My Sweet Leaning Husband

My Sweet Leaning Husband
Dreamtime

Cheryl sleeps with her eyelids constantly wrinkled, haunting nightmares due to the trauma she experienced. He dreamed of something happening in a hotel room that night. Someone looks at it, but Cheryl cannot see it clearly.

“What need help, Sir?”

Cheryl hears a woman talking as she feels her body getting weaker.

“Oh no, this is my boss's wife, while my boss is already waiting in that room.”

Cheryl again heard the man talking to her.

“Oh so, well I excuse.”

In her dream Cheryl was like screaming for help, but her voice was blocked and made her unable to speak. He was again invited to walk, until he entered the Vvip room on the floor.

Cheryl could feel her limp body lying on top of the bed, until she heard the conversation of two men, before the other man left. Faintly a man starts talking to her, but her level of consciousness begins to decline, leaving Cheryl unable to speak.

Cheryl felt the moment the hand touched her body, the hand was big and warm like an electric shock that spread across the surface of the skin.

“I'll do it slowly, you just enjoy.”

It was the last sentence he heard and finally remembered, until his lips were silenced and swiped repeatedly by an unknown man. In the declining consciousness, Cheryl saw the face of the man who was on top of her body but not too clearly, until the pain was so stabbing in her lower body, making her want to scream but could not.

“No!” cheryl shouted so loudly. He awoke from a nightmare at the hotel that night, sweating on his forehead and temples, breathing hard with his chest rising and falling irregularly.

Orion, who was sleeping on the bedside chair, was surprised that his parents had gone home because Orion did not want to make them sleep on the sofa.

“What's up? You're having nightmares?” orion asked as he watched Cheryl's pale, sweaty face.

He stood up to get closer, but Cheryl immediately rewinded her head, making Orion snarl closer.

Cheryl did not speak, just continued to stare at the face of the young man standing before her now.

“You want a drink? Let me get it? Or want to eat? There is still porridge made by Mami,” Orion said trying to talk to Cheryl.

Cheryl is still silent, leaving Orion confused by what happened.

“It looks like you need a drink, you sweat a lot,” Orion concluded.

While turning around and preparing to leave, Cheryl opened her voice and made Orion stop stepping.

“You weren't the man that night.”

“I remember, you are not the man,” Cheryl said again, now she lowered her gaze, then looked at the two palms that gripped the edge of the blanket.

Orion clenched his hands at Cheryl's words, but then tried to act like an ordinary person who thought Cheryl was nothing. He turned around, then looked at Cheryl who had lowered her head.

“You are still sick and cannot think clearly, so talk carelessly,” Orion said.

Cheryl clutched the blanket even tighter, and she was sure she remembered the man's face in her dreams. It wasn't just a dream, it was his memory forgotten in shock.

“I really remember that face before I was unconscious. That's not you, why do you admit that you did it?” Cheryl raised her face, then looked at Orion who looked surprised because of her words.

Orion was speechless, their gazes met and locked onto each other.

“I've felt from the beginning if it wasn't you, when near you I didn't feel the fear I had when I met another man. I was wondering, why would you admit to all the deeds that were not really you? Why are you doing it?”

Orion clenched his palms, but did not answer Cheryl's question.

“You have a fever and your body is hot, it's only natural that now your mind is messed up. Sorry for traumatizing you, until you are like this,” Orion said denying all Cheryl's words and questions.

Cheryl, hearing Orion's words, clearly remembered that it wasn't the young man's face in her dreams. However, why would Orion still say that it was him.

“I will get you a drink, if tomorrow is still not healthy, I will take you to the hospital,” Orion said then choose to go to the kitchen.

Cheryl gripped the blanket that covered her legs, her feelings couldn't possibly be wrong. She realized she couldn't really remember the face of the man who raped her, but the dream that had just happened, revealed a faint look on the man's face, though it wasn't very clear, Cheryl was sure it wasn't Orion.

That afternoon Cheryl met her client at the hotel. Although he felt afraid, but for the sake of work made him strengthen his heart. An hour into the meeting, Cheryl was already nervous and her face was so pale that even her client asked if Cheryl was okay. Cheryl was professional until the meeting was over, then chose to go straight home to the apartment and not return to the company.

The hotel is now a very scary place for Cheryl. If he could, he wanted as far as possible to avoid a place called a hotel, no matter where the location of the hotel was.

Orion entered with a glass of warm water, looking at Cheryl who was daydreaming.

“Drink,” Orion said as he thrust a glass of warm water into Cheryl.

“If you're afraid I'm in the room, I'll sleep outside. If you need anything, just call me,” Orion said before leaving Cheryl.

Cheryl held the glass with both hands, feeling the warmth of the water in the glass.

Orion chose to sleep on the living room sofa. She realizes that Cheryl seems to be recalling the incident. When Cheryl was still unconscious, Orion had heard Cheryl delirious if she was afraid to go to the hotel, and then cried.

The young man laid his body on the sofa, looked at the ceiling of the room then let out a rough sigh. Orion tries to close his eyes, choosing to stay away from Cheryl is a way to keep the woman from getting traumatized.
