David is currently in the office of Bryan's doctor and of course with Nick there. Of course, Bryan's doctor called his boss, because he did not want to risk Dave's reaction after hearing the explanation.

After all Dave was one of the most influential people in their country. Therefore, Bryan's doctor always be careful in dealing with Dave's slightly tempramental attitude especially if it concerns the circumstances of his wife.

"What is your explanation for this? " ask Dave makes Dr. Bryan even more nervous.

Nick signals Dave to stay calm and tells Bryan's doctor to explain.

"Look, sir, before we had the surgery I explained if there was a possibility that this operation was successful maybe the lady would have a little risk."

doctor Bryan said a little nervous.

"A little you say? my wife had just clearly rejected me, even acting like we were strangers" Dave said.

"Mr mistress behaved like that not because she was pretending but because she knew you as a stranger." his dream of making both eyes Dave looked at him sharply as if to tear his body to shreds made doctor Bryan more frightened.

"Calm Dave. I'm sure this is only temporary. Currently Lisa has regained her memories that have been lost after her former accident. But, unfortunately his memory stopped on the day he had an accident. Which means, you're just a stranger to him. He can't remember you or your marriage for the past 2 years." Nick patiently made Dave very surprised.

He could only be silent to Nick's explanation. The day that his wife regained her memories finally arrived. But unfortunately, there was no Dave there. Her fear had finally come true.

"Dave better get in touch with Dr. Liam. Hasn't she been handling your wife for years?" nick said again made Dave realize.

"Alright" said Dave weakly his body felt very powerless. But Dave eventually chooses to leave Bryan's doctor's room without saying goodbye at all even to his best friend Nick.

Nick and Bryan's doctor can only look on him with pity, they know very well that Dave loves his wife very much. Forgotten like that, it must have made him so down and sad.

In addition to having a severe concussion, Lisa also experienced some trauma in the accident. So that his subconscious chose to block the memory where he had to experience something terrible back.

Especially in the accident he not only lost his baby, but also some people who are loyal to take care of him. Lisa witnessed it all before she lost consciousness just before the car she was riding in exploded when she was ejected.

Currently Lisa is looking at the entire contents of the room that looks quite luxurious. Who put him in the VVIP room, considering he himself will not be able to pay for it.

"Mrs, eat this while it's warm. I'll help you " said the nurse politely.

"Sorry, what's your name?" lisa's asking made the nurse a little surprised.

"I am Amy" replied the nurse.

"Amy, um thank you for helping me but I wanted to explain one thing. Stop calling me madam, because I'm not married. And just call me Lisa, my name is Alisa." Lisa made Amy frown a little.

"It's okay Amy, you can go." said Dave suddenly cut off the nurse's head.

He was afraid to retreat from there. He knew very well that David did not like anything to disturb him when he was in his wife's room.

"David."

"How are you doing?" dave asked him and without hesitation sat on the side of his wife's bed.

Again Lisa was surprised by the attitude of Dave who impressed so intimate with her. He even casually stroked his wife's hair with such a deep gaze.

"David, please don't be like this. What if other people will misunderstand your attitude" Lisa said feeling uncomfortable.

"No one will dare to talk about you let alone misunderstand you dear." replied Dave with a sincere smile.

"David why are you acting like this, what if your girlfriend knows you're acting like this to another girl? He will misunderstand." said Lisa again make Dave laugh angrily.

"Maybe my lover will be jealous, because he is here with me." said Dave again make Lisa's eyes perfectly rounded.

"David please don't joke anymore, please!" lisa said with a little annoyance.

"Honey, you're making me feel even more anxious" Dave said as he ruffled his wife's hair fondly and hugged her tightly.

The tears that he had endured had finally broken in his wife's arms. She is very sad because Lisa forgot about her and their marriage. But at least Dave feels a little relieved, because while Lisa does not need to know about losing their baby and also Aunt May.

Lisa can feel the tears begin to wet her back, inexplicably she becomes unbearable to be firm to Dave. Finally, Lisa chose to quietly enjoy the man's embrace that had made her fall in love some time ago.

He could not deny if Dave's embrace made him comfortable and his heart warmed. He would enjoy it for a while, he thought.

After quite content to pour out all his feelings, Dave wiped away the remaining tears on his cheeks and slowly untangled the distance between them.

"Eat first, so you can recover quickly and get out of this hospital" said Dave smiling as he held a bowl of porridge in his hand.

"I can eat alone." said Lisa made Dave sighed deep enough.

But Dave did not flinch though, he insisted on feeding his wife. Unfortunately Lisa can't win with Dave's stubbornness. Actually he was very comfortable when he saw Dave as the first person to be next to him when he woke up.

In fact, somehow his heart was so comfortable with the attitude and attention that Dave gave him. Dave's touch is so soothing, and even stranger, he can get to know the scent of the foreign man's body as if they're used to being together.

Sorry just got up because again less healthy some days this 🙏🙏
