Orion looked at Cheryl who was asleep in the taxi, her head leaning against the edge of the door.
Cheryl is in the cafe until Orion finishes work, making Orion rush to finish the job so that she can take Cheryl home. She could not bear to see Cheryl sitting for hours there, but willing to tell her to go home also did not dare, making Orion finally let Cheryl wait.
“Cher, have arrived at apartment.” Orion tries to wake her up, but Cheryl sleeps too much to realize that the taxi has stopped.
Orion ventured to touch Cheryl's arm, patting her gently to wake her up.
“Cher, we have arrived at the apartment,” Orion said upon awakening.
Cheryl finally woke up, her eyelids had not opened perfectly but she had already straightened up. Cheryl tries to open her eyelids, noticing that the taxi has stopped.
“It's arrived, yes. I overslept,” shrewd Cheryl, then rubbed the face rough so that her consciousness returned fully.
Orion just smiles to see Cheryl who is still confused because she just woke up, then chose to pay the taxi fare before taking Cheryl down.
Orion and Cheryl enter the apartment, and they climb to the floor where Cheryl's apartment unit is located.
“Are you hungry again?” orion asked while they were still in the elevator.
“Ya?” Cheryl was still sleepy until not very clearly hearing Orion's question.
“Are you hungry again?” Orion repeated the question.
“Ah .. not too, I'm just sleepy,” Cheryl said after hearing Orion's question clearly.
Once in the apartment unit, Cheryl chose to go straight into the room to clean herself and rest.
Orion himself goes to the kitchen, heats the water to make Cheryl milk. She knows that if Cheryl won't make her own milk, Orion realizes that Cheryl has not fully accepted the fetus in her womb.
“Have you taken your vitamins?” orion asked when Cheryl had just come out of the bathroom.
Cheryl was quite surprised to see Orion who was already in the room. She was wearing pajamas with wet hair and a small towel that covered her head.
“Not yet, because I left the vitamins at home,” Cheryl said. The vitamin is taken only morning and night, making Cheryl unnecessary to carry it during the day.
Orion just smiled. He approached the small table beside the bed, then picked up the warm milk glass.
“Drink first, only later take your vitamins,” said Orion while thrusting a glass of milk to Cheryl.
Cheryl receives the glass, she gets used to the sweet treats and the little attention Orion gives her. He sat on the edge of the bed and started drinking milk.
Orion took the hairdryer and lit the thing. Cheryl was surprised and stopped drinking.
“Sit quietly, I help dry your hair,” Orion said to Cheryl.
“No need, I can do it myself,” refuse Cheryl feel clumsy.
“You've been very sleepy, I'm sure you didn't get to dry your hair. If you sleep in wet hair condition, it will hurt again,” said Orion.
Cheryl eventually shuts up and lets Orion dry her hair. He sat holding a glass of half-milk, while Orion knelt on the bed, drying Cheryl's hair.
Touching her hair, Orion asks her permission, making Cheryl feel so respected by the young man eight years her junior.
“Ion, if you need money. I can give you,” Cheryl said as Orion dried her hair.
“No need. I have enough money for my daily expenses, I work because I want to. So you don't think much,” Orion replied with a sweet smile that Cheryl couldn't see because she was behind the woman.
“But you are still in college, if you also work, are you sure your focus will not be split?” cheryl asked worried about the young man's education.
Hearing Cheryl who was worried about him, made Orion's lips continue to review a smile.
“As long as everything can be resolved well, you do not worry about anything,” said the young man.
Cheryl finally chose silence, both hands tightly grasping the milk glass that began to cool.
After a few minutes, Cheryl's hair was dry and Orion turned off the hairdryer. He got out of bed and straightened the hairdryer.
Cheryl had been waiting for Orion to dry her hair, and then drain the milk.
“Before going to bed, do not forget to take your vitamins,” Orion said as he took an empty glass from Cheryl's hand.
Cheryl looked at the young man.
Orion doesn't notice Cheryl looking at him, chooses to take a pillow and is ready to get out.
“Rest, I'll be out,” Orion said again, then walked away from Cheryl.
Ever since Cheryl was sick, Orion did not dare to sleep in bed. He was afraid that his presence in the bed would make Cheryl remember the incident that happened.
Cheryl also did not prevent Orion who chose to sleep on the living room sofa, she was only worried about what to do.
**
The night is getting late, Cheryl was not able to sleep because of Orion's attitude that really makes her anxious. He flipped his body over the bed, there was no comfortable sleeping position for him at the moment due to the approaching unease.
Cheryl lay on her back, staring at the ceiling of her room. Until he turned to the door, staring at the tightly closed door.
Cheryl wakes up unable to sleep and walks out of the room to find Orion. The time has shown at twelve pm, of course the young man has slept because he was tired of studying and working in the afternoon.
Orion sleeps on his back, his legs rising above the edge of the sofa because obviously the length of the sofa and the height of Orion's body are not balanced. Both of his hands were folded in front of his chest, indicating that the young man felt a slight chill in the air conditioning of the room.
Cheryl looked at Orion who was sleeping soundly, feeling guilty that the young man had to sleep there. He then went into the room, picked up a thick blanket and went back out.
Cheryl slowly enveloped Orion from leg to chest, making sure the young man was not cold or he would get sick. Both corners of Cheryl's lips were pulled up, before then choosing to go back to the room and go back to sleep.
