It was a busy day for Lara. The long-haired beauty with the slayer bandana covered part of her hair, seemed busy packing the items she would bring back to her home country.

After inserting a photo album of herself and her son into a cardboard box with other valuables, Lara checked back.

"It seems like everything, except..." Lara opened her nightstand drawer, then picked up a white box that contained various items of Lara's hand. One of them is a jewelry box containing a jewel ring from her husband.

His eyes immediately turned softly to see the ring. "When years have passed, but why is it still sad to remember?"

Of course it is not easy for Lara to forget just the person who gave it to her. Though Lara had several times intended to throw the ring, but somehow when she wanted to throw it her heart instead said otherwise.

"While the one who gave it away has left me, but why is there always something that makes me not willing to throw this ring."

When she was pensively alone looking at the box containing the ring, suddenly the bell and Lara rang, the woman immediately rushed to leave her room to open the door.

"Joy? What's up?"

Joy shrugged both of her shoulders and glanced behind her back as if to code.

Lara tilted her head while peeking at the person behind Joy's back, then ruffled her waist.

From where she stood Lara could see the figure of a little man hiding behind Joy's back and did not dare to present himself directly with her..The little man only dared to peek from behind Joy's back with his round, brownish eyes.

"Don't hide!" Lara exclaimed in annoyance.

Unfortunately, the little man still did not want to go from behind Joy's back.

Lara gave an ultimatum again, "I told you not to hide on Reynder Hazel's back, come quickly and face your Mama!"

Reynder, the little man who owned the pair of brownish round eyes, finally came out of hiding.

Wearing knee-length pants with a dark sweater top combined with a bucket hat that covers his head. Rey used to have Lara's child called, looking not daring to look directly at the mother. Rey knew at this moment Lara must be upset with him and wanted to scold him for making a mess today.

"Joy, I'm sorry for making you in trouble, please don't be mad at me" Rey said innocently.

"Ah yes yes.it's okay my lovely cutie boy, where may I have the heart to scold you while you're this blanket," Joy said as she pinched the twitch of Rey's tiny cheeks that rose like a freshly cooked bread.

"You're so nice Joy isn't like my mama she—"

"Stop the chatter, and get inside!" Lara's word to her son is just that.

"But ma'am!" Afraid her mother was getting upset Rey finally complied and immediately went into the house.

Lara came to shake her head because she could not stop thinking about seeing the behavior of her son. "Why does he do it so often! Just make me dizzy!"

"Oh yeah Lara, are you sure want to go back to your country?"

"Yes, because somehow I miss my country and my hometown. Plus I want my son to live in the country where his mother was born and raised."

"But surely I will miss your delicious cuisine, your cooking will rarely be found here."

Lara laughed a little. "Then you come to my country sometime, you have to go to my hometown, there's plenty of good food to try."

"Interesting, I'll definitely come visit sometime. But by the way is Mr Eiji also going back home with you?"

"Em— he said yes. Coincidentally because her study here was done, she decided to go back home and work in her home country alone."

In her room, Rey seemed curious to see a box on the bed, which she had never seen before. Because the curiosity is so great, Rey finally opened the city.

"Whoah! I just found out Mama has these things!"

Inside the box were objects that Lara had a deep meaning to her. There are ties, snowballs, watches, until the roll of mail is tied ribbon. And the most interesting thing about Rey is, a jewelry box that when she opened inside there was a jewel ring. Seeing the jewel ring, little Rey became curious to make.

"This is Mama's ring? How come I never see it? Hmm..." With a serious look the little man guessed. "Maybe it's Mama's ring from Papa, but I don't have a papa. But Joy said that there was I should have been a papa, because she said I was taken from papa's property," she said so innocently.

"But I actually have papa, don't I?" Rey nodded with sadness.

At dinner time, suddenly Lara's bell rang. As she was busy preparing dinner, Lara told her son to see who had come and open the door.

Reynder rushed down from the chair and opened the door.

Lara, who was busy cooking cow curry, asked her son who had come.

"Mom, guess who's coming?"

"Whom are you?" Lara looked over to see him. "Eh, Brother Eiji did you come here? You said you were busy at university until tomorrow."

"I made meat curry."

"I think you should be more sensitive to her, Lara. Reynder's son is not as expressive as you are in showing his feelings. In his room Rey sat on his bed with a sour face. He was annoyed at the mother who seemed to not want to believe him about the fight some time ago. "When I said it wasn't my fault, my mom still didn't want to believe it!" The little man muttered in an annoyed tone.

Suddenly, Rey's door was knocked from the outside. Rey who was still upset did not want to open the door of his room, because he thought it was his mother who came. But when he found out that the one who knocked on his room was Eiji Rey's uncle immediately opened the door.

"Can I come in?" Eiji asked Reynder for permission to enter his room.

"Can!"

On his bed, Rey and Eiji sat next to each other. There Eiji complimented Rey's room by saying that it was cool. "Do you always sleep alone?"

Rey shakes. "Actually I sleep with Mama more often, because when hugged Mama feels very warm and comfortable."

"Did Lara mean so much to you?" Ask Eiji.

"Of course, I love my mom. He's the one I love the most in this world."

"Smart kid," Eiji rubbed Rey's head proudly.

"I love you, but you don't believe me, don't you love me?"

"Why do you say that? And everyone here knows how much Lara loves you."

"Finally my mom didn't believe me, obviously I wasn't the one in the fight. The boy started it first!"

Eiji begins to lure Rey into explaining what she really wants to say. "You didn't explain to your mom, how could she believe what you said?"

"I-I don't want to say because, I don't want to make Mama sad."

"You mean?"

"I'll tell you but uncle promised not to tell my mama?"

"I promise you!" The two hooked each other up while promising.

"Actually the reason why I hit that kid, is because he's already daring to taunt mom and me."

Rey also told Eiji the incident some time ago.

One day when Rey and her friends were busy playing sand in the park, suddenly appeared some boys of SD age who came to disturb Rey and her friend who was playing. Because the children were older and somewhat larger than Rey and her friend, Rey's two friends became frightened and wept. Rey who did not accept also immediately told the SD children to apologize.

Unfortunately instead of apologizing, the boy instead became insulting and mocking Reynder with inappropriate words.

"You're a fucking kid who doesn't have a father! Don't be a hero!"

"Hey little boy, where's your dad? He must have left your mother, pity."

"My mom says a kid who doesn't know who his dad is a sign his mom's a bad woman! It could be that Reynder's mother was a criminal who loved to kidnap children!"

Reynder who did not accept the words of the children was angry, and immediately threw their faces with sand and beat them until they cried and complained to their parents.

"I was very angry at that moment, so I immediately hit them. I didn't tell my mom about it because I was afraid my mom was sad. I don't like to see you sad" Reynder said.

Eiji who heard it immediately felt amazed and filled. I didn't expect this kid to get like that for his mama.  "I'm proud of you Rey, you're a great kid" Eiji praised proudly.
