Room door closed. Maya didn't come in because she wanted to get some water. Inside the room were only three people who were clumsy with each other. Tirta, Sagara and Belva.
" Belva, do you remember me?" Tirta tried to break the awkwardness. At once want to justify his prejudice.
Belva nodded, "Doctor Tirta can sit in my work chair," he said pointing to a chair on the right side of the room near the rectangular table that was once his study desk while still in school and has now changed its function into a table where he thinks about anything.
Tirta nodded in understanding and pulled the chair Belva pointed at closer to the woman's bed, "if she, you know her?" tirta pointed to Sagara.
Belva's gaze turned towards an athletic man with a look that was too handsome. Too bad he didn't know her. However, when their eyes met, Belva was like seeing a whirlpool and a shadow of something unclear. Then his eyes hurt and Belva closed his eyes. So-so.
What's in there?
" Are you okay?" The worried Sagara immediately bowed, holding Belva's arm.
" Who are you?" belva asked while trying to remove Sagara's hand from his arm and the man let go. Belva immediately inched backwards until his back hit the pillows arranged as high as his back.
" Belva, calm down," Tirta tried to calm her frightened patient, "sigh in..."
Belva followed Tirta's orders. According to him to calm down. Belva was unsure of what he had just seen. How could he see the whirlpools within one's eyes. Does he have a mental disorder like hallucinations or delusions? he said such psychic disorders make sufferers often see things that are not real.
" Dok, what's wrong with me?" Belva finally asked while occasionally glancing at Sagara who was still standing while crossing her arms. However, Sagara's view is very strange.
" You really don't recognize that guy?" once again Tirta asked. If Belva answers no, that's right. Belva forgot her sister. But... how can it be?
Tirta did erase all of Belva's memories of what she saw on the island of paradise, but she could not erase her feelings and Sagara's name from Belva's mind. But...how did this suddenly happen?
Tirta and Sagara looked at each other after seeing Belva shake her head.
" He's who?" ask Belva plain.
Suddenly the door was knocked. Then open. Maya came to give me three glasses of water. A glass of water and two cups of milk coffee.
" I'm sorry, old," said Maya, putting two cups of coffee on the nightstand, and giving a large glass of water to Belva, "drink first, Bel," Maya turns to Sagara who is still standing, "Mad must be pegel. I'll get a chair first, yeah. Wait a minute," he said as he exited the room again.
Sagara nodded. To be honest he didn't really care about himself standing up. All he cares about is when Belva drinks water from the glass Maya gave him. Sagara frowned as he looked at Belva drinking the water. He hears every stand. It's pretty weird. And after the sound of a stand both Sagara's body again feel sultry. The third, like someone punching his chest. So loud and so sick. Sagara touched his chest and coughed out a little blood. The fourth insistence, Sagara felt his body temperature increased drastically. This symptom was exactly what he had experienced in Tirta's house earlier. The next move, Sagara's body flushed.
This is not true. Sagara was grateful when Tirta snatched the glass from Belva and made the woman cough.
" Where's the bathroom?" Sagara asked. He was no longer strong with his body temperature.
Belva pointed to the left side where there was a door. Sagara immediately ran to the bathroom, locked it, undressed all his clothes and washed his entire body with water. Slowly, his body temperature dropped and returned to normal.
Sagara breathes slowly. His body is dry. He looked at his skin that was back to normal. Again, he must not forget where he came from. Water water. Water will also keep him here until he can restore Belva's memory again.
Sagara put on his clothes and came out of the bathroom. In the room there was Maya sitting on the side of the bed and folding chair next to Tirta.
" Mas Sagara... have you taken a shower?" Maya immediately asked as soon as she saw Sagara's hair wet.
Sagara surprise. He was ashamed of himself, "h no. I just washed my hair."
Maya nods her head, "a shower is okay too, Mom."
Sagara was embarrassed. Then glanced at the silent Belva. Not even glancing at her at all, as if the woman had really never met Sagara at all.
" Mommy Maya, if you may know where the water was from?" The curious Tirta finally asked.
" The water I gave Belva?"
" Yes." Yeah."
" Oh that was a gift from Bogor's grandfather when we were desperate because Belva wasn't found."
" Grandfather of bogor?" Sagara asked. He's getting curious.
" Such a smart guy. And thanks to that, Belva healed fast."
Sagara fell silent after hearing Belva's older sister's statement. Now everything is clearer. Smart guy. Clearly he was the white light that brought Belva away from Cenderawasih Island. Then, the water is indeed water that has been prayed for and can destroy the subtle creatures that are bound to the people who drink it. Hence, Sagara is overheated. Then, the more often Belva drank the water, the more erased all his memories when on Cenderawasih Island. Belva does not remember Sagara.
Yep. Besides being handsome and strong, Sagara now realizes that he is very intelligent. Belva said at the time.
" I hope you stop giving me that water. Due to its long effect, Belva will experience amnesia," Tirta explained the fact. The longer Belva consumes the water that is prayed for, Belva will lose all his memories on Cenderawasih Island. But that's not the point Tirta wants to mean. He must save Sagara's life. His sister could die and could not see him back in the water and show off his strength again.
" Amnesia?" Maya did not believe it.
" Mom Maya, right. Belva feels like she's missing something to remember, "Belva's in the daze, "so I'm really amnesiac, Doc?" now the question is directed to Tirta.
" yes. Stop drinking that water from now on. Without it, you'll also heal very quickly."
Belva clearly agreed. He also felt uncomfortable if after drinking water given Maya. It was as if something had slipped from his memory from every gulp. That's not what Belva wants. He just wants to remember everything. Really am.
