After several times Dave knocked on Lisa's apartment door without the slightest answer finally Dave decided to leave. He immediately calls Mike and asks the truth about Lisa who lives in the apartment.

"Sorry Dave, we don't have to see each other anymore" Lisa stared blankly at the TV, which was still broadcasting cooking shows.

Dave sat quietly in his car. He was a little worried because suddenly Lisa seemed to disappear from his life. Yesterday was still a beautiful day for him.

He looked back at the simple 10-story apartment building in front of him that looked shabby. His heart was a little filled to realize that the girl who made him continue to smile for these few days was staying there.

It really looks contrast if considering the apartment he once lived in after college or his grandfather's magnificent house.

Dave tried to reopen his phone to call Lisa, but the results remained the same.

Lisa has not yet been interested in reactivating her phone. He only stared at her for a few seconds then turned to look at the television screen in front of him.

The next day Lisa came out of her apartment. He had a promise with his two friends to celebrate his victory, until finally Lisa got her first gold medal at international level a few days ago.

Lisa is on foot to go to a stop located about 10 minutes away from the apartment. And when he was about to cross suddenly a motorbike passed by and hit him to make him bounce a few meters and fall into the asphalt with blood pouring.

Everyone who witnessed it seemed to be screaming hysterically because they were shocked by the hit-and-run incident that hit Lisa a moment ago.

And not far from there, a woman smiling with satisfaction from inside her car witnessed firsthand the unfortunate incident that befell Lisa then she left.

People immediately approached Lisa and grumbled at her. One of the middle-aged women immediately took the initiative to call an ambulance.

Dave, who was on his way back to Lisa's apartment, was slightly disturbed by the crowd in front of him. For some reason his heart was moved to stop and look at him.

As soon as Dave got out of his car, he slowly approached the crowd in front of him. He is very surprised and immediately runs through people who seem busy fussing with Lisa.

"Lisa's.. Lisa. gosh! what the hell's going on? Open your eyes, Lisa come on please." she said so frantically that Lisa was covered in blood here and there.

He immediately grabbed Lisa's body which seemed to be lying on the cold asphalt. Immediately he removed the suit on his body to press against the wound on Lisa's head to stop the bleeding.

Not long after, an ambulance arrived and Lisa was immediately taken to the hospital. And of course Dave accompanied Lisa in the ambulance and left his car there.

For the first time his heart felt so pained to see a girl lying weakly with her eyes closed tightly. Dave's mind drifted everywhere seeing Lisa's condition so severe.

His heart was very sick and tears kept coming out without hesitation from the two blue eyeballs. And that's where Dave realized that he's really in love with Lisa.

She was so scared that Lisa would leave her. Once at the hospital, Lisa was immediately treated by a doctor. They seemed busy giving help and installing some monitoring tools on Lisa's body.

Dave immediately approached the doctor who looked overwhelmed on duty.

"Doctor, please save him. She is my future wife. Please immediately allow him to open his eyes again." - Dave cried desperately.

The doctor smiled and patted Dave on the shoulder.

Dave was finally only able to walk out with a step that almost collapsed. He did not care about the gazes of others who saw him in a shirt full of blood.

After finding a chair in the hospital's backyard, Dave sat down with a worried heart. Just 2 days ago he still saw Lisa smiling charmingly.

And today, he had to see her lying unconscious on the cold asphalt with quite severe injuries. Lisa has suddenly become a special person in her life.

Fate really brought them together after so many years. Dave recalls his childhood with Lisa, where Lisa tried to cheer him up when he missed his parents so much.

Little Lisa always said, if Dave shouldn't pity himself and have more pity on him. Because Dave still has a grandfather who loves him so much.

Lisa was a child and had to live in an orphanage since childhood. Little Dave was a little tired of listening to the words of the girl with straight hair tied with hazel eyes.

Little Dave immediately smiled trying to cheer up little Lisa whose face suddenly turned sad. Dave gives her a favorite chocolate candy and says if Lisa is not a kara, she will become Lisa's friend.

Lisa will not be lonely anymore, because Dave will be Lisa's friend and when they grow up Dave will marry Lisa and they can be family.

And now Dave is waking up from his daydreams about their childhood because Mike came and made him aware.

"Sir, I've brought clothes for you. You better change clothes first." said Mike.

"Alright" said Dave listlessly.

After changing clothes, Dave immediately returned to the IGD to see Lisa's state. Just when Dave gets to the IGD door, the doctor who handled Lisa comes out.

"How is the doctor? Is Lisa okay?" asked Dave with anxiety that he could no longer hide.

"It was very bad when he got here, if it was a little late I don't know if it could save the patient or not" the doctor explained to be a hard blow to his heart.

"Because the hard impact on his head was bleeding inside, we had to operate on the patient as soon as possible" he added, making Dave's confidence slowly collapse.

She believes Lisa will be okay. But the truth is if Lisa's situation is so bad.

"What percent is the likelihood that the operation will be successful?" ask Dave while gently nibbling his temple.

"60%" said the doctor after sighing deeply.

"There is still hope for the patient to survive, I will try my best to keep the patient safe and well. But there's a risk with this operation" the doctor said, again making Dave's heart like it was stabbed by thousands of sharp daggers.

"What risks are doctors?" ask Dave.

"If the operation is successful, there is a possibility that the patient will lose his memory" explained the doctor.

Dave seemed silent to hear it and tried to digest every detail the doctor was trying to explain.
