered how he had not had time to talk to Ernest about what he found, asked with eyes fixed focused towards the streets that were arguably not quiet, although not dense, either, it was early morning.

“I found some clues, one of which was a dozen letters that seemed to have been deliberately hidden well by Mr. Theo Ernest said as he breathed, because other than the letter, he recalled the writing behind the painting of a young woman and a tiny baby in his carry.

“What letter until it looks so important, that it should be hidden like that?” Erich asked after slightly turning his head towards Ernest despite just one or two seconds and returning to focus on his driving task.

‘Why? Is there anything else you found in that workspace? Strange hint or how?” Erich immediately asked while trying to guess as soon as he heard how Ernest seemed hesitant to convey what he was thinking.

As a very sensitive twin brother of Ernest, Erich could immediately feel that there was something else that Ernest was thinking about right now.

“Actually, the painting I told you about earlier, seems to be a painting of the youth of baroness Eliana along with master Theo as a baby.” Ernest's words immediately made Erich's forehead look frowned and his eyes look sharp.

“What is he the child that Mr Theo adopted when the baby?” The question from Erich made Ernest sigh, because the relationship between Eliana and Theo did not seem that simple.

“That couldn't be Erich. You know for yourself from the info we've gathered about Mr. Theo's past life. Mr. Theo spent his childhood until his teens in an orphanage, and only came out after his age enough to live independently out there.” Ernest immediately refuted Ernest's words.

“Then what happened? Is it possible that they both have a mother-daughter relationship?” Erich's question was so right on target, making Ernest a little jolted in shock, not unexpected without knowing the actual conditions, Erich could already quickly guess what had happened between Theo and Eliana, who was just a little, what relationship do the two of them have.

“I will read the neatly written writing behind the painting...” Ernest said as he took his phone, and open the gallery on his phone to see the results of his camera phone shots that he used to take a photo of the writing behind the painting that actually looks beautiful but emits an aura of sadness in it.

“Beautiful girl but loaded with sadness and regret. I hope this painting can make him rethink not to do things he might regret later. I hope until the end he keeps the handsome baby in his arms, and doesn't throw it away, as he said before I painted it, as his last memory was with his first son Theo William before they parted ways. To my best friend Eliana. Tgl xx, month xx, year xxxx.” Ernest read the writing while glancing at Erich whose hand seemed to be tightly gripping the steering wheel of the car he was holding.

Although Erich was prepared with the story he had guessed, but hearing what Ernest read was enough to make his heart beat fast with a feeling of unease.

“It turns out.. Eliana still has another child besides Dion and also Desya. Why can't we find any info on that kid? We have been fooled by Eliana for thinking everything will be fine as long as Eliana remains confined in her place. Though there is another son Eliana who has great potential to cause chaos back in Gracetian.” Ernest immediately sighed as soon as he heard what Erich said.

“One of the reasons why we can't easily find information about Mr. Theo as the son of baroness Eliana, probably because of the presence of Mr. Theo in America. When it happens, it happens when baroness Eliana is finishing her studies in America. At that time as a lower middle class noble like us, the figure of baroness Eliana was not widely known among the nobles in Gracetian.” Ernest was trying to think of the most reasonable thing about what had happened in that past.
