Chapter 26: Resisting the Miss

It's been two days since Arya went out of town. Indi went to his own office. In his room, he was also alone. Dimas went with Arya out of town.

"Haahh, it's really quiet in the room." She went to the elevator to the pantry.

In the pantry, there are Andin and Jessi who are making drinks, and taking snacks.

"Tumben ma'am, is this hour coming down to the pantry?" ask Andin. Indi rarely goes down to the pantry.

"Where are you going, ma'am?" ask Jessi.

"Out of the city, look at the project that is there," said Indi, while making coffee for himself.

"Hmm." Indi just cleared his throat, then sighed.

"Hahaha, be patient, ma'am." Andin is getting sucked.

"Huuufftt, gini is very yes." Indi gidded, smiling too.

After the pantry, Indi continued his work. Drrt.ddrr.. Indi mobile phone vibrating.

Chat Arya: 'what's the love again? it's quiet, there's no me :)'

"Iisshh, disturb the concentration only," Indi complained, but also smiled happily, because of Arya's chat.

Chat Indi: 'again Ar work, you don't work?'

Chat Arya: 'work really, again rest undaunted'

Chat Indi: 'yes it's already working. met work'

Indi immediately smiled, looking at the chat from Arya, who said 'miss you'.

Indi put down his phone, then returned with his keyboard and computer screen.

Aryan Pov.

"Hahh, I have to quickly finish the business here," said Arya, after seeing a chat from Indi.

"Ar, let's go ahead" said Dimas, approaching Arya.

"Yes, okay. I want to go home quickly" Arya told Dimas.

"Patiently Ar, just dating already bucin lo," said Dimas, smiling thinly.

"Either find your girlfriend, so you can understand how it feels to be away from your boyfriend," said Arya again.

At home, Indi was preparing dinner, when her phone rang loudly. Arya, Calling..

"Malem Ar" said Indi with a smile.

"I miss you so much, dear," said Arya, instantly making Indi wrong, and her face red.

"I miss you too Ar, what else?" Indi controlled his voice, which seemed to be getting a little nervous.

"Moreover you." Arya answered casually.

"Iisshh, don't make me salting deh." Indi is upset because Arya makes herself wrong.

"Don't you, baby, I'm thinking about you. I'm missing," Arya said in her long voice.

"Prophey baby, just one week." Indi tried to calm Arya down.

Indi ended his call, after calming Arya who was a little whining because of kangen, he said. Indi continued to prepare dinner.

"Dear on, let's eat!" indi told Evan.

"Mama's not kangen the same Om Arya?" evan asked, feeding food into his mouth.

"Patience is Mah" said Evan, then finished his meal.

It's been a week, but Arya hasn't returned from out of town. He said there was still a lot of work to check.

"Sorry, dear, the work here can not be left," Arya said on the phone.

"Yes, Ar, 'what is it," said Indi a little disappointed.

"I miss Ndi" said Arya Lirih.

Indi who heard those words instantly fell silent. Undeniably, Indi also felt the same as Arya. Kangen.

"I miss Ar, too, but what else. You finish the job first, you will meet here later," said Indi trying to strengthen Arya and himself.

"Haaahhh," Arya's breath made Dimas turn his head.

"Gue wants to take a quick ride home, Dim," said Arya uninspiredly.

"Come on, let's get things done here. After that we go home," said Dimas trying to get Arya excited.

"Lo's really Dim, I have to hurry up and finish the job here." Arya continues her work, assisted by Dimas.

Arya controls the work of her employees and men, in the projects that the Aryan company is working on. Because there are some things that Arya still has to monitor, the one-week schedule has to be pushed back. Arya felt, how it felt to hold back her longing for Indi, her lover. He didn't know what it would be like if they were husband and wife. Maybe Arya won't be far from Indi.

At Arya's company, Indi was having lunch in the cafeteria. He is accompanied by Andin and Jessi.

"Sir Arya hasn't come home yet?" ask Jessi.

"Not yet." Indi answered while scooping her food.

"Hi all," said Ardi, who had just come with his meal.

"Sir Arya is out of town again, sir," Andin said, answering Ardi's question to Indi.

"Oh, there is a miss, that is," said Ardi meledek Indi.

"Haahh, you're bad. I continue to worry" said Indi sighing tiredly.

"Patience, yes ma'am," said Andin patted Indi's shoulder gently.

"Gue miss Ar, when are you coming home?" Indi asked in his heart.

Indi sensed as well, how she had to hold back her longing to meet Arya. He knew he might be overreacting. But, that is what Indi feels now.

"Mom's home, son." Indi came into his home, after returning from work.

"Mamaa." Evan runs to welcome Indi, and hugs Indi's waist.

"Have you eaten yet, dear?" ask Evan.

"Udah Mah, same sister Nina," replied Evan.

"Thank you, Nin." Indi patted Nina's shoulder gently.

"Tante together, Nina has Evan's nemenin, '" said Nina, rubbing Evan's hair.

"Where's your lecture Nin?" ask Indi.

"Current Aunt, Nina's college is online. So, it can still be Evan," replied Nina.

Nina lectures online from Monday to Friday, and Saturday, Sunday for her face-to-face lectures. So, Nina can still nemenin Evan. Because Saturday and Sunday, Evan has Indi at home.

"If Evan ngerepotin, say Auntie yes. Don't let your lecture be interrupted" Indi told Nina.

"Yes Aunty, Nina can still do it."

"Yes, aunt entered the room first. Evan baby, mama go to the room first." Indi kissed the top of Evan's head, then went to his room. This day, Indi felt tired of birth and inner. Much work drains his energy and brain, and his mind constantly thinks of Arya.
