Arlan was speechless, choosing to turn his face as if he was not willing to look at his son who was disappointed.

“I've ruined his future and good name, Mi. I just want to take responsibility for the baby it contains,” Orion said cutting off Annetha's remarks.

“Do you think by marrying her, everything will be done? As a man, you should also be responsible to him, not just his baby.” Arlan opened his voice because he heard his son seriously wanted to take responsibility.

“Then I will work part time while in college. I will not trouble you, for this is my fault and responsibility. I just need your permission and your blessing to be responsible to him,” Orion said confidently.

“I understand, Pa.” Orion spoke while looking at his father, showing his seriousness to marry Cheryl.

“Contact him, say we'll be there tomorrow to propose,” Arlan said before later choosing to leave Orion.

Annetha looked at her son, then rubbed the cheek that was hit by a slap, before then following her husband to the room.

“Ion, it's not you, ‘kan?” ask the stars still can't believe it.

“That's me.” Once again Orion reassured, before then leaving the Star.

In her room, Orion stares at Cheryl's number she had for eight years.

“What number is still the same?” Orion wondered to himself.

The young man tried to dial Cheryl's number, lucky for her because it turned out Cheryl's number did not change.

“Halo. Who's this?” That slightly heavy melodious voice sounded from across the call. It seems Cheryl doesn't have Orion's new number.

“I'm the one in charge of the baby you conceived. I'll come home tomorrow to marry you.”
