That evening at dinner, Rey asked about Lara's job interview today. Lara said everything went well only that the final decision was announced tomorrow.

"I'm applying to be the CEO secretary of Laizen Group."

"Good morning sir, I'm Lara Hazel. Starting today, I'll be serving as your secretary, hopefully we can work together." Lara looked polite.

The man gave a small grin after hearing Lara introduce herself. He immediately turned his body to look at Lara who was currently still looking down.

"So you, the woman who's gonna be my new secretary?"

Instantly Lara's heart pounded loudly hearing the man's voice speak.

This sound, right...? A voice that was familiar to Lara, but she had not heard it for a long time. Lara who lowered her head instantly raised her head to look at the figure of the man who owned the voice.

His heavy voice, his sharp eyes, his dark hair, his firm posture, and his way of standing and staring. Not wrong again, the man before Lara this day was a man that Lara had never met for a long time. Lara's body now seemed as though she could not move, her enlarged eyes just stared straight as if unblinking looking at the figure of the parlente man before her at this moment.

"Vander?" Lara said through her lips without a sound. Lara seemed to be at a loss for words to express what she was feeling right now. His feelings are now mixed, confused, and vacillating.

Lara saw the man walking towards her so casually, but her intimidating eyes seemed to stop looking at the figure of Lara who was now in front of her. He smiled slightly as he lowered his face and whispered in Lara's ear. "Welcome to my office Miss Lara Hazel, may you be my competent secretary."

With her sharp eyes Vander observed Lara from the tip of her foot to the tip of her hair. "Robert's taste is good in choosing as well" he said with a satisfied smile.

While Lara was still shocked by all this, still wondering if this man in front of her was really her husband? Robert looked at the cup of coffee that Lara was holding and said, "It's not the one that Miss's hand held for Mr. Vander, why do you still ask?"

"Eh so?" So the taste is still the same, thank goodness then. "Alright then I'll take this to his desk first."

"Miss Lara wait," call Robert

Lara looked back at the man. "What's up, Mr Robert?"

"I just want to remind you, please be patient with Mr. Vander..."

Robert looked at Lara who had just come out. "Hopefully this time at least the girl can last up to two or three weeks."
