My Boss My Leaning

My Boss My Leaning
Chapter 67: Jacelyn

For two days Evan had not seen Jacelyn anywhere. At every turn, he's looking for Jacelyn's whereabouts. But I haven't seen that woman yet.

"Hi" said the voice that had been sought for two days.

Evan who was accompanying Vania and Vano playing sand on the beach immediately looked up.

"Where are you?" evan asked in shock to see Jacelyn.

"In my room, a little flu" replied Jacelyn smiling.

"Aren't you going to play together?" ask Vania.

"Can I?" jacelyn asked looking towards Evan.

"Whatever," answered Evan briefly.

"Here brother, play along. Don't care about Evan" said Vania, pulling Jacelyn's hand.

Jacelyn smiled at a glance then joined the sand play with Vania and Vano. A lot of questions came to Evan's mind. But none of them said. Seeing Jacelyn alright might already represent everything.

"No pa-pa?" ask Evan to investigate.

"Udah is taking medicine so it's not pa-pa" replied Jacelyn raising her shoulders.

"That's not what I meant, two guys back then?" ask Evan again.

"Lo see I'm here, so I don't pa-pa. It's okay." Jacelyn smiled.

Evan looked at Jacelyn for a long time and observed that none of her body was injured or bruised. Evan was still wondering why Jacelyn was taken by two men. But he kept that curiosity to himself. Because he was aware, he was not close to Jacelyn and did not belong to his friend.

"Everyone, please listen for a moment" Arini asked as dinner arrived.

"Is there any good news?" ask Mama.

"Tomorrow, Dimas and I would like to go to the island for a honeymoon" Arini said excitedly.

"Evan's not coming with auntie?" ask Evan.

"No, don't come. Aunty wants my dear honeymoon," said Arini smiling happily.

"Huu is stingy" said Evan.

"Let's be calm later we go there too," said Arya made Arini glare.

"Yeaayy cool," cried Evan and Vania together.

"Sister, I want a honeymoon. Do not follow dong," said Arini annoyed.

"Oh, we're alone" Arya replied casually.

"Udah, we don't go there. Anytime again," said Indi understanding.

"Yeahh Mama is not cool" said Vania protested.

"Udah, we're all coming to the island too" Papa said at last.

"You're not cool," Arini shouted and left the place to eat.

"Let's just say, I'll persuade you" said Dimas smiling.

"Tante Arin again PMS yes," guessed Vania.

Everyone stared at Dimas and Dimas just smiled at the horse.

"Waahh that's why the mood is ugly, the patient is Om," said Evan made everyone laugh.

Dinner continues while occasional small talk comes out of all the family members.

The next morning, Evan was stretching in front of the villa with Dimas and Arya when Jacelyn came with her sweet smile.

"Good morning Om, O Evan," said Jacelyn.

"For one, you're Angel's, right?" arya asked, saying hello.

"Yes Om, remember that" said Jacelyn timidly.

"What are you doing here?" asked Evan coldly.

"Why the hell?" ask Dimas wonder.

"We're not friends with Om so yeah, hehehe," jacelyn said.

"Why not friends?" ask Arya curious.

"Evan doesn't like girls Om, it's complicated he said," Jacelyn complained.

"Whisper you, why come here?" ask Evan again.

"No dong boy, you have to treat girls well" said Arya advising.

Evan immediately fell silent and made Jacelyn smile.

"Van, can I talk to you both?" ask Jacelyn.

"It can be pretty, just take it," Dimas said, prompting Evan.

"What the hell is Om." Evan grumbling.

Arya and Dimas encourage Evan to follow Jacelyn. Evan was forced to walk where Jacelyn had gone.

"Later if Indi finds out, we will be picked up Dim," said Arya holding his ear.

"Relax Ar, Indi won't know" said Dimas smiling.

"Lo already brother-in-law still call me at will." Arya slapped Dimas' head.

"It's not getting my head down either." Dimas whines holding his head.

On the other hand, Evan and Jacelyn reached the shore. Jacelyn immediately sat on the sand without being awkward.

"Sit the Van," jacelyn's pinta. Evan sat down beside her.

"What are you talking about?" ask Evan.

"Lo must have a lot of questions, right for me?" ask Jacelyn.

"It doesn't matter now" Evan replied casually.

"Gue, an orphan raised in Angel's aunt's family. We met when Aunt Angel was overseas. When my aunt returned, I was brought here. That's why I'm here now. And when I met you at your aunt's wedding, I felt like I could be friends with you. But it's hard to make friends." Jacelyn began to tell him the origin.

Evan remained silent without comment.

"Gue here has no friends, and I want to share your love. But sometimes it's good, sometimes it's good. I was confused" said Jacelyn again.

"Gue doesn't want to be the same person who is full of secrets" said Evan to the point.

"Two men at that time, the bodyguard of Aunt Angel's family. I actually came here to run away from home. That's why they're gonna pick me up."

"Why did you run away?" Evan is still not satisfied with Jacelyn's story. Like someone was covering it up.

"As a foster child, I sometimes feel unneeded in the family. When I do good, no one feels proud. But when I make a small mistake, it immediately looks and makes everyone disappointed." Jacelyn began to tear up.

"Actually, I'm not Papa's real son either. But Papa already thinks I'm like his own real son. A family is different, I'm grateful to meet Papa's family." Evan smiled considering how affectionate and kind they were.

"Gue also saw that, they were kind and warm. I wish I had met a family like that." Jacelyn rubbed her wet cheek from the teardrops.

"Do I want to know my family?" evan asked to comfort Jacelyn.

"Lo just don't want to be friends with me, why not acquaintance with your family," said Jacelyn a little upset.

"Gue want to share the same with you." Evan stared deep into the sea.

"Lo memenan same just out of pity?" jacelyn asked doubtfully.

"From the beginning, I wanted the same. It's just because you jutek me at school, and I don't know who you really are. So yes," answered Evan and smiled.

"In school I jutek because I don't want to be invaded by your fans. Oh, I'm dealing with them" said Jacelyn upset.

Evan responded with a laugh.

"Don't laugh, my sprains," said Jacelyn.

"Sorry, my brother wants to be with those girls, hahaha." Evan was still laughing.

Jacelyn was silent and put on a pouting face.

"OK, okay, sorry," said Evan neutralizing his laughter.

"So now we're friends?" ask Jacelyn.

"We're friends, but please call me Evan's sister. You're younger than me, which is polite, right," said Evan, shuffling Jacelyn's hair.

"I promise, I'm not used to it" Jacelyn said casually.

"Well, ask for a lesson" said Evan, curling Jacelyn's head slowly.

"Lepasin, I promise I'll call you brother" whined Jacelyn.

Evan immediately let go of his pitingan and smiled. Jacelyn also smiled and stared deep into the sea.

"I'm sorry Van," Jacelyn said in her heart.
