One chance

Morning is approaching. The sun still does not show its light. The atmosphere is still dark out there.

Stefano was awakened by the deafening ringing of the alarm clock. This morning he woke up excited. He remembered that yesterday his father had promised to give him one chance. Ratih, the mother smiling at him, Stefano rushed up to the mother and kissed her cheek. "Hello mother!", he said excitedly.

Ratih looked at Stefano happily, thankfully his son had returned cheerful. There was nothing she was more grateful for than that, seeing her son slumped was really painful for her.

"I want some bread, with some peanut butter" Stefano replied. Ratih rushed to pick up a piece of bread then applied peanut butter on it. He also poured the child's favorite cup of coffee.

After breakfast, Stefano turned blue and walked out.

"You're going to the office with the driver, Stefano" said the mother. Stefano was surprised, his forehead wrinkled then looked at Ratih as if asking for an explanation.

"Mother does not want similar events to repeat, you must remain under the supervision of the mother" Ratih said firmly. Stefano sighed, annoyed, yet he could not say a word. What Ratih said was something that was absolutely done. Stefano had no choice.

"May all be well, son", the mother prayed.

Along the way to the office, Stefano could not hide his face due to the mother's decision. The streets were still deserted because Stefano left so early, causing them not to take long to get to the office.

Thirty minutes later the vehicle carrying Stefano had entered the parking lot of his father's company. He rushed down as soon as he reached the entrance. The company's security appeared to have posted his body as soon as Stefano passed the entrance. Some of the female employees looked stunned at Stefano. Some employees seem busy talking about something in a group. Stefano did not want to take a headache, he continued walking towards the elevator, he intended to go to the father's room.

Stefano finally arrived in front of the secretary's room, Sofia. Sofia who was busy with some documents immediately turned her face up when she felt the presence of someone right in front of her. Instantly he was fascinated by Stefano's appearance, but then soon came to a realization. "Sorry young master I barely know you, you look different this time. Mr. Surya is waiting for you inside" Sofia said.

"OK thank you Sofia", Stefano tried to be normal even though her little heart was eager to tease Sofia, but she did not want to cause new problems.

Sofia stood up from her chair then walked towards Surya's room, guiding Stefano. After testing the door of Surya's room, Sofia opened the door slowly.

"Sury Lord, Mr. Stefano has arrived", then Sofiq invited Stefano to work. Sofia leaves the father and son both in the room.

Stefano walked in stiffly, there was still a hint of fear inside him. Moreover, the face of the father impressed still not friendly. The usually friendly face looked still flat and cold with no expression.
