The fifties-bodied man ordered his subordinates to arrest him and Vander.
"Catch both! Especially Vander he should continue to be my research material!" Gauren said without any guilt.
Vander who had lost control revolted and seemed to easily hit the Gauren's men. Vander then took a rifle in the room and shot everyone there.
"You go save yourself, I can't control myself much longer!" Vander.
Dominic was surprised Vander seemed sober at the time. "But you're here—"
"Go! I can't control myself much longer! I'll kill that man and your brother, so don't be surprised if your brother dies!"
Dominic nodded even if his brother died better, than he became a mad scientist controlled by Gauren.
And after that the Crux Mansion turned into a sea of blood. All killed are left alive only Vander and Robert, Crux's loyal servants who are not in line with Gauren who is now fleeing.
Dominic took care of them. Robert, whose wounds were not too severe, was conscious within three days.
Vander was in a coma for almost 21 days. And after he regains consciousness, Van tells Dominic about himself wanting revenge on Gauren, with a note of himself wanting Dominic to help him erase all the memories in his brain about his loved ones.
Vander said the reason for doing so was for his revenge on Gauren to be achieved. And to do that he must be a cruel and merciless human being.
"You sure you want to do that? You know, erasing good memories in human memories on purpose is taboo!" Dominic.
"I know, but I have to. Because if I remember my wife, I won't be able to do anything heinous. My wife is not like me, she's too good a woman. Taking him too far into my life, is like having an angel live in the abyss of hell." And Van didn't want that to happen.
