"Of course seriously, the two of them said that three more days would register their marriage on civil records" Mira said.

Actually Gavin should not be surprised considering himself who suggested it to Van the other day. But... Gavin didn't expect a real Vander to do his advice. Gavin smiled with relief.

"Aren't you commenting?" Tanya Mira saw Gavin just smiling.

"No, because it's a sign that Mr. Vander really loves Lara until he wants to seriously commit. Vander's sister as far as I've never been so serious with a woman before, not even her matan had ever planned to be married."

"really?" Miranda impressed.

"I know it's very hard on you. But you have to look on the positive side, with yourself down that's when you prove your worth to everyone if they've been misjudging you all along" Vander said, stopping his car.

"But I've failed as Van's heir" said Lara disappointed.

"Hey listen," Vander lifted Lara's chin. "It's not over yet, it's just the beginning. After this you'll have to get up and take back the post from Jeden, okay?"

Lara nodded in understanding.

"Smart girl." Vander smiled then gently rubbed Lara's cheek and kissed her forehead. "Then let's get our wedding registered today" said Vander.

Lara agreed. "Yes...!"

After completing all the existing procedures, and signing the official marriage documents finally Lara and Vander officially married. They are now legally recorded as a married couple in the civil record.

"Mr and Madam congratulations, may you always be happy and long lasting until old age" said civil registry officials while giving up the marriage book to both.

"Thank you," Lara replied shyly.

The two of them walked out of the civilian record office with beaming faces while holding hands.

Vander suddenly glanced at his wife whose face looked timid. The man whispered something into Lara's ear. "Why are you ashamed of my wife?"

At once Lara's face turned red and her body felt hot hearing Vander call her a wife. Because actually Lara still does not believe that she is now married and officially became Vander's wife.

"Um— me..."

"Your face is red?" Van deliberately brought her face closer and teased Lara.

"Vander I'm ashamed!" Lara's speech was wrong.

The man laughed and saw her. "You're my wife why are we ashamed we've even done something more—"

They kissed for the first time after officially becoming husband and wife.

That day became the starting point for Lara's new life with Vander. Where their relationship is no longer as the boss and his bodyguard, but as a family that is husband and wife.
